Sir i have purchased a activa 5g from aero honda pune. Have made downpayment of 14196 on 04.06.2018 was promised ext warranty & amc will be given in foc but was not given. The disbursement & downpayment which came to the bank was 68200 while i was told it will be 65200. Excess payment of rs. 3000 had to be given by me for no fault of mine. Aero honda dealings are not good with customers. Please want immediate resolution on this matter or will escalate it further. Aero honda has given a manual reciept on which there is no serial no. At all. How are they working in this matter. Please take action or i shall escalate the matter further.
