[Resolved]  Honda Cars India Ltd. — faulty car battery in honda amaze

My name is kapil and i m the owner of car honda amaze, reg. No. Dl3ccq5924, ch no. Makdf55aak4001911. I purchased this car from courtesy honda (Lally automobiles) okhla on 20th feb 2019. On 28th oct 2019 there is some problem in my car, car was not starting, so i call on honda 121 comm. Id is 1-[protected] on 28th oct 2019 they gave me number of honda roadside assistance and then i called them and gave them payment of rs726 in advance through debit card and honda technician came and checked that the battery was discharged, so he jumpstart my car with his battery and car started. Next day i went to honda workshop (Courtesy honda okhla), they checked that is there any power leakage or not but there is no power leakage that means problem in exide battery. Work shop manager told me that call exide custumer care and raise a complaint abt that battery, i did the same thing and raise a complaint on 30th oct 2019 and exide technician came on 31st oct 2019 and checked that battery and battery was discharged again with in 2 days, so i told him to replace it but he told me that honda will take action on that exide will not replace it. So i request honda to replace this faulty battery and refund my rs726 that i paid to ur roadside asdistance departmemt for jumpstart. I attached report of exide battery that exide given to me and report of facility of roadside assistance that i paid for. So i request honda to take some action in this matter and it is the responsibility of honda to replace that faulty battery. I m not expecting this from honda, honda is known for quality products, i m very upset bcoz i love my car so much. So i request again to replace that battery. On 1 nov 2019 i will give this battery to honda workshop manage
