Honda 2 Wheelers India — Service center not giving my bike and not giving extended warranty | |||
Dear sir I have booked my honda sp shie 125 BS-IV(BR06BP7983) for service at Prashanthonda muzaffarpur bihar.on November 15, Whose sleep is attached, First I was given estimate of 15000.When it was found that there is extended warranty, it was reduced to 6000 which is mentione on the slip.After that it was told that the extended warrantywill not be available, then i said okay. When he want to receive the byke, those people lost the key and are not changing the lockset of the byke and are calling morning and evening since 6 days. My mother is not kepng well at home and I always need a byke .Tell me that your service center was open in covid -19.Yor service manager is saying that youdid'not come the service center was open and you have not got the extended warranty for the same, you have lost 1 service.Now if you clear that the service center is open at the time when it was closed by the GOVERNMENTOF INDIA AND GOVERNMENT OF BIHAR (COVID 19 ) .If you are nat solve my problem then i will question in CMBIHAT.GOV.IN & JAGO GRAHAK JAO AND MANYTYPE OF COMPLAIN LIKE wRITE TO PM(PG PORTAL) Regards Abhshek Was this information helpful? | |||
