service centre is closed down in our city

Hi,
I decided to buy my Honda Brio in 2016 after much research and great Customer care ratings and reviews. Since the desired model was not available in my city Srinagar which had only one dealer Hillview Honda, I travelled to 300 kms to another city Jammu to purchase the car.
Much to my chagrin now, Honda has decided to shut down the sole dealer and service station in the city, reasons best known to them, without even bothering...

Its the most worst service centre in chennai for honda. I gave my bike for service thrice in three months and each time they came up with the same issues. The first two times i let it go but the third time which is now they have said that there is same fault again. Either they are cheating or they are not servicing the vehicle properly thats why in every three months they are telling me the same issue

    Hi,

    We purchased an honda brv from infinity honda, sohna road gurgaon on 1st sep, 2018.

    The whole experience of dealing with the whole staff has been pathetic..!!

    All the employees who work at infinity honda are cheats and big liars.

    We gave the money to infinity honda around 3-4 days before the promised delivery date but the whole staff at infinity honda kept lying to us about the vehicle delivery status.

    Also, when we took a test drive, we clearly enquired the staff about the middle car seat row sliding feature and they promised that the base variant which we purchased from them; would have the middle car row slidable.

    We were shocked and disappointed to see that the car when delivered had the middle car row fixed and not slidable.

    When we raised this concern to honda people, they said that it is supposed to be like that only in the base honda brv variant.

    This is a clear case of cheating and fraud.

    Also, we exchanged our old car for the honda brv and it was very well agreed in advance that the infinity honda would take care of getting the insurance cancelled of our old vehicle and would ensure that we get the refund.

    After the delivery of vehicle, honda infinity staff asked us to get old car insurance cancelled ourselves.

    The attitude of the honda infinity staff changed and they stop picking up our calls as well.

    I want to raise a formal complaint against infinity honda, sohna road gurgaon & want to register a case of fraud against them.

    Please take a strict action against such frauds so that they learn a lesson for future.

      I am a proud owner of honda wrv idtec vx but very much dissatisfied with the service manage behavior on the complaint registered at capital honda meenambakkam. Post 3rd service the map card did not work and i complained about this in 1st paid service (4th service) to jagan service assistant and it was found the card used in my car was of jazz not the one for wrv. It was also said that they will verify and check on this, and with a week i was assured to replace the card in next few days but even post 30 days i did not receive any response and i called up siva kumar, service manager at capital honda and he too dragged the issue for a week and i insisted to give the resolution in a day. I found sudden uturn in his behavior where he said the map card was replaced outside the service center and possibly i (Customer) would have done it and also changed the statement of jagan that this fault was observed just one month before the 4th service and prior to this it was working. I insisted to patch jagan on call to understand the complaint history and he too was clear in in statement that customer complained on the fault from 3rd service not on the last month. For no reason he tried to prove a false statement and never took the pain the understand what happened in service center above this he did not even verify the cctv footage and give me any concrete evidence that this did not happen in capital honda showroom or service center in meenambakkam. I bit agonized with the event and service manager behavior which i never expected from a brand honda. I need help to resolve on this.

        DEAR Sir,
        I have bought City V i-vtec car on 31st July 2018 for my son.But there is a problem in window glass of driver side door.The door vibrates when we open/close the window glass.Vibration/Jerk is very heavy.I am bringing to your notice, tell me what to do.
        Your dealership say that it's common in your vehicle.Pls sort it & make necessary amendment for this problem

          Dear sir i have purchased new honda jazz 2018 from dakshin honda bangalore on 13-08-18 topend cvt vx model .. My car is run 250 kms and the tyre is burst at midnight . And on noticing i get that the another tyre is also about to burst as there is a buldge on the tyre.
          Buldge is usually when the tyre is old and manufacturing defect . My jazz is just 15 days old and im facing this problem. Also my cars 4tyres are of mechlin brand and the spare tyre is mrf brand how is that possible boss .. Sir i want all the tyres from mrf or brigdgestone brand i cannot use the mechlin tyres as its very unworthy and are not reliable .
          I want to take an action against honda india for delivering faulty tyres in new cars.
          I am sure dakshin honda has changed my tyres at the time of delivery and given me faulty tyres thats why the spare tyre is of a different brand and the other tyres are of inferior quality . I will raise an fir for cheat case in the nearest police station and i will approach consumer complaints

            I had purchased a honda wrv sx model in feb 2018. My registration no. Is up32jr3190. Using personally this car.
            I feel very less horn sound in this model it dosnot like a suv compare to other companies suvs. When i play this horn in crowded area it doesn't not work like suvs.
            Pls check and do some modification on this end.

              Date of incident: 09/06/2018
              Navigation card of aur honda wrv car mh20ej6129 was misplaced at service centre of bafna auto cars aurangabad.
              Our car was given for servicing as on 09/06/2018. Invoice no. Of service is sr[protected] after servicing i had taken delivery of my car in which navigation card was not available.
              I immediately contact with the concerned authority available there but they did not solve my problem.

              So i request you to kindly look into the matter and return my navigation card or refund the cost of navigation card

                Old car supplied by the dealer - vin no. Makgl274bj4025887
                I had took honda wr-v car on 21.08.2018 and made full payment on 30.07.2018.
                But the car manufacturing date in registration certificate is shown as feb, 2018.

                I had booked for brand new car and got a 6 months old car during delivery, which is not acceptable. This was not informed to me by the dealer (Southern honda).
                From honda, this was not expected at all causing customer dissatisfaction to higher level.

                Very poor works . Service not proper done . Not satisfactory working .my complaint not resolved (no 1-[protected]) till now. I take action go to consumer court.

                  Check engine light is on while driving. Service centre states that ecu is malfunctioning. However, no problem was noted while driving the car for the few kms to the service centre from the spot where the case was noted, even after the light was on.
                  Kindly take note.
                  We are surprised to find the problem in honda cars in just 33months o[censored]se you assure 120% customer satisfaction. Fortunately, my son who was driving the car was aware that the light, if remains on after starting the car might suggest some problems.

                    Bought a handa amaze on 16th july 2018. 2018... I'm done with the first servicing of it.
                    Now m having issues regarding-
                    1. Horn which is not working properly after repairing
                    2. Pick up problem it is not going above 80
                    3. Hard starring
                    4. Mileage is really low, its 15 only
                    5. Having issues in 2nd and 4th gear
                    6. Dash board box is loose

                    Take a hard decision. Do solve each and everything or change my product
                    This should be your responsibility
                    I cant take the failed product of your company
                    If this model is failed technically then m not going to keep this one

                    Take an action
                    Do change thisparticular product. I dont want any repairing before completion of 60 days only
                    That iscompletely your company's fault which is i am not going to bear.

                            The navigation software of my honda brv vx — mt car purchased in feb 2018, is old, the one released in 2016. Multiple time it doesn't recognize the destination and sometime it shows wrong direction.

                            When i approached the showroom executives, they informed that during the second free service the service station team will update the software/maps.

                            But the service station clearly denied doing any update of the navigation software or maps. Instead want me to pay 19 euros to update it.

                            When informed the honda customer care, they just want the feedback for the sr raised, but i do not see any initiative to resolve this issue.

                            Is honda company short not capable to update the software and believe that the customers can be fooled with older version?

                              I assume that air bags are provided to ensure safety in case of accidents.
                              I had an accident on 27th august around 4:50am but air bags didnt open and my mother got major injuries.

                              My question is “honda provides such kind of safety?”. We prefer to choose car with air bags because we feel it will save lives in case of mishappening but i am very disappointed with your service.

                              Many lives were at risk due to your faulty airbags.

                              Could you please help me understand this issue?

                              If it is because of the faulty air bags provided by you, i definitely want a compensation for this and if you can not able to do that, i will raise a case in consumer court and will get it sorted.

                              You are playing with our lives.

                                I have purchase a honda wrv sx model registration no. Up32jr3190 on 23 feb 2018. After using navigation system i came to know this is very old version.
                                On the second free service i have discussed this said issue with service advisor at standard honda lucknow they told me that this will be upgrade on chargable basis (Rs.1400.00 only).
                                I think i was cheated when i have purchased such a highend model of honda car.

                                  I noticed dampness in my upholstery and water in the boot after i had driven the car in heavy rains. When i showed it to the service centre they said that the metal frame on which the rear glass is pasted has rusted and the leakage is because of that. The glass had to be taken out, metal work had to be done to repair the parts that had caught rust and eroded and the rear glass had to be pasted back.
                                  Since the car is out of warranty...

                                    I have purchased honda wrv vx petrol from your rajkot dealer lanndmark honda.

                                    I have paid in full before a week for my car.

                                    Delivery has been taken as on 26th august 2018.

                                    Though below mention accessories not provided by dealer and told to do the same on first service.

                                    1. Reverse parking sensors
                                    2. Door edge gaurd
                                    3. Seat covers

                                    Moreover invoice was not provided at time of delivery.

                                    I am residing at porbandar and almost 180 km far from rajkot and service will b after 1 month so i need better explanation why my car has been delivered semi furnished and why your dealer did not intimate me for such things.

                                    I choose honda for better customer service if this the way you serve then i feel i did mistake choosing honda.
