I have purchased honda shine sp125 on January 2021. I have faced lots of tyre problem in 10 months. I request the honda showroom service center for change the tyre but they don't do anything and they given only excuse. So I want to know you can change the tyre or not. The tyre quality is so bad. I checked with local garage, he told that the tyre is so bad u can change the tyre.

    Please be advised that I don't find any update/help from this portal so better to shut this pathetic portal and better to look in the matter to better the 2 wheeler company is making as the quality is going down and the dealers are unable to solve any issues neither are they having spares Even after launching of the vehicle after 1.5 yrs. And on the other hand the dealers are showing their attitude like they are the only ones in the market of 2 wheelers.

      Honda shine bike repair not done properly from the First service.
      i have ask service concern person about gear issue but after service 10 too 20 days issue is same.
      even i have previously log the complince in honda that time they resolve the issue but after 1 months the issue is same.
      this time service my back side panel is broken by service man but they not accept.
      also from last service having one new issue in brake is making noise.

      Kindly help me. i don't want my service at same service center.

          Dear sir/madam i purchased a bike in the month of feb 2021 from LMS Automotives, junglighat main road, port blair, 744103.
          I shifted to Visakhapatnam in the month of jun 2021 due to some domestic requirements.
          In the mo th of Oct 2021 my bike battery got discharged automatically and not holding the current. I contact to my nearest honda service centre that is hamsa honda service centre, murali nagar, Visakhapatnam, 530007 they refused to replace the battery and told that it's service provider fault (LMS Automotives, junglighat main road, port blair, 744103).
          For further resolution i contact to Exide battery service center but they also refused to change the battery by saying that battery manufacturer date is july 2020 that is delivered in feb 2021 that should be delivered within three months of manufacturer date.
          As per honda service book battery is in warranty period i.e.18 months from the date of delivery or 21 months from the date of manufacturer.
          So please both service providers (LMS Automotive at port blair and HAMSA honda at Visakhapatnam ) resolve my problem and replace the battery as soon as possible.

            Dear sir, I am waiting for repair of my Honda Shine motor cycle which is laying for repairing purpose at your authorised Dealer service centre Rama Honda Motors Sampla. There is delay on your part because you are not delivering the required part (chassis) of my motorcycle to your authorised services center. Kindly do the needful in this regard otherswise I have to go law of court for this harrasment on your part.

              I had bought a Honda Activa 5G Scooty in Jan 2020 from one of the Honda Showrooms in Noida. Unfortunately, within 1 year of buying the Activa 5G I started getting battery issues.

              I get my vehicle serviced regularly by one of the Honda Service Center listed in the booklet near my house - Pioneer Honda Service Center in Noida Sec 58. Despite that Am still having battery issues. The battery gets completely drained every now and then and even after getting it charged, it does not lasts for 3 days, which is very annoying and expensive. This is not accepted out of the renowned company like Honda. Now for past 3 months, the Activa is completely on kick start mode as the vehicle is not taking self-start due to drained battery. So much so, the horn has stopped beeping too. God-forbid, should I face any accident because of this, Am going to hold it against Honda in Consumer's forum for sure.

              I want immediate action to be taken on this without further delay. Either get the battery changed or get it charged completely. The service center provided by you is equally incapable of charging the battery as it drains out in 2 days after getting charged.

              Pathetic product and equally pathetic service provided by you people.

                Good Day, please be advised the Dealer Gopalika Honda, Dhanbad is unable to provide my bike even after 24 days, and the when contacted they are just saying it is not under them and I need to talk to someone else on the matter. Even everything is under same roof they cannot provide and putting the blame on someone else. And I've been widout my bike since 24 days and still they say they don't have the spare either u are gonna take actions or I'll see what fits me to take the actions against the dealer and the bike was bought only last year on 12/08/2020. If honda is making such worse bikes then I would never recommend it to anyone else .

                      I have a bike SP 125( WB38 AX 1583) purchase in June .
                      For 2nd service ( free) of bike my experience is very worst. I am reach in Honda service Centre( Janee Honda Asansol West Bengal) at 10.45 am on 07/11/2021, service supervisor take my bike for service at 11.30 am. Then I am return in my house and I am call to the service centre what time get my bike, the man say tomorrow means 8/11/2021, but on Monday ( 08/110/2021) when I call to the service manager at 11.25 am he said I report to you just 10 mints. After 20 mints again I call, he said service supervisor call you, then after 25 mints I call he number waiting, then at 1.00 pm I am reached at service point till time my bike was not ready . I call to the complaint no and told whole matters she said look the matter but as it is stand by, at last after 26 hrs I got my bike without polis with unsatisfied . After receiving my bike some technical problem happened This is my terrible experience. Is this incident right? Please look the seriously and satisfy to the customer earliest

                        Dear sir,

                        I had booked Honda CB 350 Dlx with Platinum Honda Chandigarh almost 10 days back.

                        I wanted BH number for which i was in contact with them for almost one month. They had informed that RLA will provide training to their staff, thereafter I could book one.

                        So, once their training etc was completed, I did all the formalities on 31st October and made payment of entire amount.

                        I am still struggling with them for getting my bike delivery. I made a complaint to sushil dutt manager also but of no vain.

                        Staff is arrogant and unprofessional. They are almost threatening me.

                        I have committed a blunder, I think

                          This shorum honor not proper support and extra charges give me.
                          No asseseris free such as glass, helmet, guard and etc..and extra passing plate charges, service charges.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            Ref 3: invoice date 14/08/2021 - invoice number - KA05BB[protected]

                            Sub: Complaint - My bike is not running above 60kms even after paid repair

                            wrt above, I had given my bike for repair as pick up was not there. After examining the showroom service staff said that clutch plate, clutch hub & pressure plates need to be replaced. I agreed and then asked them to go ahead with replacement.

                            I paid Rs.2248/- and took my bike. After riding for 2 kms I observed that bike pick up and bike was not running above 60kms speed even at broad roads - city main roads.

                            I immediately called the showroom service staff and told them that pick up and bike is not running at above 60kms speed even with top gear and full accelerator.

                            The Honda service staff asked me to ride bike for 2 to 3months and ride for 300kms as the clutch hub is new and needs to be aligned.

                            Now Bike has run above 200kms but its pick up and bike is not running above 60kms speed at top gear and full accelerator.

                            I am unhappy and not satisfied with Honda Bike as service is not done properly and I have paid Rs.2248/- for complete set up - Hub.

                            I request you to take up this matter seriously and advise your Hubli showroom staff to repair my bike with efficiency. I believe in Honda service points and give our bike for repair at honda showrooms only even though charges are more than local mechanics. I am middle class person and cannot afford to pay money once again to you for repairs.

                            THE ALIGNMENT AND REPAIR WORK IS NOT DONE PROPERLY WHEN MY BIKE WAS GIVEN. THE SERVICE STAFF HAS NOT EVEN TAKEN MY BIKE FOR TEST DRIVE AFTER REPAIR. THIS IS PURE NEGLIGENCE AND CARELESSNESS BY YOUR SHOWROOM STAFF.

                            The brand name of "HONDA" is getting spoiled unnecessarily as service staff repair work is not done properly.

                            I once again kindly request you repair my bike and dont charge anything again as I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR THIS.

                            PLEASE ADVISE AND INSTRUCT YOUR HUBLI SHOWRROM STAFF. TO REPAIR MY BIKE WITHOUT CHARGING AGAIN AS ITS ALREADY PAID.

                            IF THIS IS NOT DONE, AS A UNHAPPY CUSTOMER I HAVE DECIDED TO SELL THIS BIKE AND TAKE ANY OTHER BAJAJ BIKE WHERE I CAN EXPECT BETTER SERVICE.

                            PLEASE DONT DISAPPOINT ME. I HAVE PAID FULL AMOUNT BUT ALIGNMENT, FIXING, REPAIR AND TEST DRIVE IS NOT DONE BY YOUR STAFF.

                              I have booked a Honda Activa 6G with LED (black colour) light from G P Honda, Civil Lines, Prayag Raj on 31st Oct, 2021. The Agency has taken the full amount of Rs. 92, 500/- in advance and committed the delivery for the same for 2nd Nov, 2021. Today when i reached the agency, they have regretted to provide me the same model and colour for the scooty which i have booked and for which i have paid 100 percent advance money. Rather they were pressurising us to take the delivery either in different colour or in different model. It such a mental and physical harassment for me and my family standing there at the agency for hours for not providing me the vehicle which i have booked and for which i have paid the whole amount in advance. I urgently need a resolution to my issue. I kindly request to provide me the vehicle which i have booked on today's date as i have booked the vehicle for my brother on his birthday. Getiing the vehicle on some other date doesn't make sense for me. I would also request Honda, to issue directions to the concerned agency to provide me the compensation for the mental and physical harassment which me and my family has suffered due to there wrong commitment. i am also enclosing the advance receipt of Rs.92, 500/- dated 31.10.2021 which clearly mention's the model and colour for the vehicle which i have booked and the delievery date as 02.11.2021.

                                Hi I have purchased the vehicle in Feb 2021, in Aug 21 i face the battery fault. in such case have visited the service center in ankelshwar - Mansi Motors, they took 1 n half month time to get it replace till that i had run my vehicle without battery. Now again in a span of almost month i am facing the same issue of battery, don't understand at what quality standard Honda is operating their business, that in such short time battery become such faulty that customer suffers. provide immediate solution to this . I am highly upset with the service of Honda 2 wheelers. don't understand Why I go with Honda. very bed experience

                                  2.stopped suddenly during driving
                                  3.engine oil draining
                                  Before servicing in 2019 October I found same above issues and they told to service this time then you won't get again any complaints further 50000 kms .
                                  They have serviced 24 parts and billed as Rs.5000/-
                                  So I accepted for service
                                  But after that due to corona issue I never ride more than 5000 kms..
                                  But still I found same issue ..
                                  Kindly replace my vehicle really I became fool that y I choose honda activa..
                                  Do the needful as soon as possible...

                                    Hi, From last 5 days my bike is at Garage. Wiring Kit of Honda Shine CBS Model BS6 is damage. I Visited 02 Service Center and 02 Honda Dealers which was provided me Honda Customer Care but all of them don't have the Mentioned Spare Part. All Of the dealers and Service Center is saying you have to wait for 15 Days. I cat keep my bike in Garage for 15 days. I have escalated it with Customer care on Phone Call, Email & Twitter but no one is responding. They are not caring for Customer they should be fined.
