Hi

I want to file a complaint against honda showroom frazer town bangalore branch.
I booked a dio two wheeler with full cash payment. First they delivered it late saying color choose is not available. And now they have given me a smart card which has wrong information about the bike color updated. When i questioned they said they will change and re issue the smart card. It been 2 months now.. They just keep giving excuses and they have the audacity to suggest that we should adjust and wrong color in smart card is no big deal...

Pathetic customer service.. Every call or visit i make they say the manager is not available to speak..

Sir.. my honda activa 3g having some probleam i think in engine. Smoke is comming in silencer while riding i told them to service honda cervice center but they are telling some silly reasons but i am not satisfied still that probleam is their. And i purchase this vechile on jan 2nd 2017. Still one year also not completed Pls resolve my complint.
