Honda 2 Wheelers India — selling faulty bike and now no help after complaining 3 times to honda | |||
I purchased honda cb unicorn 160 from raj motors (Shaan honda), amravati, mh on 05/05/2018. Within 18 months, bike engine oil leakage started, mileage not more than 43 kmpl (Company claimed 62kmpl). Parts color fading and rusting, front shock absorber started oil leakage even riding on smooth roads daily. Battery deteriorated in 1 year and took 1 month to replace, battery was under warranty still charged 100/- as processing fees. Also, dealer charged me for teflon coating that's i do not applied to bike and forcibly charged for extended warranty which i never asked for. Complained to honda company about these issues but not taking any action and supporting black deeds of dealers. Was this information helpful? | |||
