Honda 2 Wheelers India — under warranty meter not change in warranty bcz its tempered by dekar | |||
I had purchsed honda active 125cc in 2017 nand now its been one and half year. A month ago its meter had stoped working soo i visited rajendra honda dearler workshop where they kept my scooty for service and asked me to contact in the morning. The very next day when i called them they did'nt response me properly soo i went to them in the evening and they told that meter of me scooty was already damaged soo they will not provide any service to that. But i had noticed that there was damage in the temper of the meter. I told them that scooty has always been serviced in the service centre not anywhere else earlier, so they replied that they cannot do anything to this and there will be no warranty for this meter. Finally get agreed somehow to give servive for it and kept my scooty for 4days and after four days they again denied to give any service. Then i called their customer care where they register my complaint for this and asked me to wait for 3days more and after that when i called them they said your complaint has been closed. I ask them to reopen it and get me a solution to my problem. All this mess went for 1 month soo i finally called their executive mr meet singh and he showed soo much of attitude and attended my call soo badly by saying we will not do anything to this meter and will not provide any warranty service, do whatever you can do and ended the call.
