Dear sir / madam, Greetings for the day...!!! I have owning Honda Activa vehicle purchased in Presanna Honda. Now, my vehicle got battery problem so I have brought my vehicle to Presanna two wheeler showroom located in Tirupur (Thennampalayam). But the staff response was very very poor. Even he not responded a lady customer as well. We had left the vehicle in presanna tirupur showroom before 8 days but there is no proper communication given by them. I have got very much dissatisfaction about the dealer and Honda service. Please look at my concern and solve the problem as soon as possible because this is festive season so I need vehicle.
