Honda 2 Wheelers India — Worst service | |||
I've a Honda Activa scooter 2014 model. The problem is I have no trustworthy authorised service centres for servicing my vehicle. In my town, there is an authorized showroom Jayam Honda who is the worst dealer ever ! Both their service and customer response is absurd. If you can take my complaint serious, I would ask you to cancel their license for Honda products. Jayam Honda is the sub dealer of Noble Honda, Perundurai, which is also a bad service. Mechanics in there speak like they are the owners and all. I let them do service for my activa few months ago. After got serviced by them, various problems started. While receiving the vehicle, the Self start didn't work. After a few days the horn stopped working completely. Now to change the horn, and servicing the vehicle again, I let it at the another service centre Royal Wings Honda. They changed the Air plug, Break shoe and others without even asking me . I have an audio proof of what I asked them to do .. but they changed various things and put bill for Rs.1170 but the actual service cost is Rs.580. I Don't know where to do service for my bike again. You have got to do something to stop these fraud activities. I greatly afraid that they'll change duplicate and old products instead of my bike's parts. I'm going to get my bike after 3 days of service and I'll post photos of those. Was this information helpful? | |||
