Honda Cars India Ltd. — bad service attitude

Dear sir, i am having a honda mobilio, which we have purchased from courtesy automobiles in august 2014. I have been giving to service to the same place since last 4 years. I had got the car serviced there in october 2017, where i was informed that there is problem in the rm bush and it had to be changed but they didnt have the part available but i was ensured that as soon as it arrives they shall call me to get it fitted. I waited for 15 days and i again went there on 7th november, i was informed that no one is aware about my part and if they want to order that for me, i have to give advance payment against it, i gave rs. 3000 as advance and was informed that in 2-3 days my part shall arrive and they shall call me back, i waited for their call till 12th november but no one called so i again went there, and met mr. Amit adya, gm where again i was informed that due to sparepart not available at honda factory that has still not come and also due to pollution in delhi, there were no entry for trucks so my part shall not come until that strike was over, and he himself took to responsibility to call me back as soon as the part comes, i was very much frustrated with attitude of courtesy honda but mr. Amit ensured me that he has taken the charge on this in his hand and he shall follow up with honda and ensure that things are solved at the earliest. 10 days passed but no one called me up, not even the gm, so yesterday on 22nd november i again went to check for the part and it was informed that my part has arrived and i can send my car for the same. Today i went there and my work was done but i am extremely unhappy with the way they have treated me, the company name is courtesy honda, but there was no courtesy in them to handle the customer, i had to go there for 4 times to get 1 work done without them calling me even once, such is the attitude of them. I have decided not to send my car again ever to them. I have 2 cars of honda and both have been bought from them, if they treat their regular customers this way just the god save them. I am very much unhappy and i might get my car service from third party next time onwards... Regards bhavin
