Honda Cars India Ltd. — manufacturing defect not resolved after purchase | |||
This is the second vehicle i bought from honda. I came to know the seat lock was not functioning properly after purchase. I explained the issue to the service centre during the first service. They promised of resolving the issue, instead they have done three services in a single service and delivered the vehicle without rectifying my complaint after completion of their regular and worst service and charged me as if they have done something excellent. I explained what happened to me with the incharge of the service centre. But no sincere step taken so far. I will never prefer or go with honda again in the rest of my lifetime.
