Honda 2 Wheelers India — worst service by honda-lost the trust | |||
I gave my vehicle Activa 3G TN 05 BJ 8074 on Feb 06th with SVM Honda service centre after replacing the engine oil the service guy did not closed the oil vent. Total oil from vehicle came out and my engine got seized while I m driving to office got struck in high way .I spent RS 350 for towing to service centre. When I asked them the reply was it was a small mistake and since my vehicle was under warranty the changed the bore in my vehicle. Since I lost hope with that service centre .Last week I went to Lodha service center chrompet this time it is worst than that.they have not fitted the body it self.i complaint to service manager but no proper response. Completly fed up with the service You are cheating the customer by concentrating only on sales but not in service..once you sell the vehicle there is no proper response from service..
