Sorry to say this...

I had a bad experience today with one of your service point in karimnagar (SRH MOTORS PVT LTD, jagityal road).They are trying to proving that Customers are the final fools and jockers/puppets, even manager also not in a position to compromise or not trying to make win win situation at the time of argument just arrogantly replying to me, he is not ready to solve the issue .having an experience of 10 years the mechanic simply saying that is the reason for the problem this is the solution, come again and we will fix the problem (after visiting the service point 3 times in 15days )...being a banker in your area how can we refer our vehicle loan customers to your showroom after this horrible experience..
my experience:
1.on 27th of July -given for regular service and for chain socket kit replacement (bill amount 2800/-), one of the service post posted to next day by the mechanic due to absence of the experienced mechanic.
2.on the day of 4.8.2021 for the postponed service, they said no power this time come tomorrow and one more reason is mechanic is absent, .which one is genuine I don't know.for my convience given my bike for other repairs for the time being they even touched my bike for the full day in the evening I took back my bike...
3.on the day of 05.08.2021 changed battery, adjusted chain packet .but faced issue with battery and chain again after replacement of chain socket kit and battery.
4.on 09.08.2021, ie today, I visited again the showroom and questioned the mechanic and manager ...after all this they are saying it is not out fault it is with you bike issue ...

My sincere question is that ...having an experience of 10yrs to mechanic, and proudly saying iam the manager one who is arguing one side ...what i have received al last from you (Corporate body having lakhs of customers one who treating the customers are puppets )

At this time my bike having battery issue, chain issue, and one more coils are burnt because of giving bike to service at you most precious service point in karimnagar..after all playing the amount of around 5000/-...which filled your pockets by way of salary..

Hence proved that ...finally customer is the fool and puppet in your hands.
