Date of incident & towed to service center: 19/12/18
Date when the insurance surveyor reported to have given clearance: 21/12/18 (Bharti axa - chennai fpv/12535452/24/03/005788)

Brief description about the damage: bumper, radiator and condenser reported damaged in a freak incident of one iron rod piercing from bottom.
Present status of repair / delivery: company reports it is not yet done and the vehicle will be handed over after repair. (After 10 days yesterday i received one whatsapp photo o[censored]nattended vehicle)

I am g raghavan from axis bank and on our collective decision my bank has procured more than 5 vehicles in the year 2017 from olympia honda, ambattur, chennai.

My vehicle's radiator/ condenser are reported damaged due to piercing of one iron road, and the vehicle was towed to olympia honda on the same day from the place of incident to olympia service centre, ambattur, chennai.

However the treatment meted out to me despite regular follow up with the service centre are pathetic. Despite the insurance company clearance for go ahead 8 days back, the service person informed me on 25/12/18 that they have ordered for the spare and it may take 2 days. He assured that the vehicle will be ready by thursday 27/12/18, evening.

On not receiving any information on 27/12/18, i called up the service manager/ supervisor just to get information that they will check and inform. Then after repeated calling they informed that "the spares are received but work is not commenced". When i specifically told that my family is planning for a tour outside the city on sunday the 30/12/18, they informed that they will try to give the vehicle on saturday. However again after patiently waiting until saturday evening, i called up the team. Much to my dismay, they casually informed "the vehicle requires much more time as they have just started repairing it."

I am supposed to take my elderly parents who are to attend a family function at trichy, today, which i have been informing the service team since thursday.

However, due to casual/lethargic/ irresponsible approach of olympia honda team and extraordinary delay in handling customer requests, the entire tour programme is shattered.

No one in the service centre is taking up any responsibility and even to reach the correct person it takes 15 minutes. For obvious reasons i am not giving any name of the service team members, which you can infer on enquiry.

(A) what is the use in choosing the show room attached service centre for this simple job, from where i have purchased the vehicle.?
(B) what is the service protocol your company has prescribed for these repairs? Even a road side mechanic would have completed the job in 3 days while it is almost 11 days today, that i do not know when the vehicle will be finally be ready.
(C) what is the time schedule for replacing radiator/ related repairs?
(D) why the customer is given a false promise for delivery on thursday (27/12/18) and non execution of job even after 4 working days?
(E) why is the service personnel are so casual in their approach?

I am using honda city for the 2nd consecutive time in the last 6 years for its name and performance. Now i am totally fed up with the service delay and attitude displayed by your authorised centre (Olympia honda - ambattur).

My entire tour programme planned for this new year eve with my parents, and family members are shattered. Arrangements made at few temples for performing pooja are getting cancelled which we consider inauspicious and has left us in lurch.
Getting alternate mode of journey, with elderly people around, at this crucial time (New year - long week end) is not found feasible.
You have taken customer's requirements very lightly but kept on promising alternate days, without even understanding their plans, despite clear indication well in advance.
You have treated customer's representations with utmost disrespect and displayed your arrogance of market leadership. The market position is nothing but collective experiences of loyal customers, which are clearly taken for granted. I am forced to write that, "who cares" attitude, will ruin any corporate.,
The mental agony created by your service team has left an uttlerly dissatisfied customer in me, on whose insistence, my batch mates have purchased 5 vehicles from the same show room, for the second consecutive time. (You can check with the show room - sales managers)
I am not sure what is your company's policy towards this sort of complaints.
Nevertheless, i am forced to write this mail on a sunday, as my 2 day's tour is marred by one irresponsible team.

You are liable to compensate my family for the mental agony. For sure i will take up with appropriate legal forums, in case i don't get any response from your company within 5 working days.

    Why does it takes 10 - 15 days to deliver parts ordered from ayida honda cars ltd, dimapur-797112, nagaland when it took only 48 hrs for delivery of parts ordered from outside the northeast region of the country? Is this a discriminatory policy of the company? Kindly clarify. Today i ordered clutch plate assembly at the above outlet and they told me it will take about above mentioned duration.

      I own a honda city car having rc no. Dl3cba9644. Remote key of the car is not working. That is why the entire key is to be replaced with approximate cost of rs.6000/-.
      My complain is other car manufactures provide 2 sets (1 as standby) both are remote operated key. Further the remote operated key do not get out of order so easily except change of battery. This is very much acceptable. However, honda city car is the only car where only 1 no. Remote operated key provided, other one is manual key and their remote goes out of order easily compared to other manufacturers' i know few owners of honda city cars who are also having the same problem. Why both the keys are not remote operated.
      Additionally the price of the replaced key also is very high.

        My name is 'amit' bought the new honda car in feb 2017 from a dealer named 'cherish honda'.
        Just after a month noise stared coming from the conductor side pillar. It took 1 month to correct the same the service of this error
        Was handled by a dealer in faridabad named 'delight '

        Now battery has started giving the problem 4 times the person from the dealer has come to my place every time he comes suggest
        And go but never gave the correct solution still problem persists.

        On the other hand the product delivered to me seems faulty even a year has not passed some or the other faults are coming

        Would like to replace the product or refund me the money since the impression i was having for honda has all vanished by this experience
        Kindly take the immediate action on the same

          Respected sir,

          I'm writing this to let you know the poor standard of services that you are provided to me as a customer.

          On 26th April 2018 I bought Honda city 1.5 VX MT (i-DTEC) from vision Honda, Chunkam branch, Calicut . At 6000km running front right hand side tyre has got damaged .At that time I contacted Malappuram Honda showroom and applied for warranty, but it was rejected. So I bought a new tyre .Again after running 2000km ( total of 8000km) another tyre on front side damaged and the car jerked and hit against the side of a tempo on left side . This happened when I was with my family going to Chennai for an emergency purpose on 22nd December 2018 @ 5.30am near Cherpullassery . As I have 1yr policy of Road side assistance, I made a call to Road side assistance for help. The complaint has registered by 5.40am. They informed that they will callback wtihin 15mts . But we havn't got call for next 2hrs .
          So we seek help from a local workshop and tyre has changed . we have payed for that and also for the tempo driver for the repair of tempo.

          I have faced a lot of issues and lost money, only because I choose your product.now I lost hope in your dealerships in Kerala. If you can't provide better service to your customer then why you are selling cars in Kerala .Please don't sell these kind of low quality products, that's my humble request.

          I would appreciate if you could replace my damaged tyre.I expect your favourable response and help in this regard.

            This was my first experience with honda and this is the worst experience i have ever faced. I have bought a honda activa 5g two and a half months ago and still i am waiting for my registration certificate. Every time i have asked to the agency for the certificate they just gave me some stupid reason for the delay...

            Worst worst worst service ever...

            I am going to say everyone just not to deal with honda ever..

              Sir was the last EMI in my month of November, who has been Deducted from my bank account, which was last EMI. But in December my account be EMI Deducted.
              Sir, you are requested to check the debit balance refund as soon as possible by checking my loan statement.
              Sir also talked about this in Honda dealership but no response was received from the dealer ship.
              I also talked to salesmen(YOGESH), who had done my loan finance but did not get any response from him.

                Worst ever culture have seen in this showroom... Employees are engaged personally for their personal life irrespective of the customers being the product/profit point of yours.

                To suceed plz work as a high level corporate and avoid love life relationships in order to have good customer dealing and hence to profitable management terms.

                Have some quality staff as you say to market about your quality fourwheelers... And remove the personal links and relationships going through your firm

                  Hi this deepak singh rana from dehradun. My complaint is about the sales team of admire honda i came to the showroom for honda amaze. The showroom sale repeatedly call me for booking the car i aak them that i meed g. Brown color. They when you booked then we tell you the status of color availability them i booked the car them they told me we pick the car from plant and it is in transit mode you just do the full payment and when car reached we will inform you. After full payment done they called that the color ia not availbale you pick the another color. My concern is how the in transit become not available.
                  This is fraud done here in the honda. At the time of sales you guys are doing this then after sales how can someonw believe they company.
                  After this experience of sales in honda how do we recommend honda and how do we trust.

A and i have received call from honda pvt ltd, from delhi and they told me to pay 6500rs for salary account and 1000 rs for application and 3500rs for uniform, they also asked me about my personal details and bank account number. So please kindly verify them whether they are fake or real and i have attached my appointment letter in this complaint.

                      Hi this is Karthi from tiruchengode and I have received interview call for the post of supervisor and trainee name is Krishna Dev pathak later they told me pay 6400rs for salary account and they given training address is 952, mcn building, ground floor, kalavasal, Madurai 625016. They again called me and asked me to pay 28020, 27000, 11800, 6200 and 1480 for training uniform, laptop and esi card. Please check that whether they are fake or real.

                        Hi sir this is KARTHI.A from tiruchengode and I have received call from honda Noida and her name was Anamika and informed me that my profile was shortlisted for the post of supervisor and we had telephonic interview with her later she told me pay 1480rs for training uniform later she sent me training letter in the address of 952, Mcn building, ground floor, kalavasal, Madurai. Trainee name was krishna Dev pathak later they told me to pay 18000 for certificate and 11800 for laptop during training session and 27000 rs for owning laptop while leaving from company then 28020 for accommodation etc...till now I have paid 85400rs and I have 16500 rs to Vijay sankar for esi and pf card..

                        Please verify them whether they are fake or real.

                        Because I am going to file a complaint against them to my uncle who is an CBCID officer.
                        I request to make an Action against them.

                          I received a call from HONDA Noida and they asked me to pay 1480rs for uniform and again they told me pay 6400rs for salary account and they given training address 956 mcn building, ground floor, kalavasal, Madurai.Randomly they are asking me to pay 28020 for certification and 27000 for apple laptop and accommodation fees 18000 nearly I have paid 85400 but till I didn't get my training and joining.

                          Please kindly update they are fake or real.

                            I have given vehicle for service this month beginning this has been picked up and dropped by sundaram honda, driver after service on the same day. Later after 4 days i have taken the car i found the dash board ac window got broken, there is a system followed by sundaram they will call and ask for the feedback it happened after 6 days i have shouted they have not responded, after 6 days again feedback call came they have acknowledged and taken the car back, now service centre is saying it was not happened at their end, i am not willing to buy their argument, in 2 and half year this was my 5th service with same had been picked up and dropped. I did not understand really there is a argument between us if this going to continue i need to escalate to next level of legal actions,

                              Dear team
                              This is keep u inform regarding my bad experience and neglegence towards customer from trivandrum perfect honda vehicle no kl-24-n-7864.. I went two times for clearing my power window under warranty. And the staff neglecting my concerns and told so many silly escuses. From my native place there is a distance of 130km to this showroom, am so sorry to tell you that they are providing very poor customer services.

                                I am writing this letter to complain about my honda jazz desiel which i was purchased 6 months back. I have given for service as my horn was not working and the mileage was low, but the service given by your company is not at all satisfactory.                                   I purchased honda amaze v petrol from vision honda, nattakom, kotayam, kerala. I already complained regarding less pickup issue as well as dust entering into cabin on ac. Communication id:1-[protected]. Now for last 3 days car is in showroom and they are claiming no issue as new amaze is designed as such and it cant be used in slopes. This is not acceptable. I want a solution.

                                    I am one of your dissatisfied customer and here i want to update you regarding my issue. I have purchased honda shine sp on 25th june from advent honda branch jaipur. Recently an damage has been observed by me in my bike when i visited service centre they haven’t updated me regarding rim bend concern on my 4th servicing. Now they are saying to change the rim and its not under warranty.

                                    I want to know what they observe while doing vehicle servicing.

                                    I want it get done and i will not pay any extra amount regarding same.

                                        honda city digipad not working properly

                                        Honda city's infotainment system that is they call it a digipad is not working properly. There is a lot of lag in bluetooth connectivity, it just sucks. Phonebook not getting downloaded every time it connects to the mobile phone. Sometimes voice not getting heard when you speak using cars microphone to the other person. Manual equalizer is also not that good....
