The honda kalladikode branch service department was very cheating. The work was not finishing right time, to much spair parts cost and exactra amounts. And bad work every thing, the kalladikode honda service is very very waist.

    Sir, This the second time I am complaining regarding poor paid service by Apple Honda Vadodara for
    my Honda Activa GJ22B 8082. Odometer of scooter is not working after servicing. The scooter was taken to the service centre very next day but they refused to entertain citing heavy work load. There is no after service feedback system also. This is unnecessary tarnishing the image of Honda brand. Please look into the matter. Thanks.

      I have visited the Anamika Honda for servicing of my scooty, bearing no. BR01EW5125.
      But even after standing of More than one and half hour in front of service consultant, he has not entered my number for servicing.

      Further, I want to contact the manager but reply received from gaurd that manager is on leave.

      I want to raise my complaint book, it has been stated by Honda staffs that there is no such type of register.

      The gaurd has already registered my number in his register but my vehicle had not been serviced.

      I am employed at some other place, I have no extra time to make my vehicle servicing.

      Hence, you are requested kindly arrange to restore proper service at your service center.

          I gave my DIO today for paid service at Jaipur Honda, Jaipur with some small additional job work and as per the service advisor the time for the delivery was mentioned on job card was at 2.00pm same day. But to my surprise my vehicle job work did not even got started at 2.30pm. Finally I had to cancel all my job work required in my vehicle expect the engine oil and filter.

          Vehicle was supposed to get both brake pads replacement, choke and acceleration cable replacement etc etc.

          But with this kind of service, I have to take my vehicle to the local garage for all these pending work.

          I have even inquired for new Honda Livo bike for my son today at same place but have to go for other brand showroom.

          Please try to keep your commitment levels on higher side.

              I have purchased activa 6g form your authorised dealer Decent honda Mandi Dabwali on 27Jan2021 in the name of Ajay Kumar . After one month I used only 20 Km, then they asked for the first free service, then I did it. After 6 months I used only 800 km then pressuring for 2 nd services if you can not do it they asked for rendering the guarantee of product. During these 6 months mileage given by this is only 25 to 30 km per liter.I visited the service center of Decent honda and asked for a waiting of 2 hours. So I left my vehicle for service and told them about problems that I was facing in this period i.e seat cover, mileage and tightening nut bolts. Seat cover of my activa that was provided by you on the time of purchasing was torned in just 6 months. After 2 hours I returned for delivery of my vehicle but they asked for 30 minutes. There were no proper seating arrangements for customers and drinking facilities in summer as per company guidelines. On the delivery they charged me Rs 10 for 1 bolt and asked me for repair of seat cover from the market and we have no arrangements for repair this. How can a company overcharge 10 rs from mrp for only bolts that are honda manufacturing nut bolts if they manufacture please give me a rate list of the nut bolts.I request to you please repair my seat cover and resolve my mileage problem that was assured by you i.e 45 km/liter as the earliest.

                Subject : Complaint regarding bad service from the Honda Agency

                I, Frida D’souza owner of Honda Activai 2 wheeler, I am not happy with service I was given from Atul Honda Agency Jamnagar.They have charged me for self start repair of 701 RS on 15/07/21, which is not a successful repair.My Activa did not start by self & kick both but after 2-3 times giving it to the service.This problem is not solved and still I have paid for the repair.Now after complaining it to the helpline, the customer care person is asking me to put a new self start motor for which again I need to pay approx. 2000Rs.

                I am completely dissatisfied about the type of service given to me .So I ask for a full Refund of the expense I was charged for repair, which is unsuccessful or I want 50 % of my discount on the upcoming expense of buying and installing new self start motor. Please solve this matter as soon as possible.

                Total expenses & bills paid by me are as follows:

                1 ) 19/6/2020 Rs 884

                2 ) 29/8/2020 Rs 112

                3 )7/6/2021 Rs 424

                4)15/7/2021 Rs 701

                Total expense of Rs 2, 121

                On the above dates they asked to do self start repair, then change spark plug, change oil, change new batter, again do self start repair and so I was just given Bills everytime.

                NOTE : EXTRA COST OF REPLACING NEW BATTERY OF 1100RS ALSO WAS DONE JUST TO SOLVE THIS SELF START PROBLEM. I WILL SEND YOU COPY OF ALL THESE BILLS ALSO.BUT WHAT ABOUT THE SERVICE I GOT?

                    I purchased shine sp bs VI 2 months ago. I have done 1st service at Daulat Nagar Borivali East at Authorize service center . After 1 month ago suddenly my bike not getting start then I give service at Malad East near to my office Authorize service centre they said your ECU is not working it's will be charged approx 5500/- your ECU is not covered in warranty. I used only my bike for 1 and half month only it's not fair and I have done service all on time. You have to solve this problem as soon as.

                        I am sanket naik from navsari my contact number is [protected]. I Owned honda unicorn 160 bs6 from july 2020. I have purchased it from raghuvanshi honda navsari. I m facing some problems in service from last 1-2 months at raghuvanshi honda navsari. In last free service of my bike I had complaint about my bike problem on telephonic talk with rghuvanshi honda service advisor who had called me for buying annual maintained scheme. He had given me to confirmation about solving my problem. But same problem exists in bike after delivering bike.I m going for again to showroom for service for the same problem I m facing from past service. At that time they take me charge of Rs. 35 for sanitizing I had paid that amount and they cannot solve my problem & return my bike in same position.After 15 days I give my bike again for service & around 8 days my bike is in service center. In those 8 days they called me up for taking my bike for 2 times but bike is not ready & same problem exists. And i had talked with thier manager in loud manner. After that they service my bike properly & give it to me on 9th august 2021 & charge me RS. 35 for sanitization and I paid this for third time. Why should i have to pay this charge for third time? When raghuvanshi honda is not able to do proper service of my bike. At this time petrol in my fuel tank is very low compared to i had given at the time of service. (Nearly 3 litre less petrol). They charge me sanitizing charge 2 times which costs 70 rs . I want it refund. And i had called to raghuvanshi honda navsari about complaining it but they are not given me proper response. After 4-5 times visitng to raghuvanshi honda for services still my bike is not running properly.So I want to return my bike to honda and want my money back. Because i m very irritataing by communication with raghuvanshi honda navsari & with this bike . Now tell me the process of returning my bike and get my money back. And no one is listen your complaints from raghuvanshi honda/customer care executitive/honda ltd. Take my bike and give me my money back as soon as possible. because I have no other scope for servicing my bike.
                        I have complaint about servicing to toll free helpline number [protected] for many times but they are also not give me proper response about my complain. My complain id is 1-[protected].
                        Still my bike is not running properly.

                            Chronology -
                            Booked Vehicle - 13/05/2021
                            Delivery on - 14th May 2021
                            These guys started registration process on - 21st May 2021
                            First Free service due on - 19/06/2021
                            AFTER RIGOROUS FOLLOWUP
                            I received my vehicle Registration number on 26th June 2021. (All the way 42 days)
                            My first free service got wasted.
                            These guys even don't know the choice number registration process. I had to tell them the process with help of another agent.
                            I received RC Book on 24/08/2021
                            The height is they have made spelling mistake in my Name on my RC book and now they are saying they can't help with that.

                            Not satisfied with buying my First vehicle from them. Will always search for a better dealer for service.

                                Yesterday, 24 August, 2021 I have visited CLOUD 9 AUTOMOBILE, MADHYAMGRAM to avail the free service of my 2 Wheeler (Invoice No. - 2122/J002966) .Being a senior Citizen I was Harrased instead of any help for 5 hours (10am-5 pm).My vehicle was pretended to be chek by a random Car Washer who doesn't have any knowledge about Servicing, so the front break was opened 5 times, which is not working properly right now and this complete scene was happening Right in front of Supervisor, Surojit. Even after asking for help so many times, he was not bothered at all as I was there for free service.such a poor service, inhumane behavior. Pathetic Experience. Not Acceptable at all. I need a solution for the same ASAP.

                                  My vehicle met with an accident on the month of may I have submitted my vehicle in workshop and they have charged 14396/- rupees and said that with in a month ur Insurance amount will be credited to your account but is has been 3 months not even single rupee credited raised complaint many times no proper response from them very pathetic service seriously I have just disappointed with there service and not even responding my messages his number [protected].please refund back my amount

                                    On Friday i.e, 21.08.2021 I've given my two wheeler to Khimji Service Centre Bhubaneswar Odisha for servicing but unfortunately they didn't serviced it properly. The following issues are :
                                    1. Washing is not done - everytime they used to give excuse and repeatedly my two wheeler remain dirty.
                                    2. Not responding - After taking into for service they didn't respond to my call or about servicing not providing any information.
                                    3. Servincing Not Done - My two wheeler headlight is damaged but they have not fixed it.
                                    4. After saying that my two-wheeler requires thorough check up still its not get done by the Service centre one.
                                    5. In addition to the above, one of the person from Service department Mr.Devdutta Dash have given assurance that for this kind of fault from the organization as happening repeatedly - so they will pick up my two - wheeler on Mnday i.e, on 23rd August 2021, will repair the faults of my two-wheeler and after that again they will drop my vehicle, But by Monday there is no response from the service centre.
                                    Above mentioned all the things is going on repeatedly from last few years and just crossed the level of dissatisfaction.

                                      Macanic said sencer problame and you should change the sencer, I ask the service adviser he said pay for it but part is under warranty .                                       Pls change my sencer in warranty.
