[Resolved] Honda Cars India Ltd — Not Replacing the AVN even after 6 months of Approval under warranty | |||||
I own a WRV Diesel purchased in April 2018. The AVN of the car was faulty and subsequently a replacement was approved in July 2020 as the car is under warranty. The company has not been able to replace the unit till date and make the same excuse that the parts supply is not there from China. If one goes through the complaint it was the same case with Honda India even before the covid pandemic and even today all their new vehicles come fitted with the same digipad 2.0 for which the company claims there are no parts available. This is the reason Honda Cars is where they are today in India. Wright at the bottom. The sell you extended warranty but do not want to honor any claim under the same.
