Dear sir, I purchase a new scooter honda activa date on 31.12.2018, But SWATI AUTO ENGG ENGINEERING DELHI ROAD SAHARANPUR UP 247001 is not given my vachel document on date 06.03.2021. We do tock on phone many times and going near dealer bit they are not given vachel document. Sir please do something for this meter, because BS4 two wheeler registration are closed by government, but dealer is not doing his work / my registration.
