I found it very important to share such unhealthy and harassed experienced after I bought Honda Amaze (S) petrol model.
I took delivery of car on 23rd Oct, 2016 from Ring Road Honda, MG road Gurgaon Showroom . On 24th Oct there was Engine OBD light warning in my car. I called the executive at Showroom from whom I purchased he said it can happen in Honda car so you can take to Workshop.
I request it’s 1 day old car and I need your extended support to figure the root cause else give replace my car. But the dealer Sales Head replied, let’s take car to Workshop and see the problem first.
I took car on 24th Oct 2016 in Sector 18 Gurgaon Workshop where they did Health Diagnostic Test and was found with error: Spring Throttle Performance Value.
But they said now light is gone we have removed this error from system and then Ring Road Honda MG Road Gurgaon Dealer Sales Head had discussion with me as and told Sir it won’t repeat again the problem I have personally investigated your case and in case it repeats I will be with you and take to Honda for Cash back or new Model whatever you want. Based on this confidence I took the car back but again on 2nd Nov 2016 light was there I called the showroom that light is here and mailed the error to them and said just watch for some time more.
Now again on 8th Nov2016 car, Engine OBD light was there and there was pickup problem and car lost it pickup due to which I was about to meet major accident from backside. Now my car is at workshop and I have decided not to take until I get solution as per commitment done by dealers.
Since then I have no acknowledging response from HONDA that this problem will be permanently resolved or not.

    I have purchased Honda Amaze from your dealer vide their Invoice no.SAL/INV/DD[protected] DT 24.5.2014, of M/S TV Sundaram Iyengar & sons Ltd, Coimbatore .

    "I ride this car with pride as I purchased immediately on its lounging"

    Now I regret to inform you that I am really fed up with the performance of the Honda Amaze. My car runs only 50000 Km . But problem I faced from one year onwards I have done all the oil service as per your service schedule and replaced all the necessary spares/consumable.

    Now I am servicing my vehicle from your dealer M/s Ramani Automobile P ltd, Coimbatore. They have replaced major parts like Beam, Axle, Sublet and Beam Assy under extended warranty on 21.6.2016, again serviced on 9.8.2016 due to noise from engine .

    Now again my vehicle is at your work shop from 4.11.2016 due to noise from engine and they could not find out what is the problem in my vehicle till today . I purchased with high expectation from Honda as you are one of the Leading car manufacture . But unfortunately you could not satisfy your customers like me because of poor performance of your vehicle.

    Now I am traveling with hired car, now I am thinking why I purchased Honda when paying rent to car.

    If I have not got a amicable solution for my complaint I have no other option to go to consumer court against you for replacement of new vehicle and reimbursement of all my Legal expense, car hiring charges for the service period and mental agony

      DEAR HONDA,

      Subject: Dealer delivered an accidental car and sold one car to two customers and accepted the same but denying to change the car.

      I have purchased a new Honda CITY 1.5 VX (O) MT (I-DTEC) Urban Titanium car on 28.10.2016 from Deep Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Bathinda. At the time of delivery all bumpers are lose and I requested to the GM of Deep Automobiles Mr. Anoop to look into this matter and he asked his Sales, Guy Kulwant Singh, to take the car in the service area and screwed the bumpers. But the matter is not stopped here. The original game came out when I go for service on 6th of November (General checkup after 1000 KM claimed by Company) AFTER 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY at Harmony honda Chandigarh.

      What I came to know is the car is accidental and bonnet is totally painted, headlamps are changed with loose sealed and also the car is not registered in Honda with the origional name as per the invoice (Kapple Baghla S/O Rajesh Baghla). Also, car was already registered in August with the other name. But as per the invoice car is sold on 28th of October.

      At the same time, i called the GM of Deep Automobiles Mr. Anoop to look into this and he accepted (I have recorded as a proof of acceptance) that bonnet is painted and they can change the bonnet. Also, I have logged the complaint at Honda toll-free number. Complaint reference number is 1-[protected]

      Next day (7th of November) I have visited Deep Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Bathinda and they again accepted the bonnet is painted and deny to change the car. They said we can only change the Bonnet. So, I have not accepted their offer and dropped the car at the showroom and lodged a FIR against Honda and Dealer at section 420 and also logged the case in consumer court.

      My questions/requests to Honda:

      1- How their dealer deliver Accidental or defected cars?
      2- How they can sell one car multiple times? Just to BURGLARY in taxes and taking Vat and tax from multiple customers on one product.
      3. What is the fault of a customer who has received the accidental car?
      4. The customer is bound to pay the whole amount including logistics, Road tax, Insurance etc before taking the delivery. On the other side, is Honda Company not responsible if they deliver the accidental or defected car?
      5. During the course of this time, no substitute car was provided to me as my daily travelling from my Residence to Office apart from other work is 30km. I rely on my car for commuting. I am daily facing lots of hardships in commuting and incurring lots of money on commuting by Taxis and cabs. This is a great financial loss to a person like me who is a salaried class.
      6. I am a software developer in an OT company and had taken Car loan from SBI to buy this car. The car I purchased is still with the Honda Authorities and I am, with no other options, paying monthly EMIs to the bank to repay the loan.
      7. I need to change my car asap. Please do the needful.

      Sir, the above problem is giving me a lot of mental and emotional stress, which can lead to depression, anxiety and other medical issues. I sincerely seek your intervention to resolve this matter at the earliest.

      Fraud happened:
      1- Car is sold, two times to two different customers.
      2- Car is accidental and its bonnet is totally painted (Accepted by GM Deep Automobiles Pvt Ltd. Bathinda. : Mr. Anoop)

      Note: I have all the original papers and acceptance recording that I can show (Invoice, Insurance, etc)

        Am using honda city car dl 7cf 7232 and given for service & some body works at sterling honda dilshad garden, delhi. As informed i removed all my belongings from the vehicle except one god`s idol of precious metal which was fixed at dash board. After taking delivery when i reached my home noticed that the same was missing. Contact service centre many times in last one week but no response till date.

          I purchased car 4 months back from pink city honda, vki, Jaipur and they promised to give me accessories of car worth rs 20, 000 and still it's all pending
          2. I have logged complaint 3 times with dealer for my car average issue it's just giving 8kmps .. and they are not listening at all
          3. No RTO papers yet
          There is no recpect for consumer at all . I am helpless about this issue no one is listening pls help me out

            I purchased Honda jazz from crystal Honda Wagholi and after 20 days I reliazed that the music system installed in my car is faulty and screen is completely white. I reported this to service centre who said it will replaced under warranty and after 30 days they saying I need to pay 9000 rs for repair. I spoken to customer_relations and they ignored my complaint saying same thing what service team said.

            I want to escalate this issue now in consumer court and want my music system to be repaired under warranty.

                First they had told it's gear box noise and they replaced ...after that same noise ..re visited waisted time and Money found and told that it's from tyre ...more than three months I need to follow and made calls more than 60 times ...fed up on fake promise and worst product..

                After Lodge complaint got some call saying name that Mr.Abhjit Bhattacharya([protected])from Honda Customer Care return department ...asked quiet about details and asked icici bank details for refund amount for the same Bank as per government approved only access... After arrangements of my relatives icici bank details trying contact same no...not reaching ...sent SMS ...no response ...tryed with customer care two-wheeler Honda for search and contact above mentioned person no...no proper response ...kindly see DS weather it's fake Call r what? And I need justice about my concern for return DS vehicle with compensation... [protected].

                  The above mention matter was related to a fraud mail sent in my email.For the same, i went to jaipur on 13th june from Surat to Jaipur. In that time, I was in abb india ltd at surat. When i reached there, I called in the mentioned contact no. They told that our cab has gone for another purpose so we can not send our cab to pick you. Hence, you have to come with auto.
                  Again they told that you are late so your interview will not be process.
                  I requested many times after that they accepted to take my interview.
                  Mr. Deepak alongwith two persons and car driver came with swift car.
                  Deepak asked some questions to me inside the car.
                  After that, He told that you are selected and you have to give 5250 Rs. for the medical test and gate pass process.
                  I gave that amount to him.
                  After that I came back to surat.
                  I called many times that when my joining will be there? He answered as you have to give 5000 Rs more.
                  When I checked this Deepak Hr via net, I found that this is totally fraud.
                  I told deepak that lots of complaints are there against you.
                  What is this?
                  Is it true?
                  he told that no no no, its totally wrong.
                  I understood that some thing went wrong with me.
                  I called many times to give my amount which i given on interview time.
                  Deepak told continuously that you will get your amount today, tomorrow, day after tomorrow.
                  But till now, any single rs is not deposited in my account as i had given my acc no on the saying of Deepak.
                  Now, when i call, response as a the no is switched off.
                  Sir/Mam, I have all evidences regarding this like Phone call recordings of Deepak, vehicle no by which they came in jaipur(Swift Car), all mails.
                  Now, what can I do?
                  These fraud people are looting the whole India, innocent freshers and continue violating the rules.

                    I wish to share my experience of visiting Lally Motors in Jalandhar city of Punjab. Few months back I and my husband visited Lally Motors for the purchase of Honda-City, but as we were not attended properly and complete details of the automobile was not shared with us, we returned home half-heartedly and gave up our idea to buy Honda-City, presuming the quality of after-sale service from Lally Motors. Again my husband made up his mind to buy Honda car and this time we intended to buy Honda-CRV. My husband wanted to have a look at its interior and vision. We were informed that there is no demo car of CRV and the one which is owned by the owner of Lally Motors can be made available on the customer's request. Finally, the sales person fixed up an appointment for CRV on 1st November at around 3 pm. Accordingly, I and my husband visited Lally Motors. We were made to sit for more than half an hour but the owner didn't handover the key of his CRV despite the fact that manager approached him for the same. We felt not only unattended but humiliated and disrespected by the Lally Motors. I've failed to understand the world in which Lally Motors survives or why they are over confident about Honda brand while BMW, Mercedes, Audi and even Volvo bring their cars at customer's door step for test drive. Given the two worst experiences with Lally Motors, I shall spread negative words about their attitude and behaviour. They are not at all professional and so, badly require customer-focused training. Otherwise sooner they shall be out of the market and worst consequences shall be borne by the company.

                      The company Make - Honda, model name DIO, model code SCV110FH, FSC no.414466 has been worst experience of Purchase any Scooty as this is giving an average of 15-20 KM PER LITRE.
                      My Car 1200 CC is giving more fuel average compare to Honda Scooty.

                        Sir i dr ajmalsha from kerala malappuram... Working as anaesthetist... Sir i had an unfortunate experience from the honda service dealer at malappuram... I have given my car for service andafter servicing they handed over the car to me... I have paid 16000 in total for servicing and changing some parts... After getting car i noticed a horrible sound from back side of the car which is more while driving through rough road... And i informed this to malappuram service centre which is near to me... But the way they treated me was highly disqusted me... They now saying i have to pay 30000 more and have to change h beam... I asked for warranty as my car i owned only 2years back and only45000 kilometer... Then they replaid me as i am not regular in service i am not eligible for warranty... Sir 2things i am in doubt.. If i trusting honda... Then why they can't diagnose or understand the problem of h beam 1week back when i have given for service... Or weather they cheated me by changing my cars good one with a damaged as there was no such sound before servicing... Or if i am not trusting honda... Then what the quality honda can assure to the customers about the product bcs only 2year.45000km driven car i changed battery all tyres and other parts etc coated almost more than 1.5 lack yet... Now still i have to spent to change h beam also... If honda product is so much damagable one and of poor quality.. I don't think so... Please donthe needful and favour sir.. Other wise i have to think off changing my vehicle to some other company...

                          I am not at all satisfied with the service provided by pink city honda jaipur I own two honda cars jazz and brio

                          Cars are not properly cleaned and vacuumed there is dust in the car even pieces of torn papers in the car

                          But this time no call was made from honda regarding recall to change the part called PUD

                          But they changed it after I refused to car service as I was not satisfied with the charges they demand. I told them to send my car back without doing anything . I was not informed about any honda notice to change the air bag inflator kit before I refused car service

                          This is a serious offence and untolarable to change the part without my permission

                          Not expected from any honda dealer

                          Hope you will take a serious action

                            I report the below said complaint earlier but there is nothing will happen. I got a call from muthoot honda kollam and they told me there is no way to solve my complaint. What will i do. My complaint is given below, i am lejeesh from kerala i have a honda city idtec registration number is kl-69-a-2121, i report a complaint on your kollam dealership my complaint is leather portion of the steering wheel is partially distroyed, and the ac vents damaged i reported this complaint to the honda service center is located at kollam named muthoot honda, they take the photographs of the broken parts but they are not ready to rectify the error, so i decided to send the mail directly to your company. Please enquire the above said complaint and take necessary action.

                              Hello sir.
                              I am mayur from gandhinagar. (gujarat)
                              I brought new honda cb shine bike 5 month ago in case mode . From royal honda in gandhinagar ( gujarat )But now issue in self start part. Service center talked me we exchange your part in 7 day becouse now part not available. After 10 day i asked them. They talked me now part not available pls come 10 day after.

                              I bought my new honda bike in case mode from gandhinagar royal honda showroom .
                              Now 5 month completed .but my self start mode not working .
                              They talked me we chang your self start part in 7 day .
                              But now 10 day after no any response .
                              Yesterday i called they talked me after 10 day we change your part .

                              Please give me answer in properly..

                                It is been more than 5 days, but still my insurance claim is not process.(solitaire Honda ANDHERI) And no one is answerable for same. People are just not bother to call, receive call, call back and inform about the status. I am practically following up with team daily but no Team leader / manager want to attend my call, your operator always say manager is not in cabin and TL is busy can't talk now. Very poor customer service. Honda has very good cars, but If this kind of service I will never recommend this brand to anyone. This is my first service experience with Honda and it is pathetic. You people need to understand customers need and act accordingly. I strongly believe at krish cars you just want to sale the car and you are not concern about post that. I just hope I will get my car back post work without further damage post my feedback. I will make sure that I will never use your service center in future. I hope you atleast read the feedback to understand the customer concern and work on it.

                                  I am using honda accord car model 2004, when i came from mumbai to pune the car engine is over heated and water pump is leaked, then i take the car with the help of recovery.
                                  The service manager insulted me and my car, he told me throw this old car in basket, we cannot accept for repair, it will take 2 years, no parts also available,
                                  He slso shouted me and speak bad words, please take necessary action against him

                                    This is regarding purchase of my honda amaze ex mt model of diesel version from "magnum honda" kanakapura road bangalore in may-2014.
                                    Within 20000km i replaced clutch plate twice.
                                    I am not understanding where is the issue, if myd riving skill is having issue then i drove earlier 7 years maruti vehcile and i never faced this issue.

                                    Please let me know how to deal with this issue?
                                    As i don't want again to spend 15k for next 5000km. i saw many articles in web with the same issue i am reporting. please take serious action on this otherwise i amy appeal this to consume court to get compensated myself.

                                    I have purchased honda city few month back and tyre of good year is instaled in that . one that tyre got air in it and it is being efflorescence ( tyre fool gya )
                                    and car has done just 24000 km

                                    so i kindly request u to take action against it as soon as possible

                                      I had purchased a honda "shine" motorcycle in the year 2014 and it is running 3374 km at the time my last servicing at dankuni showroom. But my bitter experience which i had observed during my motor bike service time on last occasion as well as on previous occasion also, that your service manager insist the customer to add something new service against price or replace other machinery, which we think need not required to replace the same. Inspite of strictly mentioned in your job card not to replace any spare they replace some spare parts unnecessarily to enhance the billing amount of servicing.

                                      I think it will hamper your reputation

                                        A good car with a horrible after sales service compounded with worst response and follow-up from Honda.. Best of luck..

                                        Go you irresponsible in Honda to your service center and see how your service center treat your customers. Learn from Toyota at least this.

                                        Shun pretending that you care for customers. I shall not buy / recommend even my enemy to go for Honda product.
