Shantesh honda keshwapur. Very poor in handling customer issue/ service. I got a call from shanthesh honda saying servicing is done. When i reached show room at 1:35 pm. None attend my issue. Asked me to come at 2:30pm to get my vehicle. Reticulus behaviour in customer service centre. Very much un happy from shanthesh honda. Suggestion to honda: being no 1 moto company educate its dealers and there employee how to behave with customer and handle there issue smoothly. Specially hubli shanthesh honda keshwapur.
