Honda city's infotainment system that is they call it a digipad is not working properly. There is a lot of lag in bluetooth connectivity, it just sucks. Phonebook not getting downloaded every time it connects to the mobile phone. Sometimes voice not getting heard when you speak using cars microphone to the other person. Manual equalizer is also not that good.

Honda city purchased in 2017
Since that time getting problems with music system, accelator vibration, wipers alloys bending, suspension and now finally with key system and again music system...pls consider and give a call as we r trying toll free number also but not getting connected

My Honda City Diesel Top Modal Car Number UP32 HZ2223 purchased in year 2017, which was under warranty. Digipad of music system stopped working. Due to covid-19 epidemic whole country was under lockdown and we were also stuck in lockdown at Jammu because of the Kovid-19, all the service centers of Honda car were closed due to above. After that when the vehicle went to the service center, it was told that your warranty has expired before 7 days not falls under warranty. In this context I Also requested on customer care by email and phone but refused to replace the music system. Sir, in this context, we have to inform you that due to Kovid-19, the Government of India had extended the validity of all the documents, so you are requested to take under warranty to the music system and please change it being a reputed company.

My Honda City Diesel V MT modal purchased in year 2017 August, which was under warranty. Digipad of music system stopped working. Due to covid-19 epidemic whole country was under lockdown and we were also stuck in lockdown at RAMANATHAPURAM because of the Kovid-19, all the service centers of Honda car were closed due to above. After that when the vehicle went to the service center, it was told that your warranty has expired before 15 days not falls under warranty. In this context I Also requested on customer care by email and phone but refused to replace the music system. Sir, in this context, we have to inform you that due to Kovid-19, the Government of India had extended the validity of all the documents, so you are requested to take under warranty to the music system and please change it being a reputed company.
I've purchased HONDA City 2017 model in April 2017 its touch screen not working & dealership has refused to do anything on it & HONDA is also not supporting to resolve the issue even though have purchased extended warranty & they are saying it is not covered in it
I have purchased honda city in 2018, its digipad stopped working, i registered a complaint against it at Emarald honda Gandhinagar Gujarat and even after 4 months of getting the token number its not replaced plus the Emarald honda Gandhinagar is now saying that digipad 1.0 production has been stopped and i have to wait for more 6 months for it to get changed.

Dear sir

Referring to the above subject, I have purchased a citi honda perol (V) model from your vadodara dealer in January 2018 as per below details. I have found a serious issue with the digi pad of your citi honda installed .

After purchase of the car within 2.5 yr digipad found a bubble and was not functional properly. I have indicated to the service person at your dealer for the last six months back. Now bubble on digipad spread and music system not support.(No bluetooth support, No cable support, No wifi working)

I have spock to dealer whom advice for installation new with charge of digi pad 00.

It is very surprising that city honda has a big manufacturing defect ater digipad not supported on 3 year of purchase and paid for extra price .

Kindly look at the matter which is very shameful to honda corporation to ask digi pad on chargeable without any understanding.
