Nd then they say total loss lelo sir then i asked them to make the report for my car if its not repairable then say said sir honda ki gaadi honda wale kaise mana kr skte h repair to ho he jayegi nd after that they use to exchange they fine parts from the accidental cars for there profit
And if we argue about it they uses such abusive languages with us nd says to the worker pade rendo gaadi nd after they says apni car le jao after all these then they says honda li h apne koi audi jaguar nai li #note #this
Honda employees also knows that honda is such a cheap car and with cheap employees and fraud dealers such a lame brand honda honda car india story of ringroad honda delhi peeragarhi
I have all the records in voice recorder spoken by thier general manager @rana nd service manager @rajeev nd even videos shown exchanging parts from the accidental cars nd abusing us nd doing dada giri nd my car is with them only from last 4 months, and i complaint in honda 121 they said apke pass revert aa jayega 24 hours me i hvnt got a single call from them such an brand first time have seen a good brand with cheap dealers nd cheap employees the honda brand will post the audio records soon after concerting it in video mode as a proof how honda is nd why we should not deal with honda brand

    As the good will of Honda Brand i had bought a new Honda Jazz V MT by mistake in February 2016. I am very much disappointed by your Dealer located in Panchkula. Called Harmony Honda. They are rubbish. From very first day i m facing a problem of A.C. but they don"t care. Even they suggest me to repair it from outside machenic. That"s the great service they are providing to their customer. I complaint about it on Honda 121 they are also one...

    I own honda amaze (D) top model, october 2015. Accident occurred and car hit the pole of road divider (My complete family was in car). The air bag didn't worked, fortunately every body was safe except little injury.
    Also car was honda assured so i called service centre and reported the accident and delivered the car to service centre somehow.

    After following badly with service centre, today after six months i received confirmation to receive the car.

    Instead they should feel guilty that they gave defective car (Without air bag). They charged bill for srs assy unit. And i think for censor too.

    I dont know how i can get ccompensation for air bag failure.

    I am feeling hopeless with honda service.

      I had an accident and given by car in the express service centre in Nellore. since 25 days they told that parts have not come and it is in order.

      Such non bothering service provider i havent seen. i was having ford car where the service was very good.

      I need the solution to my car and to get my car back on priority.

      Honda does not bother about the customer and their need after they bought the car.

        Hi team,

        I want to report a case of cheating with me from one your honda showroom based at faridabad (Haryana)- delight honda

        On 24th of feb i have purchased one honda brio car (Vx) at from this showroom with a deal of exchange of my old maruti alto car in the name of saurabh chakravarty

        On 22nd of feb have handed over all the original documents and keys of my old alto car to the showroom representative and in return they assured me to issue the cheque of valued amount in next 2 days but after chasing for nearly more than a month now, i am yet to get the refund amount from the showroom. At every level of this organization they are committing a date of cheque issuance but nothing is happening.

        Had a talk with amandeep kaur, rohit (Branch head), pankaj lalit (Agm) but everyone is now pushing the case to one another.

        Also i have planned to buy another car for me on my anniversary which on 2nd of april but could not as the loan of my previous alto car is still open. All my planning has gone for a toss.

        One should change the name of this showroom from delight honda to painful honda. I am not able to believe this is how a mnc like honda operates.

        My rating to honda as a company will be 2 out of 10

But still kick spring is not available on your reputed authorized service center. And I think Honda byke service is bad in kasganj since 4 years .because I had twister .and same conditions in past .parts not available . I m very disappointed from your service.             My Honda City Car bearing No: AP 13P 4599 met with the accident and I approached Green Honda ( Nagole, Hyderabad) for repair. They advised me to go for insurance of new door and painting work. I approached insurance and got the new door and painting work done with Green Honda. First time they did not match the color of door with rest of the car color. I approached them again and shown the difference in color. They agreed and took for repainting for 2nd time. This time there are pin holes and color did not match. Again I approached them and shown the defects. They accepted and asked again for rectification of pinholes and color matching.

            They did the repainting for 3rd time and this time again pin holes are observed on door and workmanship was poor. There are patches of color( lumps) observed on the door. Again today( 26/3/2016) I approached their showroom and shown them.
            Again they are asking us to give the car for rectification.

            This is the 4th time they are asking my car for rectification. Now I lost the hope on them and I would like to get the work done with other service center of Honda( Pride Honda) Miyapur. They are ready to do the job properly and given the quotation for that.
            Now when I asked to refund my money so that I can get the work done properly with Pride Honda they are refusing. I had paid approximately 23000/- for this work. Now I request you to help me get my money back.

            Green Honda( Nagole, Hyderabad) is taking customer for ride and behaving adamantly and forcing me to accept and give the car for 4th time within one month.

            Hence I request you to do the justice for me and help me in getting my money back with interest. I had undergone mental pressure due to this and they are making me run from pillar to post for the justice.

                I Aseem C/O Delhi Paint House Chandigarh Had bought a Honda Jazz Car in Feb. 2016. From the very first day i m facing the problem with A.C. For that matter i went to the company showroom 5 times in a month. But they are not able to solve the problem. although they recommend to go outside machenic for the same purpose. But for that they will not pay. How the company making fool the people. Now i m going to consumer court for the same problem.

                        I purchased honda city vmt on 30/11/2015 with reg no of rj 14 lc0877..Car is running fine but issue is yesterday when i tried to change the wallpaper on 5" display, i am not able to do it as i imported 3 images successfully by in display setting when i changed audio to wallpaper, no change is there..I tried many times but seems some software issue is there..Please solved it..

                          I purchased Honda Amaze Idtec S From Lally Motors Amritsar on 27 Sept 2015. only after 2 months paint of car got damaged. On all over body paint got cracked and some patches of Fade color. I Went to Dealer the team admitted that there is some manufacturing default . They verbally offered me Repainting of Car. I did not allow them to repaint my New Car.
                          I have written a lot of mails to VP Honda Cars But all in vain . No Solution provided to me even they do not want to listen any thing, Honda Company does not care for Customer .
                          It is really a worst experience of dealing with Honda . They produce Defected Cars and after sale no care .

                            Hi Honda Team,

                            I am using Honda Amaze and referred one of my close friends to buy Honda Jazz from Ring Road Honda, CP, New Delhi, India. For this, I registered myself on Hondabuddyloyalty website and referred my friend, Mr. Dinesh K Madan. After successful registration of this referral, my friend booked the car and I received a message for the same.

                            After a few days, my friend got delivery of the car ( DL 4C AU 4587) on 14/02/2016, which made me eligible for 5ooo points. When I checked, the status of my referral on Hondabuddyloyalty website, it was showing as contracted. Then, I waited for a few days, as the Ring Road Honda people said that it will take some time for points to get uploaded in my account. After several follow-ups, I saw that the points are not getting uploaded.

                            Then, I contacted Honda Customer care for the same, and I received the same opinion which was to wait. (communication id: 1-[protected], 1-[protected])

                            After waiting for some more days, I checked again my account and I was shocked to see that the portal was displaying me the message, closed w/o sale. I was shocked to see how can this be possible that when earlier it was showing as contracted, which means that the deal has been done and after some time it became closed w/o sale.

                            Then, I again contacted Ring Road Honda and this time, their CRM Manager, Ms. Avni ([protected]) came into picture to handle this issue. From more than last whole week, she tried to solve my problem and assured me that I will get my points, but to my surprise, I have still not received my points. From last 4 days, I am trying to contact her, but her mobile phone is switched off.

                            This has been a very disappointing, pathetic, poor, ridiculous and harassment kind of experience for me.

                            Please note that I am not begging for something, I am eligible for these points and it is my right to receive them.

                            I am attaching the relevant screenshots for your reference.

                            Look into this and provide me my points ASAP.

                                Hello sir,
                                I have bought city vx (O) mt petrol from abhikaran honda, bhopal 4 days back.
                                As advised i had downloaded honda connect app on my mobile. However, while registering profile i typed wrong email id which i noticed, after mobile was verified successfully, when it was not getting verified during verification process. I tried to edit mail id which app does not permit though it was still not verified.

                                Than i uninstalled the app and tried to re-register and during mobile verification it says that mobile is already registered hence give alternative.

                                After this i approached honda connect ***121 on 11.3.16 and after 22 minutes of wasteful of music with 4 times disconnect/ re-connect try, i could convey my message to the executive & request to delete earlier registration.I was told their helplessness & assured will be handled by another technical team and a call will be made to me. I was sent sms giving a id reference no. As [protected].
                                Getting no call & no response i had again called to honda 121 on 14.3.16 regarding my earlier id & spoke to mr aashish, who again told me sorry but he can't help. He also told a call will come from technical team????

                                Today nearly 7 days 200 hours have gone by but without a call or solution?
                                Please tell me what is the meaning of 24x7 call center? Only to say sorry and forget,
                                Id generated without any follow up or monitoring.
                                I appeal to please escalate my complaint and i be provided a contact number of a senior executive from customer care so that i can convey my grievance for relief.
                                Honda connect does not have any help number where a harassed customer like me could approach.

                                  I have Purchased a New Honda Biro Car on 10/12/15. Due to winter season December & January I have not check the A/c. In the 1st week of February when I check the A/c & I found that A/d is not in working condition. After that I go to Honda care on 4th March & in response care told me that with in one week your complained will be resolved. But now they are giving me many excuses some time they told me that wiring is faulty & wire box will be changed. And it demanded to Honda, But still we have not received. I am very fed-up with service of Honda Care. Resolving this Issue they opened the whole my car as I sending attach photographs.
                                  Regarding this Please do the solution of my complained in warranty ASAP. Otherwise I will lodge a complained at Consumer form against Honda.

                                    Our honda amaze car was out of order after just filling of petrol at reliance petroleum at expressway between nadiad & amadavad on 26 th january 2016 around 11.00 p.M.

                                    My car was in running good condition & we were returning from nadiad to gandhinagar on vadodara amadavad expressway where we stopped at reliance petroleum for filling petrol.Our car could not be started afetr putting lot of efforts.We called to honda onroad side break down services which responded good & within an hour they arranged for toying our car to nearest honda service centre
                                    At ambawadi amadavad.Next day after making several phonecalls we could not get an exact problem in our car, next day they inform us that motor of fuel pump is burnt & fuel pump set is to be replaced for which we were not convinced as our car has just completed around 35000 km,
                                    But as we have no option we have to belive it. After a week our car was repaired and we took the delivery, when we took the delivery a charger, an aerial, 2 cushions, & seat covers were stolen for which they did not take any resposibility .
                                    When our car was taken away by their toeing vehicle we just handed our car without taking any details in receipt.
                                    After taking delivery when we show to our mechanic at gandhinagar he showed lot of dust layer on fuel pump which implied that they have not replaced fuel pump set but have handed over damaged fuel pump of another car lying with them
                                    We desire that we are to be refunded the cost of fuel pump set & repairing cost.
                                    We also desire the return of our charger, ariel, 2 cushions & seat covers
                                    Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Sir,
                                      with due respect I want to say that I have purchased a CB-shine 125 bikes from M/s. Premsons Motors, Ranchi (jharkhand) in the month of Octorber-2015. Before purchasing the bike, I heard from someone that there is a problem in chain & sprocket specially in CB-shine bike. I asked for that to sales girl of the show-room. They replied that the Co. has replaced the problem in this new model. I was fully convinced & purchased that bike. But after 5-months of purchasing, I felt the same problem & make it repair 6-times in workshop of showroom.
                                      Now you please tell me why your authorised showroom's sales person has wrong interpret me? I am very much annoyed about this problem. CAN YOU SOLVE THIS PROBLEM PERMANENTLY ?
                                      Pl. reply me immediately, else I will be forced to lodge a complain in consumer forum.
