Honda Cars India Ltd. — not considering claim against damage bumper

Hi,

I have a problem in my honda city front bumper as both side lock are broken.

I am writing because yesterday i was committed that you will contacted by crm prime honda by sorry to say after waiting half an hour no response. Sorry to say but very disappointed. Honda this failed to serv customers delevery.

Now insurance is not repairing under claim as denied that this is the basic problem in honda car or hit more hard so that it would be considered.

Temporary fix they were trying to fix with screw.

* my first question if i have to add screw only or jugad then why i should reach honda?

* paying 27000 insurance premium for screw or jugad?

* to get claim encashed, should i hit hard my car as suggested by insurance guy?

If you you guys will behav like this which i never ever experienced before then how can renew my car insurance from prime honda?

If you can separate single minutes from your current business please focus on your existing customers.
