I bought a new honda dio bs-6 std red model on 17.07.2020 with the name of my sister vijitha r. But am booked this honda dio bs-6 std on 01.06.2020. So almost 47 days after i get the honda dio bs-6 std red from the dealer of ca honda thiruvarur.
In between i registered one complaint on first week of june and i got reply back on 20.06.2020. (Your complaint is registered vide ticket no 1-[protected]. Please quote this no for future inquiries. Honda customer care.) same day the dealer of ca honda manager contacted me and requested to close the mail about the complaint. He said "i will short out this issue june month end". Based on the trust about honda services i closed the complaint on 21.06.2020. (Your concern wide ticket no. 1-[protected] has been resolved.in case of further query, you may get back to us. Honda customer care.)
June month crossed. I contacted to the concern ca honda dealer thiruvarur on first week of july 2020. They said july month end only dio bs-6 std red will come. After the complaint closing the approach of ca honda dealer thiruvarur very very worst. Am called to the manager as well as sales representative personnel in the dealer they simply said august 2020 first week or second week dio bs-6 std red will come.
Am totally disappointed about the service on ca honda dealer thiruvarur. Then i heard from my friend today (17.07.2020) about the unloading the stock in front of ca honda dealer thiruvarur.
I called to the concern ca honda dealer thiruvarur, some one picked up call from the dealer and i asked "honda dio bs-6 std red came or not". He replied "yes sir stock came. You come and get it sir". After that i went the ca honda dealer thiruvarur and gave my booking receipt they processed further hand overing procedure. After stock receiving in ca honda dealer thiruvarur they didn't inform to me. Am heared the news from out of person and called to the concern dealer then they said "come and get it". This is the follow up for hand overing the vehicles...?
After that the ca honda dealer mechanic personnel handover the honda dio bs-6 dio std red to my hand.
I bought new honda dio bs-6 std red with the single payment. The dealer mechanic personnel hand over the keys to my family members. I didn't expect these kind of non responsible hand overing procedure at anywhere. The very very worst and irresponsible hand overing procedure from the dealer of ca honda thiruvarur.
Sales representative also don't care about the hand overing procedure. Everyone left for their lunch. The mechanic personnel knew the customer value. But the dealership manager and their team members of sales representatives don't know the value of customer.
I never seen these kind of worst vehicle hand overing procedure in any other dealers. Honda is the most unique in their service. But first time i felt unsatisfied service from the honda.
If am giving rating 1 to 5 for honda service am choosing minus five (-5) marks to the ca honda dealer thiruvarur.in these kind irresponsible personnel don't know the value of customer.
So they only give the responsible for government officials and any other political persons only. Not giving response for public. Very nice about your worst service in ca honda dealer thiruvarur. Keep follow in these kind o[censored]nsatisfied and worst service ever in future also.
First impression is the best impression but ca honda dealer thiruvarur is the worst impression for myself and my family members.
I knew this is the covid-19 lockdown period. But after stock receiving in ca honda dealer thiruvarur they didn't inform to me for my booked vehicle hand overing. Am following this concern from the date of booking 1st june 2020 to 17th july 2020. But they don't respond.
Why am waiting for 47 days to bought this honda brand. Because o[censored]nique service. But now am totally disappointed.
Anyway thanks for your very very worst and unsatisfied service.
