I gave my honda brio for lock set change on 13 april. Before giving i took assurance that they have lock set in stock they said yes told me that you will get ur car tommorow. But till today 19 april my car is not delivered as my daily run is 50 to 60 kms and for that i had to pay around 500 to 600 daily when i contact service centre yesterday they told still two days tell me i am daily paying to cab as well pay for lock set. If they had cleared me that they will take these many days i would have not given my car. On me load of double expenses company should pay my half cab charge or they should not take their service charge. Even when i gave last time that time also they delayed. This situation is spoiling the image of honda

    Dear sir,
    I s. K ram newly owned the above said car. On 13th of april, 2019 my car suddenly came into breakdown while driving on the road. I was extremely shocked and surprised after the incident as i had chosen honda brand on the basis of its high reputation of quality and reliability. I am sorry to say that my experience was entirely converse to my expectation.
    After contacting with on road assistance service their response was very unprofessional and in-spite of attending the issue demanded charges for pickup. Over all approach was negative.
    After vehicle reached to service station, it was told to me that there was fault in fuel pump and even after three days vehicle is in garage. I think they still in doubt of what actual problem is.
    The whole incident had drastically disturbed my personal peace of mind. I request you to change the present vehicle with new one and keep the name what honda is known for quality, reliability and customer satisfaction.

      Dear sir..
      I’ve booked a honda city from eastern honda elgin road kolkata on 30th march.
      They promise to give me the car in 5 days and told me to pay 1500 for getting the number so quick.. It’s 17 days today still being harassed... They again asked me 1500 for tax token urgency...
      Now they are telling me that my recipet of the tax token is not generating online.. And are not providing me a delivery date..!!
      Is this kind of service are honda providing these days...??

        When i went for registration in andhra pradesh for registration, this model is not showing in their website. I’m roaming around r t o office from last 5 days.

        Rto office said honda cars india ltd has to submit all the relevant documents containig the details of car in vijayawada ro of rto’s.

        I contacted the show room personal but no good response from them.
        Kindly give suggestion for thid

          Hi, few day ago i got a small incident on the road, results my car (Honda city up44al0222) got damage on engine cover and front grill. I sent my car to repair nearest service center which was trident honda, allahabad, uttar pradesh. They repaired and charged 49000 rupees approx. After repair the observation was that the engine cover was not aligned the paint was not smooth. I have sent two time to get that observation corrected but they still didn’t do the painting smoothly. As a honda customer i need my car repaired as per honda standard quality. I am requesting to honda to take necessary action on this.

            My car details : mh05-ax 8647

            My honda city policy renewal date was 27 march 2019. While discussing with landmark insurance person nitu saraf, she agreed to provide cheque with dated 27 march 2019 and she agreed to deposit the cheque by last day of the month. Since i told them if you deposit it before it, cheque may get bounce due to insufficient balance. My self and landmark insuarnce agreed on that term. However landmark insurance team deposited my cheque early and it got bounced.
            Now landmark insurance is not taking responsibility and they have canceled my car policy. Now they are saying inspection is required. Why should i suffer for there mistakes.
            I need you take proper action against them. I can provide you all email communication.
            Need your support at the earliest as being trusted honda customer.

              Car amaze tn09 bx 6097. Capital honda, meenambakkam, chennai has asked the vehicle for periodical services and two times in the past, vehicle was given back without the rectifying the snags reported to them and water wash not done. However they charged for water wash and other services which they had not done. On 01/04/2019, i enquired for a new ignition key for the central locking. They instructed me at 1030 hrs to position the vehicle at 1130 hrs on the same daty. I promptly positioned my vehicle at 1130 hrs on 01/04/2019 but till 1400 hrs no one touched the vehicle/attended the vehicle. At the time of handing over they confirmed me the vehicle would be handed over told at 1500 hrs, but they made me to wait at capital honda, meenambakkam till 1645 hrs without lunch and suffered due to irresponsible and indifferent behaviour of the staff and the vehicle was given back in a shabby state. At the time i enquired on phone for the cost of key, they informed me that the key cost was ony rs 2700/ but the executive serviced it demanded rs 5100/ for the key alone and i paid the same.in this way the customers are harassed and sevices are found to be extremely poor and unsatisfactory.
              And they donot care and they continue to harass the customers.

              My WRV UP32 KA 0405 car has picked for servicing on 7-4-19 at 11:30am. At the time of delivery i.e.7pm, i saw a big dent in it and rooftop rubber was loose.. Now whom to show this The driver name was sunil who picked my car. The service provider name is waseem.
              as i want my car dent free and proper clean .

                I had given my honda city for servicing on 11/04/2019 at stallion honda lucknow. I told the service manager that the head lamps are not working. I recieved a call from the service centre the two bulbs are ok but two are not working and they need to be replaced. I gave a go ahead. I recieved the car in the evening and all the bulbs wore working at that time. But on the very next day ie today the right head lamp is not working. This same thing happend in the previous servicing also where they changed the bulb but it stopped working after some days.. I dont think that such costly part of a reputed brand will stop working in just one day... Please do the needful because such acts from local dealers add a bad name to such reputed brand

                  I own honda car of jazz model. My third service was due on 7th april and i got call on 6th april from service centre stating my car will be taken for service. I said ok and car was taken as per agreed schedule. But after reaching serve centre, a service person called and said billing of rs. 3800/- will be charged as third service becomes chargeable for certain services.

                  I was not informed when service appointment was fixed the previous day. When i enquired about this to service person the way he responded was lathargic and irritating.

                  There was no responsible reply given to me. When i agreed to cancel service and return the car, he said he will return next day only. Which was atrocious.

                  The no longer treated as honda customer and behaved and as if i am at their mercy.

                  Never ever expected such pathetic service from honda.

                    Landmark Honda issued me a TCS certificate for getting refund of 1% CTC but when i claim during my return file, Incometax department rejected the same saying data not matching with 26AS. After re checking i found that Landmark Honda, S G Highway Ahmedabad cheated me by reversing the same.

                    I am following up with them from last 10 days and they agreed their mistake but no final conclusion.

                    Please help me in getting my money (INR 10319) back at the earliest.

                      manufacturing defect not resolved after purchase

                      This is the second vehicle i bought from honda. I came to know the seat lock was not functioning properly after purchase. I explained the issue to the service centre during the first service. They promised of resolving the issue, instead they have done three services in a single service and delivered the vehicle without rectifying my complaint after completion of their regular and worst service and charged me as if they have done something...

                      I am user of honda city (Mh 42 as 7014) i just bought the car and i was very satisfied with the quality of car honda has made but the very disappointing thing that i am facing is service commiment my car is off road from almost 8 days now and still the date i was commited by the executives by honda were not fullfiled the problem is false commitments i gifted my son a car for his birthday but now due to commitment faliure and so many days that the car is off road its very shamefull that my commitments has not been fullfiled i have given my car to kongaon service center regent honda

                        I would like to inform honda company that your honda amaze car (Diesel variate) is the most uncomfortable car ever made by honda.. I had a very bad experience about this since from 5 years about its noisy engine.
                        Many times, i had tried to resolve my issue by company but not yet my problem has been solved.
                        Honda is a very well known company as same i was think when i had purchased but by my experience, it will proved very horrible kind of car.
                        When usually i got to travelled with my car, my whole family, relatives etc got very much disturbed by noisy engine and i also got mentally ill.
                        I request to honda company to let my car engine as it is in a very noisy position bcz i have 5 cars in my family of honda company, only amaze creates problem.
                        If honda company will solve my problem, i will be highly grateful for that.

                          Purchased a honda amaze scvt petrol car from dakshin honda dealership situated on lavelle road, bangalore on 6th april 2019.
                          Car was getting over heated after driving just 4-5kms and making a lot of noise as well.
                          Drove the car again on 7th april, same results. Extreme over heating and noise.
                          Cannot drive such a car, with such dangerous over heating.
                          Need a replacement or a rectification.

                            Today i went to service my honday city car (Hr 03 r 5794) at service station located in haldwani, uttrakhand, india.
                            As per schedule one of the service was suppose to be performed was on greasing of break verniers.
                            I was watching the mechanic performing the job.
                            When i recieved the service card it was mentioned that greasing of verniers done, practically this was not done. While billing when i asked service assistant for charging same when this was not done, he checked and then confirmed this was not done.
                            My question is in the reliability on the services and the safety risk to the consumers.
                            Can you pls. Come back on the action in the hond service centre

                              I have observed the following in my experience with emerald honda, ahmedabad. I have video evidence available of the below given issues and reasons are laid out below explaining my horrendous experience with emerald honda.

                              1) repair: i have recently replaced my honda city car's (White colour - petrol) front bumper at emerald honda. Subsequently it has come to my notice that due to the substandard paint quality, paint job and poor fitting of bumper there are cracks in the the bumper paint (To clarify there is no crack in the fiber or plastic of the bumper, just on the body paint and there cracks are everywhere on the bumper). When we raised the issue at the dealership, the personnel at dealership tried to pin the blame for such body paint cracks on me (Customer) saying there are certain scratches (Developed post replacement of bumper) on the bumper, and these cracks in the body paint are a result of impact occured when such scratches happened on the bumper.

                              Given below are the reason why emerald honda's argument is false, deceitful and borderline cheating:

                              A) cracks are in the body paint and not the fiber or plastic of the bumper. (Video and photographic evidence available).

                              B) if body paint cracks are a result of 'impact' from other small scratches, i would also expect cracks in other portions of the car with similar or even bigger scratches. Therefore this argument is just a means to befool the customer.

                              C) such body paint cracks are all over the front bumper and just around these so called high impact scratches. (Which in itself is laughable as there are very tiny scratches).

                              D) why such scratches have not broken any fiber or plastic of the bumper and only has cause cracks in paint and that too 'all over the bumper'.

                              The amount of effort given by emerald in shying away from its responsibility is astonishing. I trust the honda brand but not emerald honda.

                              2) service: since purchase of the car in december, 2015 i have had all the car services at emerald honda. When it comes to sending reminders to customers and selling their annual service packages, emerald is always on time (Revenue stream) but when it comes to quality of work, it's shoddy, poor and ridiculously pathetic.

                              A) many times over my 10-12 services with emerald honda, i have raised query on the driver side seat belt. The seat belt does not go back on its own and is not able to pull it's own weight. When is comes to passenger safety seatbelts are at the highest priority. Whereas as per emerald honda, this is something that is observed in other cars at their showroom so i am no different and therefore we will not change it for you. Second reason given is the since driver side seatbelt is used most frequently, it can perform below standard than other seatbelts in the car and which also endangers passenger safety. Such ridiculous reasoning is laughable. (I have video evidence of the seatbelt not working properly)

                              B) damage to car: in the last service on april 6th, 2019 when the the car was delivered, i have oberserved 4 red colour scratches and 1 blue colour scratch happened the the emerald honda workshop or on the way to delivery. I therefore refused to take the car and gave it back to emerald to rectify there deeds. Again a tendency of escaping responsibility was seen when they said, "sir ye to pehle se tha (This was already there on the car)". I already had taken photos while giving it out for service, so i knew they have damaged my car. And also if hypothetically i had caused these coloured spots, why didn't you remove them while cleaning. Such hypocrisy.

                              C) cleaning: basic cleaning also not done. Oil marks or dust marks which can be removed with hands have not been removed (Video evidence of delivery person cleaning these huge marks is available).

                              D) false selling: emerald is always trying to push sales of oils, break pads etc etc.

                              In the last service i was finally fed up and decided to reach the appropriate authority. Currently i have returned the car to emerald to clean up their mess, i also plan in pursuing the appropriate consumer forums again the manufacturer and dealer for the amount harassment caused to me.

                              Issues summaries:
                              1) manufacturers defect in seatbelt
                              2) cheap and substandard bumper replacement
                              3) cracks in body paint
                              4) damage caused to my car at emerald honda workshop.

                                Sir this is to bring to your notice that i abhishek choudhury have bought a honda brv wb 21g 5595.. First of all i met with an accidenton 31stmarch.. I have called road side assistance... But they were ubale to provide within asansol... I have drive the car to picnacle honda asansol... Till date they are unable to confirm the price of alloy wheel.. Grace honda jamshedpur was also unable to confirm... Not excepted... My vehicle is just standing in my house. Worst service...

                                  My self vishnu. R. Kindly see my previous communication with vision honda customer care dept. Regarding the replacement of clutch my honda wrv car, in which the officials of vision honda (Sh. Arun issac, manager customer relations) is rejecting the claim amount stating that clutch is an items which is not covered in warranty as it’s a ‘wear and tear item’

                                  I have purchased honda wrv car on 21.03.2018 from honda showroom at muvattupuzha vide invoice number sl[protected], model type wr-v 1.5 vx mt (I-dtec) copy of the invoice along with rc book is attached (A-a1). I have done the timely service of my vehicle at honda showroom as mentioned in the service book. The copy of the service done are also attached (B1-b5) but in the end of december 2018, i felt that that there is a problem with the clutch as when i am giving acceleration the rpm of vehicle was going up without corresponding movement of the vehicle and i have taken my vehicle to honda showroom muvattupuzha but the service person there has took it very casually and without doing thorough checking told that there is no problem with the clutch. Now when i have given the car for servicing at honda showroom muvattupuzha, the service team informed me that the clutch needs to be replaced at the cost of rs.10000/- and as its wear and tear item i won’t get warranty for the item. The service person is of the opinion is it may be happened due to the way i am driving. I have been driving many cars from last 5 years and i know how a vehicle should be driven. More over, the expected life period of a wrv’s clutch is normally 70000 kms/7 years as per the calculation given in your website (Copy attached c) but i wonder how it is damaged within one year.

                                  In nutshell i wanted bring two points before rejecting my claim. One i have informed the service person at muvattupuzha showroom that there is problem with the clutch in the month of december 2018, if this would have attended in a professional way the damage may not be have occurred. Second the expected life period as per the data in your website is 70000 km/7 years, hence if the clutch was got damaged, it is clear that the item was having some manufacturing defect.

                                  So i humbly requesting your favorable action in this regard and to process my claim as it was happened either due to negligency from your side or you have used a defective material for manufacturing the item.

                                    I purchased a new amaze i 2015. The vehicle has covered about 34000 kms are the tyres has completely worn out.
                                    The rear tyre instead bursted leading to a traumatic accident.
                                    Your company claims 50000 kms of safe drive and this this what you offer your client. Infact the car has never been to rural areas or to bad roads.
                                    Please i request the tyres can be changed on priority in the insurance and stop making such claims regarding your tyres. Regn no hr 20 ag 0960.

                                    Purchased car on 31 dec18, delivered took on 15jan 19. Repeated contacting from show room regards serviceing poor response.

                                      And gave for servicing on feb 26, 2019
                                      Horn sound was not rectified and audio
                                      Device issue which i was complaining for the past 3 services, no one has attempted
                                      Finally on feb 19 @ car delivery they
                                      Told device in warranty and will get to back to once device get ready for replacement and again i gave for service
                                      Regarding this issue on 25 march,
                                      Till now issue was not resolved.
                                      And they are asking it will take 7 to 10 working days.
