Dear sir, It is a matter of great concern that i have just (On dt. 26.08.2019, Invoice no. Hr06000219v01144 dt. 26.08.19) purchased your renowned Activa 5g (Scv110j) from your panipat based dealer namely l. K. Traders Pvt. Ltd. It was assured that within a month time my rc will be delivered to me But after passing about one & half month, it is still to be delivered To me where as i have visited personally 3 times to its sub office at Asand road, panipat. However, the main issue here related to its performance which i have Observed within this short period of one & half month. On dt. 14.09.19, i visited its showroom of asand road, panipat to get Its due ist service done. The job card was generated by the person on Duty. I specifically told him that the filter of engine oil may be got Checked & if necessary may be changed for my satisfaction. After about 45 mintues, it was told that this part is only available At their main show room at gohana road, panipat therefore i was told That i may visit their main office for this first service. Having no option at my end, i then went to their main showroom at Gohana road and got its ist service. It was my surprise when i observed that the performance of my activa Is not upto the mark therefore visited their assandh road showroom ( On dt. 10.10.19) which was nearest to my residence. Job card was Prepared and mech cleaned its corroborator. But, still i am observing that the performance of my activa is not upto The mark which should be provided by a new one activa of one month Purchase, I am so worried that i have spent around rs. 70, 000/- but your renewed Activa is not performing well. I feel either there is any manufacturing defect in this particular Piece or the mechanics of your this authorised dealer are not trained & educated enough to trace the actual faults & set it right to avoid Harassment to your valuable customers by visiting the workshop time & Again. Needless to mention that the time of the customers are wasted Without any reasonable cause which cannot be compensated by any mean By your dealer. Above this, they are also responsible for providing a Bad name to the honda company for their bad services. Under the above circumstances, i have no other option to lodge my Complaint against your this dealer i. E l. K. Traders pvt. Ltd., panipat & request you to either my activa may be got set right in one stroke Or it may be replaced with a new one without loss of time since i have Already faced a lot till date.
