Respected sir,
I'm writing this to let you know the poor standard of services that you are provided to me as a customer.
On 26th April 2018 I bought Honda city 1.5 VX MT (i-DTEC) from vision Honda, Chunkam branch, Calicut . At 6000km running front right hand side tyre has got damaged .At that time I contacted Malappuram Honda showroom and applied for warranty, but it was rejected. So I bought a new tyre .Again after running 2000km ( total of 8000km) another tyre on front side damaged and the car jerked and hit against the side of a tempo on left side . This happened when I was with my family going to Chennai for an emergency purpose on 22nd December 2018 @ 5.30am near Cherpullassery . As I have 1yr policy of Road side assistance, I made a call to Road side assistance for help. The complaint has registered by 5.40am. They informed that they will callback wtihin 15mts . But we havn't got call for next 2hrs .
So we seek help from a local workshop and tyre has changed . we have payed for that and also for the tempo driver for the repair of tempo.
I have faced a lot of issues and lost money, only because I choose your product.now I lost hope in your dealerships in Kerala. If you can't provide better service to your customer then why you are selling cars in Kerala .Please don't sell these kind of low quality products, that's my humble request.
I would appreciate if you could replace my damaged tyre.I expect your favourable response and help in this regard.
