Honda 2 Wheelers India — to get tax receipt & vehicle number - getting worse experience from sterling honda pimpri | |||||
Hello team, This is swapnil gholap, i paid cash amount for unicorn 150 on 23rd june 2017, got bike on 25th june from sterling honda-pimpri, maharashtra. After 3 weeks still i don't have tax receipt and vehicle number. Sales excutives are very rude and unprofessional specially sales executive mr. Sachin, when i wanted to give complaint his sales manager mr. Lawrence also avoiding me. No one answering my call and from reception phone counter getting rude and senseless answers. After paying 85000/- cash still i am not able to use my bike, 3 weeks completed, my first free service end date is near. After 2 weeks they paid tax in rto on 7th aug, what they did in this 2 weeks?? In attachment i am sending invoice copy and rto message too. Your business going to cut down because of such employees, please do necessary things against it.
