Honda 2 Wheelers India — Rude behavior and bike not repaired for last 14 days. | |||
This is regarding Honda Livo Bike purchased on 17th Nov 2020. While driving on 9th of August 2021, all of a sudden the bike stopped accelerating. The bike was sent to Uday Honda, Arjan Garh Delhi from where it was purchased. Since then, the bike has been with them. After two days we came to know that the bike was sent to Uday Honda, Adchini, New Delhi as the bike has some serious issues. After another 2 days when I called the Adhchini office they told me it will take another 7 days to repair. I asked them to give me Manager's phone No. When asked the reason for so much delay, the manager spoke very rudely that it can take more than 7 days as some parts have to come from Honda. Still I requested him to do it as early as possible as my Son was paying Rs.400 daily to cab to go to his office (Maruti Gurugram). Without responding to my request he disconnected the call. After 7 days when I again followed up last week, they said that it will take another 5 days as even after replacing the said part, the problem still exists. Now, today when I called them, again very rudely they are saying that it will take another 5 days. So many phone calls to every one but no one is resolving the issue. I do not understand if this is a bike or an aeroplane which is taking so much time to rectify a small issue? Over and above the manager is speaking as if he is obliging us or we are begging in front of him. Is this the kind of service Honda gives to its customers? We can't expect such careless and rude behaviour from such a big company. I am repenting on the day when I made the decision to buy a Honda bike instead of a Hero bike. Till now I don't know when the company will repair the bike properly and hand it over to us. Even this complaint will fetch an immediate solution is a question now.
