Honda 2 Wheelers India — Seller refused to troubleshoot spare parts within warranty period | |||
Hi Team, I am raising this complaint against PARESH HONDA, a franchise of your organisation located in Ratua (Samsi Road), Malda District, West Bengal. I have visited the aforesaid showroom for fixing the disk break of my two-wheeler, which falls under the warranty period, thereby carrying all the necessary warranty card, but the technician and officials refused to provide cost free services and in return incurred extra charges for troubleshooting. They were too impolite in their attitude towards customers and constantly behaved in an accusing manner. I am attaching all the necessary details with the complaint.
