Today is my free service date, i submitted to showroom for services, but their not did proper water service and oil changes, their not changed oil but their asking to oil changes charge 500/-, same...

Last month we are complent to you. After engineer say this battery are faulty and enggier say new battery are not available and old battery are install in activa as a temporary. But still date no any reply for show room for our new battery....

This is in reference to my ongoing complaint with honda vide ref. No. 1-[protected] in the name of mohit jain.

Celebrate honda (An authorised dealer of honda) has declined my paid warranty benefits with non-appropriate reasons and also refused to provide the same in writing, when insisted by me.

On 25.06.2020 i had the forth free service for my bike at binayak honda, baruipur, south 24 parganas, kolkata. After that i faced a lot of problems like my front disk break is not working properly, abs is not working properly, acid is pouring down from bike when parked, having a sound from chain cover and tool box. The polish was not even cleared properly. Even i not received the bill also.
On 29.06.2020 i again visited the service...

Had purchased sp125 from chandra bhushan automobiles, muzaffarpur & today i went for my first free servicing. The service quality was very poor & i am not satisfied with it. There is serial number for servicing is fixed by taking money for which i had to wait more time. After complete servicing i was about to leave but my bike was not completely cleaned & there were mud stains everywhere in the lower part of my bike & chain cover. The guys...

Engine overall work done in 5-feb-20 but now i had shown to workshop today vehicle for vehicle getting stop in running. They don't have manners how to speak with customer.3 times vehicle breakdown on road. Works manager don't have manner to speak with customer saying dont bring your vehicle her do whatever you want to do....

They have given me the worst bike ever. They have given me the fake crash guard.they used rusted iron and painted black colour on it. In the second day only some noises were coming out from bike. Now just five months not yet over already facing problem. Yesterday night suddenly my bike has stopped in the night. Showroom people are not taking it seriously. Just take my compliant. Resolve this. I purchase the honda shine bs 6 on19.06.2020. After 3 days i facing below issue: front mudguard is touching to the engine guard while applying a front brake.
And also at the same time it is handle also struck & it is not freely rotate.
It generates rubbing noise....
