I am using honda city - smt car (Gj6 dq 3642) since 2010. On 30th oct, when the car was parked below my residence in vaddara, gujarat, there was fire in the wiring & the dashboard with the music system has been burnt out. It seems, this is from some sort-circuit, but reasons could not be found.
First of all, i never come across such an incident with any car & would like to know how that can really happen when the car is parked.
Further, i handed over the car to your authorized service agency - gopinathji, makarpura, vadodara on 31st oct'17. Insurance company - royal sundaram also given their clearance for repairing the car by another 10/12 days. However, today, even after 40 days, i am not getting any commitment from the service agency. I dont know whether your service agency had the capibility to do the repair or not. No body in the service agency - gopinathji honda, makarpura, vadodara. - can assure me when i am going to get back my car. I sincerely need help to get back my car back, duly repaired, at the earliest.

Dear sir
I have purchased new Honda car Wrv Se model in may month
Dash board inside noise, ac black plate noise is happening
So please clear this issue urgently
I am Mr Amar, and today got serviced my Hond. City Car no GJ 06 JM 5018 from Gopinath Honda service station Nr Vadsar Bridge makarpura Vadodara.
1) Working Headlight Bulb was charged as fused
2) Only washing done on pretext of Full service
3) When I declined to change tyres in service station-the handed car with punctured tyres
4) Value Added service - Rodent Repellent, Mc cleaner etc were compulsory added without my knowledge.
5) For 7 Hrs I was observing from window gallery, and nothing of above was done even oil change and fiter change' was doubtful as 70 Cars were service in span of 5 Hrs
THIS IS A LOOT, I am registering a case of cheating against Gopinath Honda Service station. For Fake work charges
I have purchase a new car in 1st July 2022. As per communication seat cover is free but gopinathji dealership charged 7000 Rs for that in accessories. Moreover make a bill for another registered vehicle number how is it possible. Please respond immediately.

    I bought honda shine on 28 nov.2017 now it has problem to self start your staff told that there is problem of rely. How is it possible within 15 day s it happens. Your dealer demanded the price for that though it is in warranty. I am very sick from this because i bought this vehicle with great effort.
    Pls do cooperate with customers.
    Unless and until i come up on nutral gear it doesn't start so pls solve this problem otherwise...

      Hello sir my name is jitender verma. Sir on date[protected] i visit the courtesy honda in shimla for my car service where during the service they broke down my car and saying ecm has gone and they are giving me rs100000 estimate for it due to there unskilled technition my ecm has gone and they are blaming me for this that you have install music system in your car due to which it has been gone. My car model is 2014 and from that year i have install that music system in my car. During the service they have scanned my car and the service advisor mr vimal told me that your vechile has no problem and later on they were doing something with the battery after which my car has been broke down they tried to jump start the vechile but in all when they failed in that then after 2 days they are blaming me for this. Please look at the matter i have calling from 3days to honda also but no revert has made untill now we bought the car by looking at the brand not by looking the showroom. Jitender verma.         Dear sir,

        This is to inform you that yesterday, i had put my car for service.

        Car number - gj 1 rp 6488.

        I am not satisfied with the work of ​gear shifting. This is since first service. Please talk with mr. Gopal parekh. I had sent mails from december 2016. Three months before he sent person from isanpur to my office and did the cable setting. This is repeated complain since the beginning and not properly attended. If from the initial stage this complain continues, why this matter is not taken with the works from where you receive the car?

        The interior cleaning / washing not done properly. I think it was a free coupon given to me, no proper attention is given. Stains on the seat cover clearly visible.

        Left side mirror frame has come out from bracket which was proper when i gave the car for service. On phone, before taking the delivery, i had instructed him to check right side mirror which is not properly operated from push button.

        The average has drastically reduced in last 30 days period.

        I am sorry to say that after buying such premium car, i am absolutely not satisfied with it's performance since the purchase. Please take up this matter seriously and revert with reply what action you are taking.

        This has reference to our telephonic talk before diwali, regarding the issue of gear changing from 3rd. Gear to 2nd. Gear. This problem is since the first service done. I have sent my car to your workshop or once you had sent your technician to my office. I have noticed that, after doing some setting it works smoothly for some 3000 to 4000 kms.

        Before, diwali you had informed to attend this issue from some expert technician. Since, i was not able to spare my car, this is pending. Tomorrow, my car is free, you can arrange to pick up from my residence in the morning.

        Since, this is occurring repeatedly, after the first service, why you are not changing the cable instead of doing setting?
        Also, the average issue which is only around 12 km / ltr.

        Sorry to say, i am not at all satisfied with the performance of the car as since i have purchased, every time, i have to complain for the issues and that too in the warranty period. I doubt, after the warranty is over, how much i will have to spend in future.

        It is my humble request with folded hands to get your self personally involved and do the best.

        In continuation to the checking, i received a feed back call from cell number [protected] and i expressed my dissatisfaction. I had requested the number of the highest office and the pro pooja madam who had represented her self to talk in any issues in future. She could not give me the numbers.

        Thereafter, few days back, i got reminder call for service. I requested for the both numbers to express my complain. Even, i told her that, if i am not given satisfactory reply, i will forwards all mail copies to cerc. It is also taken lightly.

        I need the highest authority contact number by return mail.

        Dear sir,

        Reference to your mail. It seems there is no point for any further discussion. According to your observation, the problem faced by me is not going to affect the car performance. But the pain in left shoulder which i am experiencing when it gives trouble at some times that i have to bear. As per your observation, my complain is wrong. I am not knowing how to drive car.

        Regarding fuel economy, i was expecting this standard reply. Why your sales person are telling the millage 17 kms./ltr plus while selling the car. This is not the first car i had purchase.in maruti or tata the fuel economy committed by them was almost close which i was getting.

        Why you are also not giving the number of your higher officer and the mail address of honda car western region and all india office. I wish to forward all the mail correspondence.

          I dr dhiraj mahangade a orthopaedic surgeon at thane have a honda city diseal purchased car in feb 2014... On 27 november i started mr car and driven 4 kms it ceased... Cannot be started.. So called road assistance and got towed at regeant honda service center at thane ghodbunder road thane west... Now at service center i was told that engine has to be opened as water and oil got mixed due to over heating and gasket got cut.. I was shocked how can a honda car just driven 4 kms got over heated... When there r different gallery for oil and water how can it gets mixed??... Secondaly 10 days passed iam not given a estimation or any progress of car... My car is regulary serviced at same center... And is covered in extended warranty... Yesterday i received a call from adviser asking me to give approval for rs 15000.. To only open the engine... Now my car is under extended warranty.. How can i pay 2 lacs for which nis not my fault... How can car get over heated... That too honda brand??? Hence forth would not recomend to any one to buy honda city... Even service center not bothored to give feedback... Proper estimation even 10 days passed by... Kindly plz look into this matter at it is serious matter

            On sep. 21st, 2017, my new honda amaze car was taken from emerald honda bhavnagar, gujarat. Even though i spent two and a half months of taking my car, my car's rto passing was not done today.               I gave car to service for honda service centre in (Balaji honda) vellore and was not able to solve issue two times, just they are replacing spare parts alone without understanding issue, cost of service is more but result is nothing, very bad experience and very bad response,, i forced mechanic to check properly but he did not check properly in second time also, please help someone to get it resolve issue

                  I had purchased honda jazz on 4th oct 17 and on 15th nov, i observed that there is no cooling. Carl was sent to coastal honda, verna for repair. They told that they could not trace leakage and sent back the car. Again car picked on 18th, and they told me that condenser coil is damaged. Very simple question, how they did not observed on 16th. I argued with service person and 121 at least 3-4 times. No reply from honda 121. There was no damage to car, no scratch on pain. It is big surprise for me how condenser damaged. On 25th nov car picked by coastal honda for repair. I checked with service person at 15 hrs on 25th, status of car. He told me that service card is prepared and will be taken for repair. At 15.50 hrs car dropping person called me that car work is completed, washing of car is also done and he is leaving to drops the car. All surprises??? Honda car will take notice of my this note or will cover coastal honda. The bitter taste of this incident hurts, but we have no other way. It appears coastal honda is supreme. So being a customer i dont know how to react.

                    I left my car (Amaze) for battery replacement, bill was 18000rs but battery amount is 7500rs. When i ask why additional charges, i got information like if my car got stopt anywhere to help me they will be charging 10, 000rs. Wat the hell is this. So you people are decided that my car will stop in middle of the road. I am thinking like have you people changed my car parts so that you are telling like this. I need breif explanation about this, why you people charged me extra amount.

I have a honda brv car which is purchased at "central honda, bhubaneswar, odisha" on july 2016. My first insurance company at the time of purchase is iffco tokio which is complete by ncb & 2nd year insurance company is also iffco tokio made through "honda assure". But unfortunately my car is damaged by a near by accident thru (While i'm driving on road a street dog comes speedily in front of my vehicle & when i break the pedal one speedy bike heats my vehicle at right side back position of car and the street dog damaged my vehicle at front site condenser, bumper etc.) presently i'm leaving in paradip which is near sea beach called as saline area. When my vehicle comes to showroom for insurance claim purpose the above said insured company refused to insure all the damages of front side by argue that they front side damage is very old & that damages are done by a hard surface not by a dog after receiving of my vehicle 5 days. I am saying him many times that the damages are don by the dog but they are not listen my any more and refused my which is really hearts me more. Is the damages done by a dog is non-insurable part by a accident? Pls. Help me in this regard. I am very much hopeful in honda assure as i known honda assured is an assurance of all it's customer of honda.

                        I have purchased city petrol vx mt but i am facing a problem regarding tyre my two tyre have been burst simultaneously. I have discuss many tyre dealer they told me that the size of tyre 185/55/r16 is not perfect match for air pressure. It should be 195/55/ r16 or 185/60/r16. He competitor's car hyundai verna suzuki ciaz and baleno has 195/55 r16 size tyre

                          Sir, this is to bring to your notice that the quality odf service at the above centre is substandard. I hace a 2005 honda crv and i had sent it for servicing since there was a lot of noise in the cabin at the rear of the car. The service centre gave me a bill of rs 1.60 lakh for the parts to be changed. I have paid the full amount but nothing has changed in the car. The car was kept in the store for two full months to rectify. The cheif mechanic has not even checked the car before they called me for test drive. The sound remains the same. They have scrtached my car on the right side and have not offered an apology.
                          I feel extreemly cheated and will never ever recommend a honda car in india as i dont think you train your staff to handel the car complaints. They know nothing other tahn replacing the part at high cost which are not relevant to the compalint.
                          Mr john from the service centre was the perso incharge of taking acre of the service but has not done any thing other than taking my money.
                          Extreemly disappointed.

                            Sir i have given my cbr150 for servicing and i had some complaints so they have changed tyre and some accessories and it had costed about 9800rs but i was nt satisfied... I had given complaint about gear alignment... They didnt even touch the gear set.. And after that i have taken twhe vehicle to them they just adjusted some wires and gave it to me... Am very upset by this thing and today i have taken my bike for coolant oil leakage and noone is responding to my complaint and even the mechanic is also not avaliable.. This whole thibg happened in jupiter honda of vishakapatnam near dabagardens... Am very upset of this thing... And i never want to visit that service center

                              I just visited green honda show room on 26th nov, 2017 afternoon to replace head lamp bulb, job card has been opened and closed and with in short period of time my cooling glasses, money, coins and others are have been stolen from my car, when i enquired about the same every one was so careless to answer, even vinay who is sqm is reluctant to help on this. Staff act as innocent but they are thieves who can stole anything from the car and will be act like innocent.

                              This is ridiculous situation.

                                Sir i had got a call from the honda delear of jaipur and he said that my loan has been approved and they are getting the saction letter so plz make the dowanpayment and i made a payment through neft of 1 lakh and fifty thousand on 20/11/2017 but till now they are not giving me the car nor refunding my amount they are not picking my phone nor even replying they the that the loan is not approved then why they made me do the payment the delear is of sunshine motors of 22 gowdown in jaipur. They say owner is out and when i call the owner they say the accountant is out. They have done 420 with me.

                                  I booked honda w-rv vx-mt from crystal honda bavdhan showroom. I decided to go ahead with honda w-rv over brezza and ford ecosports because i thought i'm getting better deal and service. While i was booking the car i was told by the sales person (Agrim nikam) and sales manager (Sumit) separately that they will give me some cash discount and reverse parking sensors free of cost in september 2017. So i decided to go ahead and book the car. At the time of booking i sold my old car for rs.80, 000 to the showroom as buy back option. Sales manager mentioned that they will consider this as booking amount and it will be deducted from my down payment amount. Due to some personal reason i decided to take the delivery of my car in the month of november 2017. I completed all the car loan formalities and the loan amount was disbursed to crystal honda. I also paid rest of the down payment amount. I also asked them to fit some more accessories from my own pocket. While i was discussing this sales person told me that they will not give me the reverse parking sensors as it was not mentioned by them in the docket! Later both sales manager and sales person started saying that they never committed me to fit in reverse parking sensors and there is nothing in writing. I tried telling them they verbally committed this not just once but on multiple occasions that reverse parking sensors will be fitted as a gift from crystal honda.
                                  I understand that the amount for reverse parking sensors is very minimal but i feel that i have been cheated by the sales team. There is no reason for telling a lie and false committing things while customer is trying to make a decision on buying a car. The behavior of the sales person and sales manager is completely unprofessional and unethical. They have no regret whatsoever of telling a lie and turning their back on what they committed earlier. I wanted to take legal action but due to time constraint i'm unable to do that but this has to stop somewhere. Some authority needs to look further into this matter otherwise these guys will keep fooling customers with false commitments.

                                    Last 1 week i am complaining about auto transmission problem done by the dealer of deccan honda.I never had the problem of auto transmission it was perposely done.Deccan honda has very bad service.There was no problem in automatic transmission after servicing the problem started.Last 2 3 months also i gave my car for servicing there was no problem but how come now the problem started?i want to know and get my problem fixed.
