I had given the car for the service and some insurance work at sugoi motors pvt. Ltd, udhyog vihar, gurgaon,. It was delivered to me 4 days back and the payment of around 7500 has been made as per the bill provided by driver.
There was some issues with car which was intimated to service adviser, service at the same point of time. After a day, a cleaning guy visited my home to clean the car and for other matter/issues, ask to send the vehicle to service station.
After a day, i got a call from one of the service adviser: pritpal, informing that, there is some due of around 8600 is pending as he forgot to send same with the driver on very first day of delivery. I asked him to come to collect the same and there is some issues also in the car which he said, he will pick up the car from my home. Yesterday, my car was picked up from my home for the service. This afternoon, i got the call from service adviser that, car is ready to be delivered and first asked to make the payment and get the car or he asked to come and make the payment and collect it. I called mr. Malik, gm of that service center and it's sound likes, he was one who instructed for this ransom calls as he firmly tell me that, till the time you will not make the online payment, he will not deliver the car. I am expecting some foul play as he is asking me to make the payment first, i even asked him to get it deliver and will provide cash/credit (Whatever option he wants) but refused and. Same complaint i made to honda customer care also. I want to make ransom complaint against honda service as they are not giving my car back. I have hereby attached the bill copy which was presented to me at day one which i made. So there is no point of illegally impounding the vehicle and humiliating. My vehicle is still in custody of said service center. I kindly request you to please provide me justice.
