Honda 2 Wheelers India — Service centre (Pebco, mango, jamshedpur)

Sir, i am customer of your compancy with a two wheeler honda activa i, i bring my two wheeler for servicing at pebco motor service centre, mango on 10.06.2017 evening 3:00 pm, service centre say that i have already full i can't do any think, after discussion they ready to take and give service to me and return the same on 11.06.2017 12:00pm. Due to too hot my wife just paid the money what they have say. After i have reach i check and found that what they shown in bill that is not done, not wash and not polish. But they have taken 1000.00 but the same problem as it is.

Sir due to these problem i m very suffer one week because we have so many work and all are with support with that two wheeler only, if these type of service given by a company then any think haven with my wife they are using that vechile. Not break, accelaretor not slowing the vehicle as well as so many sounds are with the vehcile. Also the lady staff of the service centre needs behaviroal tranning because they are don't know how to talk with customer.

Sir need your intervention in this regards so that my problem are getting resolve soon as possible and we enjoy the honda vehcile rides.

If customer paid money then they should get the best service, otherwise why not chose other option many company are in the market. So again requesting you to do on urgent basis at my home free service.
