Honda 2 Wheelers India — servicing of my bike honda livo, at mascot honda service centre aligarh | |||
Madam/ dear sir With reference to captioned subject, i have purchased a honda livo bike on 20.10.2017, i had also purchased honda active before purchasing this bike as i was fully satisfied with your services and commitments. But i have to submit huge regret regarding your services, after purchasing honda livo from rs honda aligarh i have done every periodic service of my bike regularly, first service at rs honda aligarh and other 3 periodic services at the mascot honda aligarh On 24.08.2018 while returning from the market by bike, i was driving my bike on approx. Speed of 20 to 30. Suddenly my bike got stop perhaps engine was in start condition but the bike was not moving ahead. After that i did shut down the engine i bring my bike to my home walking and i did not start it again. On 25.08.2018 i went to the mascot honda service center, aligarh for fixing the problem and servicing my bike which was due. After checking my bike service center officials inform me that chain of your bike was got down and some part of (Chamber of engine as informed by service center officials) the engine is broken. Then i requested them to replace that part as it is already been covered in warranty period. At the time of purchase i was told regarding warranty cover of engine for 2 years as it is only 10 months that i have purchased this vehicle. But they refused to honor commitments which was given to me and to replace the parts saying that it is my fault and you have to pay for this. Since i am a working person and use my bike for commute, it is very difficult to me commute with our bike as my bike is there at mascot honda service center aligarh since 25.08.2018. As i am a trustworthy customer of your company, i can say proudly that i am connected with your company since many years, but i am very regret to say that your company (Honda) such a esteemed institution is not able to give me prompt and satisfactory services. Therefore i kindly request to you to ressove this issue as soon as possible. They did service of my bike with out fixing the problem. And saying for picking bike from service center. I have also registered complain on tollfee no with complain no 1-[protected]. Kindly take this matter most urgent as it is very difficult for me to commute without bike. Details of bike. Regi.
