Dear sir/madam, We purchased Grazia disk as on June 14th 2018 at Sona Honda showroom Shimoga, Our first service was today means July 16th 2018, We r very disappointed to say that this service is very bad, we gave our vehicle to service and we don't know unfortunately vehile left side it was been scratched... While taking it back we seen that the scratch... Being mistake from the service man, they we're arguing with us, And the service man who handled our vehicle PRAVEEN, mechanic boy RAKESH, please take action and do needful, Mainly the mistake is with Service Manager Mohammed Gous, Being a service manager his work is to give good service to the customers but leaving that they were arguing with us.
