I purchase honda wrv from your indore dealer namely landmark honda palasia indore on 6 march 2018 but still awaited of rto ragistration. The representative of dealership namely sameer abbas twisting things so mane time say i currier you form 20 and got receipt but actually no parcel whould be came to me than he said when i come to service vehicle at that time i give you the engine traced form you take it and seal sign complite from bank and i will collect it from you i said ok 4 days of waiting i again call him about that form than he said i call u in the evening and collect but no call came yet now i call him he message me that your phone is out of range now you currier it to me

    I love honda.. Most i am waiting fo the honda civic type r launch in india. Maybe in 2 years i will buy one car. If honda didn’t launch type r this year. I won’t prefer honda cars never in my life. Because i am so much frustrated on waiting for the launch of civic type r. Honda is a trustful company. But make people disappointed with the lag of launching good amazing cars like civic type r. I hope honda will make people like me happy in this 2018.. If honda can do. People will say honda is the best.

      Hi,
      Car reg no ap07s9459, honda city, i would like to share my through disappointment with metro honda bowenpally, the worst service i ever experienced. Let me come to the point. Since last 2 services i ve had problems with my car and you keep giving the same excuse that you do not have spare parts and return the car only with general service which i can get it done anywhere. I give my car specific to honda so that everything can happen in one go. Wheel mounting issue pending since 2 services. Vibrations pending since two services. Ignition problems pending since 2 services. Also your service manages to be trained properly how to deal with customer. I keep paying unnecessary general check up charges and take my car because there is no spare parts. Please refund this general check charge any mechanic can do that i tell the issues. I dont need to go to honda for the same and come back only with issues and no solutions will post the same online too since i am very disappointed.

        I had purchased my honda city car in the year 2012. Till date it is self driven and goes for regular check up / servicing every 5000kms or earlier.
        I personally went to the honda service centre on last monday ie 9th april & complained to them that how difficult it is to put the remote control key inside the lock while the spare key was able to function normally. The mechanic told me that the entire lock has to be replaced. Now in my 28 years of driving different cars, i have never come across non functioning of the lock and that according to you the only remedy is to replace it.
        I am still not ready to accept that this episode should happen with a honda car. Why i should be burdened with this extra expense & inconvenience though i have taken care of the vehicle meticulously. I am planning to buy another honda vehicle but this episode has shattered my confidence now it is compelling me to look for other options.

          I have been getting it serviced and repaired at solitaire honda at borivali, mumbai. I have lately seen that the quality of service has gone down drastically and the attitude to deal with customers has gone bad to worse.
          I have been having multiple issues for last 4-5 years where while the car goes for body repairs, the workshop will damage the car. If the customer notices it immediately, they may offer to repair. But if customer discovers it later and tries to tell them they will behave differently and will refuse to repair it.
          Out of all the issues, some have been addresses after a long fight and involving their vp mr. Anwar. Some are still unaddressed. I had written to the customer care but still no help.

          Just to mention some of the issues (All related solitaire honda borivali):
          -once the car was delivered partly painted
          - car rear bumper and doors damaged - twice
          - car seats spoiled everytime it went for repair at solitaire honda borivali, mumbai. I had to fight to get them clean everytime...
          - recently 14-15 ltrs of petrol spent on repairs from my car and they tried to deliver the car almost empty tank to me.
          - estimates for horn replacement of rs.3500 while it was fixed by joining (Push fit) the wire which had come out.
          - door lock was told to be damaged, estimated to cost rs. 2500. When i stood with them at the shop floor with the manager at solitaire honda borivali, it was found to be alright with one wire not working.
          - no clarity given on bills even after asking them - took 15 days to get it.
          -
          Etc, etc... (The list is really big for solitaire honda borivali, mumbai)

          In addition i still have 3 issues that are still unaddressed

          1. They scratched the dashboard while replacing the airbag on passenger side, which was part of recall from honda.
          2. The bonnet has been painted 3 times but still has bubbles in it.
          3. Last time they cracked the plastic near the rear seat (Lhs).

          The bodyshop manager has agreed to repair the plastic near the rear seat (lhs) and is refusing to address the other 2 issues...
          Customer service from Honda wants to close the complaint without even talking to me and understanding the issue. Have written to Honda India Management and waiting for their responses. Would update. Really thinking should I buy Honda again...

            Sir just two days back i have bought from wrv honda vehicle from olympia honda car show room at ambattur. When i am calling to say above mentioned issues they said you pls go to neatest service centre. Based on. Advice i went to capital honda show room at menabakkam. They were inspected the mentioned issues, this issue was in all the car it can not sorted out. Again if you want to use bloothoth specker they said mr raja sales manager said that youed to switch off ac unit then you need to talk to your call, or alternatively blower speed need lower dowin. I said to them this is notsolving my problem. Please request you to consider and clear my problem in my car. My car have been handed over to them.

              On behalf of Director of Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, I have following few issues:-
              1) I have send my Honda City VXMT car to Smart cars Ltd. Kanpur on 29.03.2018, for 100, 000 Kms service and replacement of wind shield glass under warranty. Surveyor has passed claim under insurance on 02.4.2018. I am sorry to say that as on today on 09.4.2018 till 04:10 pm, car has not been delivered by Service centre.
              2.Being not getting any updation from service advisor, I have sent bmy driver on 07.4.2018. It was found that car was kept with removed wind shield glass and interior of car was in worst condition. Since it is an VIIP car, I really get shocked by seeing in such condition. IIT Kanpur is paying Rs. 6000/- per day for hiring car from outside. If you can, kaidly give Instructions to deliver it at the earliest.

                I want to inform you that i purchased honda br-v from authorized dealer "smart city honda" bhopal (M. P.), and only one year had been completed and the condition of my car is not good, so many sounds are coming from it, the middle seat make noise while sit and i demand of sony player with speakers but they provide me local which i came to know when they get repaired. So i request you to replace my speakers and resolve my all problems asap.
                & i'm one of the existing customer of "smart city honda" bhopal because after purchased honda br-v. We purchased 2 more cars are - honda city (Amt) & wr-v (I-dtec).

                  I have faced similar problem with my left front tyre bursting whilst hitting a small pothole on national highway. The tyre was changed with spare one and the company was bridgestone.
                  Initial honda dealership redirected us to the tyre company outlet where in there is only one service engineer for the whole of delhi ncr who is dealing with any sort of issues. After his assessment he declared that there is no factory fault and tyre bursted due to sharp object impact hence doesn't come under warranty.

                  I would like to point it out that i met few more honda city 2017 owners who faced this same issue at tyre dealership itself, and a good discussion with more tyre owners have led to the fact that when upgrading from v to vx.. To give a premium luxury feeling, the tyres used were softer in 2017 model unable to take impact in smallest force which now in 2018 is trying to rectify. Many owners think it's their fault and never report this issue back to company whereas the root cause here lies in company providing potential risk to accidents for cars on indian road. This complaint is one of the rare which is made so that company takes strict action in the aspect to prevent future mishaps.

                    Sending a six year old modified, damaged, rough, noisy, 20000 kms run car for a test drive demo... Is the worst service in the industry where competetion and buyers are on the edge...
                    Very disappointed as a buyer... Cudnt convince family for a honda due to the demo car provided...

                      Dear Sir / Madam

                      I own a Honda City SVT automatic model, Purchased in the year 2016. I get the service done on routine basis at one of the Honda Outlets at Noida & named as Crown Honda.

                      I am experiencing 2 issues since couple of months & related to my car

                      1) High Noise while closing the driver window

                      2) Heavy Engine Noise as compared to other Honda City Cars

                      During my last service I pointed out this issue and the adviser assured me that the same will be checked & addressed.

                      At the time of car delivery, it was told to me that the power button at the door to pull / down the window & a pulley, required to reduce the engine sound are not available at that time, therefore they need some more time to fix the issue.

                      After 7 days, they picked my car from my residence to rectify the issue & delivered the car back at home, the same day evening.

                      When check, both the issues were not rectified and remained as it was earlier

                      Post my complain, they again took the car to the service station to recheck & fix the issue and later delivered the vehicle back at my residence with a confirmation that everything is alright, but to utter dismay, the problem remained the same this time also.

                      I as a customer, now in no position to understand why they are not able to Handle the issue.

                      Is this, how foreign CAR manufacturers deals with their high value customers, who pays them.

                      I do not know which door to know now, therefore raising my voice at this forum

                      I hope, who so ever operates these complains, will surely take my voice to the concerned manufacture & get my problem resolved

                        We had bought an honda amaze from their dealership malwa motors at sonepat.

                        1. The car's speedocable was removed and had a fault in steering system.
                        2. Before taking booking, we were verbally promised by their salesman that they will fit an arm rest and seat covers but after making payment they denied.
                        3. We were charged for basic kit in the invoice but were not given the same. On asking for it dealer denied.

                        We complained to customer-care but had the worst experience in life.

                          I am a central govt. Employee. I purchased honda amaze — petrol dated 12th march from bhalla automobiles pvt ltd. G. T. Road, aligarh. I was neither informed about the discount for central govt. Employee nor offered by the dealer.

                          I made a complaint earlier regarding the same but no action has been taken till date from your side.

                          Once again it is requested to look into the matter and make an enquiry about the same and provide me the discount.

                                I brought seat covers and mats from your service center and i requested for invoice copies from your accessories person repeatedly for week
                                I informed the same to inspection person when i given service fro the car they charged me 9500 and i didn't revived the invoicewhich has costed me 9500 rupees from my pockets i was suppose to submit the invoice fro the claim but no one from you end responded correctly. Which coated me 9500. I request you to give solution and seat cover strichings are coming off one door mat not sticking properlyi request you to bare my losses which caused by you management

                                  My car no. Is dl10ch 0216 which i sent for service on sec 18 gurgoan (Ring road honda). When i recieved my car in the evening my car key was broken. On my complaint to the service centre guy (Mr. Amrit pal) he told me to put some tape on the key and he will assure to recrify my problm.

                                  Then the next day my car was again picked up with the half broken key (Taped), assuring me that they key will be seen and problm will be rectified. The same day i recieved my car back with the key glued up with the fevi quick.

                                  This is so disappointing and such a negligence and irresponsible behavour of the service guys.

                                  I have only one remote key and that will not long last more than a month.

                                  After many follow ups and raising the issue also, sec 18 honda has done nothing in this regard.

                                  Honda is a brand and such careless / negelence was never expected. The key is not a small cost item that can be ignored... This service has paid me hard.

                                  Utter negligence by ring road honda gurgoan sec18. Deeply disappointed.

                                    We have purchased honda city car on 03/03/2018 from green honda, nagole, hyderabad. When we approached for registration of the car, the rta authorities object the chassis number of the car, which is riveted with a plat rather than embossed to the body. Due to which our can could not be registered as objected by the rta authorities. We expressed our difficulty to the dealer. But they are not in a position to co-ordinate in resolving the issue. We are deep state of confusion, what action to be taken at this stage being an esteemed customer of honda.

                                      I want to bring to your notice that i had kept my honda brio card for service in landmark honda, ahmedabad and the service manager was mr. Gopalbhai.

                                      I have been using honda cars for over 20 years and this has been the worst experience till now and i want to bring to your notice that because of dealers like honda and their employees like mr. Gopalbhai, i might not be buying any honda car again.

                                      The problems which i faced were follows:

                                      1) the car which i kept for service at that time was used by my mom and had run only 2800kms. So, we preferred not to change the oil as normally the oil is to be changed after 10000kms. The person who called to ask for this talked very badly and forced and extorted us to change the oil saying that we will void your warranty if you do not change the oil. Thus, we were forced to change the oil. The bigger issue here is not that he took money out o[censored]s and forcibly changed the oil but the way he talked with us regarding this.

                                      2) we had applied films on the windows and all the glasses of our car. They returned the car with damaged film on the back glass. Instead of taking the responsibility, they said that it was already damaged when he picked up the car but actually, it was perfectly fine before.
                                      Again the tone of the voice of the service manager while talking about this issue was very rough and he told that he cannot provide any resolution for the same.

                                        Sir, i had a booking of honda wrv vxmt petrol red on 23/03/2018. Booking amount was 20000 paid in cheque and i recieved a bill receipt in which vxmt model was written. But after 1week on 29/3/2018 when i went to showroom of highway honda bhubaneswar they were giving me wrv edge edition which i never talked about. They were forcing me to take the car as they had registered the car on my name. The registration was also made before i passed the bank loan. I already paid 507187 by cheque including booking amount. Please look after the matter urgently and take necessary action.
