Abhikaran honda sold me an extended warranty in august 2021 and when I was claim faulty parts in Nov-21, they are refusing my claim and saying that your vehicle having external electrical fitment. I wants to clear you that external electrical fitment into vehicle was done in 2019, when this vehicle don't have any warranty and at time of sale extended warranty, abhikarna hond sales person not informed about this because of they are interested to sale his products not service to me . I have logged the complaints into honda but nothing is happened . Honda is not care there customer and they are listening of there dealer .

    I purchase bike 2 Oct 2020 (raj Shakti Auto Gondal )yogi honda Gondal Rajkot
    Complian can not be solved yet 14 Nov 2021 can you see this period (long time one year )
    When I goes to show room and they check engine oil problem they solve. After 2 month as it is problem arise continue since today continue
    They told me to solve their problems but not solve yet time
    My personal experience is that i avoid honda bike and i urge people to avoid purchase honda bike their service are totally bad and kindely request peopale.
    I goes to my native palace honda show room national honda mangrol di junagadh they also told me that you can go when you purchase bjke i can not solve your problem
    Their ans totally rough
    I Am unhappy with the Honda Service 🙏

      After Holding up with Patience for 12 days I am raising this issue against Honda Cars India and their dealers and service partners Like Girnar Honda Akola. Mentioning few worst experiences and expecting corrective actions by Honda Cars overall.. Losing faith in the product and service after using Honda cars for 7 years . Detail of experience so far
      Out of Pune for Diwali vacations I had a minor accident on 31st Oct and took the car to Girnar Honda on Nov 1st under Insurance Clam from Royal Sundaram. Firstly the dealership says non of the parts are available in inventory and all need to be ordered, it will take 8-10 days for the parts to arrive, Seriously ??? are we still in stone age ?? No ware house what so ever nearby ?? Today its 12th and parts are yet to arrive and I am stuck with loss at work ... WOW Service
      Secondly Girnar Honda says they don't have cashless service for insurance claim where is royal sundaram is saying they have national tie up with Honda Cars for Insurance ... Either Girnar Honda is Fraud and cheating customers or Honda Cars is not aligned with the dealers ?? What is it please address and take corrective action ..
      Thirdly Girnar honda says they cannot place orders for parts unless i Pay advance, they took 25000 advance from me and then only ordered parts, I paid as i wanted to void the delay. I mean are you real ?? this is how Honda Cars treat there customers ?? Your dealers have no credibility for even parts ?? Never heard of any OEM or dealers holding there customers for ransome.. Btw my car was with them and they still needed Advance ..
      Fourthly they are not ready to take cashless insurance, when Royal Sundaram is ready, they take advance and on the bill payment (1.6 lakhs) which i intend to pay by credit card these guys are charging 2% extra .. WOW Digital India ?? Demanding cash and discouraging digital payments, what year are we In ?? Seems like tax avoidance or what ever but not customer friendly approach.
      I expect action on all above highlighted issues, cashless processing of my claim and return of the Advance or settlement in a fare way. Forget 2% extra. I hope this does not fall on deaf ears

        Dear team,

        Please consider this as high priority complaint

        For my car KA 09ME 1118 ( Honda city Ivtech) registered from Mysore and bought from Inspire Honda show room there is problem with infotainment system, I have been raising complaint from Aug 25th 2021 in the show room and I am getting reply that we have placed complaint with Honda and till now I am not getting problem resolved

        There is serious inconvenience caused with below problems as infotainment system is not working

        1. Rear camera not working
        2. Not able to connect my phone with Bluetooth
        3. Not able to connect totally as touch screen is not working

        Can you guys please help to resolve this issue, my car system still is in warranty period

        I knew Honda is famous for his customer care, but I never expected this type of service from your end, is this the treatment given for any customer?

          I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I am not satisfied with the quality of services provided by your Road Side Assistance. I am talking about the services I requested on 31/10/2021 and want to let you know I was very upset with your staff’s performance. My car was not starting, just the day before I had the same issue and I had to do a Jumpstart and it worked and I traveled 60 Km. The next day same thing occurred. Contact Honda service center said they need to check the car if there is any other issue and requested me to contact the RSA and jump-start the vehicle and tow it rather than driving. Have contacted the customer service[protected]. Today the 3rd day 03/11/2021 the technician came with a battery to jump start and he is coming from 40km away, which I can do it within 10km radius and would have taken only an hour maximum not 3 days. I have been denied the tow service for last 3 days.

                I AM DR. MILIND SHRIVASTAVA RESIDING IN JAIPUR (RAJASTHAN) INDIA. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN IN HIGH APPRECIATION FOR HONDA CARS. PRESENTLY I AM HAVING ONE HONDA CITY AND TWO WR-V HONDA. ONE WR-V HONDA BEARING REGISTRATION NO. RJ45-CJ-1085 IN MY WIF’S NAME, DR. SEEMA SHRIVASTAVA, HAD TO GO OUT OF JAIPUR BUT ITS NAVIGATION SYSTEM DID NOT WORK. THE LOCAL DEALER, M/S PINK CITY HONDA, JAIPUR, INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND SAID THE NAVIGATION CARD IS CORRUPTED AND NEW CARD COSTING RS. 6000/- WILL HAVE TO BE BOUGHT. SURPRISING HOW COULD THE CARD BE CORRUPTED I TALKED TO THE HELPLINE OF INDIA. CONSEQUENTLY THE DEALER AGAIN CALLED US UP AND CALLED THE VEHICLE. I AGAIN SENT THE CAR TO THE DEALER AND THE CARD WAS KEPT BY THEM AND AFTER TWO DAYS THEY AGAIN SAID THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE CARD. I AGAIN CALLED UP THE HELP LINE AND THEY INFORMED ME THAT ACCORDING TO THE DEALER THE NAVIGATION CARD IS OUT OF WARRANTEE, WHICH IS 2 YEARS. In this context I submit following few points worth consideration :
                1. I bought the vehicle on 15.10.2019. then how could the navigation card be out of warrantee on 01.10.2021.
                2. The navigation card only contains the road maps. In fact the dealer is locking the card for two years, where after the customers are forced to purchase the updates. This is against the rights of the customers. It should be the prerogative of the customer whether or not he wants to purchase the updates. If not, then the original facility for which the customer has paid must continue without updates
                This episode has been noted with great dissatisfaction by all and sundry. Anybody who comes to know of it says that Honda was not like this in past. We were having a very high image of Honda but now we are all highly DISSATISFIED. I AM WRITING THIS MAIL TO YOU BECAUSE YOUR LOCAL DEALER AND ALSO THE HELPLINE INDIA COULD NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I AM CONFIDENT YOU WILL DEFINITELY COME OUT AND EXTEND NECESSARY HELP TO US. THANKS.

                  Dear Honda, my Car model jazz pe last 27-10-21, Wednesday returning after paid service from your Distributor " B.D. AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD."domjur howrah instead of bearing cost Rs/-8308, after that just one day gone. today[protected] my experience with this service was very pathetic. In Middle of the road suddenly my car stopping, 10 times trying not even started, i am harassed during my working hour and busy schedule, continuously standing on the road. After checking my driver again and again he suddenly observed that, they are not properly fixing battery plug connection to the engine, so this wiring gradually loosing. So Honda please do hard step on your so called distributor "B.D. AUTOMOBILES PVT. LTD'' for harassing and damaging customer's reliability on your brand.

                    I have some serious issues in my Honda Wr V vx diesel. I have been noticing "check engine light " appearing on my dashboard from time to time. I contacted amd went to my local dealer ( Abhikaran Honda Bhopal) from whom i purchased my car, but they have shown no interest for diagnosing my problem instead they argue that this is not that big of an issue. I have been leaving my car in the workshop for 3 days, twice i have done that still they cannot seem to solve the issue. They are highly incompetent and unprofessional and have caused much inconvenience already.
                    Kindly help.

                      Honda city car repaired from harmony honda mohali(punjab). minor damaged from front.after two month of waiting dealership delivered car with major defects. Car ac is not in working.front glass is broken. And multimedia sound is not in working condition.although dealership charged heavy amount for repair.and after complaining about issues no suitable response have shown.

                        i got call from prabha honda patan and they have there sub branch in siddhpur

                        they told me that we will change the fuel indicator bu sir they do not have professional people, and it is my new activa 6g so i do not want any scratch on my scooter, if any scratch comes then will activa will take responsibility for that one

                        As i have purchase new activa 6g on 15 oct and in new activa only there was problem of fuel this show, how they spoil Honda company name .
                        they did not check that scooter and given to me this main problem of them .

                          This is regarding the famous automobile company- Honda.
                          I had ordered for a replacement of AVN system for my car Honda City. The complaint was registered on 27th July, 2021. We have made repeated requests on the following dates- 03/08/2021, then 09/09/2021, then 08/10/2021, and then 27/10/2021. There is no action taken yet.
                          The responsible people keep saying they haven’t received the AVN system from the company and have no date for its arrival either. I’m extremely dissatisfied with their service.

                            I have purchased a new 4th generation honda city car on Feb 2021 from T.V Sundaram Iyengar & Sons, Near Avinashilingam College, Mettupalayam Road, coimbatore.
                            From the day one onwards i am facing an issue in headlights of the car. whenever i will drive my car, there is a fog forming in both the headlights.
                            i have raised a complaint about this issue to the Sundaram Honda service....

                                Just after 3 yrs, the touch screen of wrv started showing signs of failure. The glue between screen and touch screen, became ineffective. This is not just my case, it is being seen in many wrv cars. Thi should be covered under manufacturing defect by Honda

                                  Honda City 2017 - Digipad Infotainment System

                                  Have a 2017 Honda City and a small Air Bubble appeared that started becoming bigger as days went by. Now it's complete thrash...touchscreen doesn't work and goes haywire when switched on...never knew Honda would provide such bad quality Digipad. Request Honda to replace the same ASAP. There are so many complaints from others on the same issue across various forums. The Dealer says it will cost Rs.50, 000 for a replacement! Ridiculous!!...

                                  During service on 16 Oct 21at crown Honda sec 62 noida I was informed to install ac filter in dashboard which usually was not coming till 2019 models. I am complaining to Honda company for not updating me when I purchased Honda amaze. My car ac is working without filter. So I request Honda to get filter fitted in my car amaze for the longlife and smooth run of my car ac.I hope in future you will update the customer regarding the accessories which are vary important for the smooth run of car.

                                    Hi, it’s been 3 years I’m using Honda car purchased Honda wrv in 2018 . After 2 years facing touch issue n later on..it was full hanged / touch not working even after reset / restart

                                    When approached showroom they said they can’t replace need to buy @75k

                                    I’m very angry 😡 just after 2-3 years it’s working, what a low quality product manufacturing

                                    Please raise a complaint to provide me replacement if not need raise issue to making low quality product to grab people’s money / cheating
