I am writing this email to share my grievances. I belong to Rajahmundry AP . I have a Honda Unicorn 150 (Model: Jan 2012 ran 30000 kms) which was working fine until one day in the recent past, when I realized my bike's exhaust released white smoke. That was a clear indication that it consumed the engine oil which was burning in the cylinder. Also, it drained very little engine oil during the regular routine change. Later, once while commuting in the city the bike started giving various sounds.The next day it was shown to a much "so called" reputed authorized Honda dealer of the city -

The authorities present there responded by saying the bike has lost its clutch plates and asked me to change engine. I didnt agreed to it because that is white smoke compliant and asked them to do general service atleast to bring normal position. Couple of days later, bike was handed over to me saying that all it needed is engine change. The problem continued even after. I again approached them as I realized a fall in the RPM and sounded as earlier . After this experience, there was practically no change in the issues since the bike continued to trouble as before service. I paid huge bill of Rs. 2000/- for all the things they claim they have done (labor charges included). I feel I paid these as only the washing charges. I would like to make a preposition to Honda authorities to intervene in this and strongly recommend the closure of this service center. I totally trust Honda vehicles but will not recommend since they don't have anybody to look after and take care of the issues of the bikes.
