Hi there, Very abusing and aggressive behavior by RAVI KUMAR incharge at Dhruvdesh Honda Service Center (Gokula). If you have some time, read through the case or contact me for explanation. My Name is ASIP IKBAL ([protected]), I bought Activa 3G on 7th June 2016 KA04 JE1488, on 2nd October 2016 was my 2nd free service. I went at service center at 7:00 AM and I was 13th in the queue. It was general service, they told me to collect before 3:30 PM. There were no response to calls done on mobile and landline numbers, I went to service center at 1:00 PM. It took me 1 hour to trace my vehicle, no information was available, Receptionist don’t know where is mechanic and where is the scooter. Around 2:00 PM vehicle appeared in parking, it was said that washing has been done after oil change, when I show the mud/dust on the vehicle and question how it was washed, the incharge told that still they need to change the oil. Even after 2nd wash there was dust, after 3rd wash I told I don’t want anything more done on my vehicle and want exit. I am not sure, when was the oil change done. But they forced me to pay the entire bill, invoice # SERINV-KA01AB[protected]Rs 331.00 cash) I was accompanied with my 3 year son, so I was very polite and was speaking in low tone, but the incharge RAVI KUMAR ([protected]), was very aggressive, unprofessional and abusive. He shouted and he used the word “BOMDI MAT MARO”, even I told him not to speak in that language if he do not know the meaning of that word, and he repeated that word, he told to another customer referring to me ”YE BOMDI MAR RAHE HAIN”, ( If required I can produce that customer as a witness). If any recipient of this email don’t know the meaning of that word, please check with anybody from this part of the world. Being 13th in the queue, when I collected the vehicle, 185/186 was taking his vehicle. I got my vehicle around 4:10 PM. It’s very disappointing to get this, 35 years life, 6 years in IT industry and working as Service Delivery Manager, I never heard such abusing language. I called on all the numbers displayed there for feedback, no one answered. I was not alone, almost everybody had to fight there, People were shouting to escalate, to verify you may call any alternative person who was there at Dhruvdesh Honda Service Center on 2nd October 2016, and 90% people will not be happy with the service. I know, my words will go unheared and I am just another customer for Honda, but I lost faith in Honda. Actively looking sell my Activa. Was this information helpful? | |||
