Honda 2 Wheelers India — worst product / worst service dealership | |||
I bought 1 honda activa 3g two wheeler by march 2016. Hardly i have driven only 6000 kms in this 18 months. I am letting my activa for service process in a nearby service dealership named aadhi honda in coimbatore ganapathy area. Their overall behaviour is very very bad. Whenever we are letting our vehicle for service, they will never treat us as a human being. We need to wait there for a very long time without any proper information. The quality of the honda activa is very bad. The side beeding which comes with the vehicle is not upto the mark. We can tell the whole vehicles spares quality itself is not upto the mark. The beeding which comes with the vehicle is not good and it coming along for a long time. I have visited the said service delaer aadhi honda for servicing. First they have fixed it, but it lasts only for 2 days. Second they have recommended for a new beeding which also lasts for 1 week only. I have paid for that beeding spare. After that also not good, i went again to the service centre for a solution. They recommend me again a new beeding which i have to pay again. I refuse to pay. Then they have fitted somewhat and let back m y vehicle after 1.30 hours. Time is gold. Not for them only. Time is gold for everyone in this world. Can they give back my 1.30 hours? Because of their lethargic behaviuor. Will honda can give back my 1.30 hours because they have not giving us a quality spares oriented quality vehicle. Waste of time. I hope this complaint typing is also waste of time. Better i am praying if any poor (Actually all indian citizens are poor, except politicians) is going to buy honda, dont buy it. Today I reached Barmer shekhawati Honda showroom for my scooter repair of lock broken. After delivery timing I will check the vehicle the seat was broken. I asked to the manager of service section he told me this was daily it happens but I can't do anything for you. You want seat then buy new one purchase. But I can't do nothing for you
