Honda 2 Wheelers India — very worst product for new cb unicorn 150 | |||
Dear sir, i was purchased the new cb unicorn-150Cc from Thriveni Honda dealer -Salem. from day one on wards am facing engine vibrating complaint @4200RPM. same as communicated to the dealer, he take the vehicle and return the vehicle with same complaint, after that am escalate the complaint to Honda Customer care. again and again they repairs my vehicle for four times. finally Mr. Arun Area Manager of Honda Two wheeler of India along with his technical team try to resolve the issue.Also they are toking the test drive more then 150Kms(Approx), And Mr. Arun informed to me over through phone the vehicle was ready @ good road worthy condition. Same as confirmed from Honda Customer care Also. Mr. Senthil (Service Manager) Deliver the vehicle @ my door step. But Still the vibration complaint remain same with out any change.
