Honda 2 Wheelers India — Unnecessary Bills everytime for self repair problem | |||
To Honda Company India Subject : Complaint regarding bad service from the Honda Agency I, Frida D’souza owner of Honda Activai 2 wheeler, I am not happy with service I was given from Atul Honda Agency Jamnagar.They have charged me for self start repair of 701 RS on 15/07/21, which is not a successful repair.My Activa did not start by self & kick both but after 2-3 times giving it to the service.This problem is not solved and still I have paid for the repair.Now after complaining it to the helpline, the customer care person is asking me to put a new self start motor for which again I need to pay approx. 2000Rs. I am completely dissatisfied about the type of service given to me .So I ask for a full Refund of the expense I was charged for repair, which is unsuccessful or I want 50 % of my discount on the upcoming expense of buying and installing new self start motor. Please solve this matter as soon as possible. Total expenses & bills paid by me are as follows: 1 ) 19/6/2020 Rs 884 2 ) 29/8/2020 Rs 112 3 )7/6/2021 Rs 424 4)15/7/2021 Rs 701 Total expense of Rs 2, 121 On the above dates they asked to do self start repair, then change spark plug, change oil, change new batter, again do self start repair and so I was just given Bills everytime. NOTE : EXTRA COST OF REPLACING NEW BATTERY OF 1100RS ALSO WAS DONE JUST TO SOLVE THIS SELF START PROBLEM. I WILL SEND YOU COPY OF ALL THESE BILLS ALSO.BUT WHAT ABOUT THE SERVICE I GOT?
