Dear sir

It has been one year purchased honda city.

From very first service i am facing an issue with clutch as it has vibrating effect while operating. I have atleast gone 8 times to serveice station but no solution was out. The last time i wen in the month of april-18 last week and they opened the assy and found some friction marks so they clicked photos and sent honda company where they reverted that it has partial burning marks and to be changedone with customer approval. The vehicle is now 15000 km driven and when i started facing the issue it was something near 6000km. So now tell me should not i use clutch and if it's worn out due to any rare issue why is the customer should suffer it must be replaced under warranty... This is not my first vehicle.
Being a reputed brand like honda you must replace this part with no cost from customer to help him... Honda brand name can be spoiled because of this. I had many vehicles in dubai also but never faced like this issue... I'm also facing an issue with left side dash board rattling noise which is not yet solved... Pl. Help me out or else it'd going to be bad reputation of honda towards customers

Dear sir.
I would like to bring to your notice that i own honda amaze car bearing reg no mh 42 ah 9054 since oct 2016 at baramati.
While at the time of servicing from starting i am facing problem of suspension. But till date the problem has not been solve by giving answers that we will clear it next servicing. Now they have inform that the same suspension part is not cover under the standard warranty scheme although the warranty is applicable till oct 2020 so we request you to please take immediate action and solve the above problem as earliest.

    Hi
    I purchased honda city from your crystal honda showroom, pune on april 28-2016. Just completed two years.

    Last week, the car suddenly stopped on the road. I had to tow it to service center. They took 3 days to identify the issue. The root cause identified was the main relay was not functioning so current was not passing to next level. The relay was replaced, they checked the different aspects and returned the car. Now again after one week, car is not starting and showing battery sign now. When i checked with the mechanic who worked on car earlier, he confirmed that battery status was checked and it was ok.

    Now my questions are:
    1. For a company and brand like honda, it is really an unreliable service or product for a running car getting halted on road due to relay failure. Secondly your service took 3 days to fix this issue. What is the reliability of your parts? Luckily i have taken insurance for 5 years. But such failures shakes my confidence on honda as brand.

    2. When all other components were verified how come within one week, car does not start with weak battery? What kind of inspection is done by your servicing team?

    I own maruti car as well. It will complete 15 years now and i never had such issues of car getting stuck on middle of road and their team not able to fix the issue.

    Can your team look into this issue and provide an explanation and assurance that such things wont happen in future? Now i am afraid to take my car out for long drives across cities. You never know where it will stuck and what kind of assistance honda will provide me.

      My Honda Wrv is just 5 months old. I’ve finished two car service and both the times I had given a complain for the digipad. But there is no difference. Problem not solved. My DIGIPAD hangs a lot. Sometimes the Bluetooth is connected and I get a call and the music is also playing. Both together and then it hangs. It’s is slow and unresponsive. I need an replacement. Your problem of DIGIPAD is so annoying that it spoils the mood to buy a Honda car again or suggest even. Replacement replacement replacement.

        I saw an ad on 11-may-2018, reg a scheme for selling jazz, wrv and city till 31-may-2018. I took a test drive and cnfrmd buying jazz smt red color. All dealers in gzd and noida assured me getting the chosen car. I filled in form, felt disapntd when they declined my request for red car. I asked for white, they declined. I came to know they dont hv any car. My question, if they dont hv cars y did they release an ad.

          I would like to draw your kind attn. That my honda city car engine no./ frame no. As makgm859ff4104330/n15a12414245. I have run my car only 11841 km, as per the request of ring road honda service centre gurgaon, ihave send my car for servicing on dated 13.05.2018, after servicing i got my car and going back to my house, next day when i drive my car found some abnormal noise from stearing and it getting jam.
          Then i have made a complaint to service station, they send a mechanic mr amzad, he adwised not to run the car, we will send other mechanic for this problem, he took my car to service centre.
          Message recieved from service centre that your car is o k. Than i remind him about the past mechanics voice. Than they check it and told us that your car stearing column got worn out and expances is aprox rs 40000/-
          How is it possible while it is single hand drive car and kilometer cover only 11841, and all the services done as per the request of ring road honda.
          So pl look in to the matter, it is manufacturing defect only other wise thre is no chances of worn out of stearing column.

          Do the needful.

            Greetings!!!

            I rishav deepak arora have given my car for service and repair at ring road honda gurgoan sector 18.
            The vechical registration details are mh 02 dz 9292 registered under the name of radhika arora.

            On 15th of may 2018, i personally went to ring road honda to give my car for service and minor body repair. Mr sanjeev sharma was the service advisor who took my car. I was facing a minor vibration in the braking at speed close to 60-80 kmph. The minute i told him this issue he asked me to change the brake disc and brake pads. I am totally shocked to see that a car which has done just 20000kms needs a change of brake disc and brake pads, where in no rough use of the vechical has been done. The service advisor never even took a test drive and was very confident about changing my brake disc and brake pads. I advised him to get my oil, oil filters, diesel filters also changed. My vechical was ready by 4 afternoon. I was waiting at the service station itself.
            While the final inspection of the vechical was going on just bfore going for a wash a shocking incident happened in front of my eyes. Mr g. Singh supposed to be the workshop incharge came towards the car with a axoblade cutter in his hand. He started cutting the door rubbers of the car. I saw him doing that and simply told him a clear no. He simply refused me and started arguing on the top of his voice that honda cars india has told me to cut all rubber biddings of all vechicals which come to us for service and repair. I will make sure i cut all your rubbers. After that he added i'll also replace both the airbags of your car, honda india has asked me to replace all air bag units of all honda city models. He sat inside the vechical and started to dismantle the dashboard unit aswell. He was stopped to do that by me and i immdetialy called mr sanjeev sharma (Service advisor) to come and tackle this person. Mr g. Singh was shouting on top of his voice arguing that he would certainly cut all rubbers and would not all to release the vechical without doing that job. He said i am the owner of honda and here all cars are under my custody. He even claimed to be awarded the world 2nd best techinan by honda claiming no body can say anything to me.
            Mr g. Singh also said i am going to go for an r. T (Road test) at the rate of 120 kmph. I was totally shocked on hearing this that honda officials test vechicals at 120 kmph speed. He wasn't allowed to do this test from me, but he was very adiment and kept arguing about it. From 4 pm to 6 pm i was jus speechless. At 6 pm i was asked to meet the a. S. M.
            Mr prabhat singh comes in front of me, he listens to the entire episode, and says i can jus say sorry and nothing more than that. He started doing his personal work while sitting in front of me and then jus got up and went to his office and advised the service advisor to give the vechical in as is where is condition to the custermer. My bumper was partially masked with primer waiting to go in paint booth. Mr prabhat singh says to put back the partially masked bumper and return to car to the custermer.
            My vechical is still with ring road honda and 16 th may 2018 - 6 pm delivery has been agreed from the service advisor. Kindly take this matter seriously.
            If honda doesn't take action with this dealership and service team, i shall then co to the consumer forum for help. I have been an honda custermer since 1998.
            We have more than 50 cars from honda in our group.
            This has been the first time i am facing this trouble where the service team is behaving funny and ruining my car in front of me. Now i am very scared and will never send my car to this delarship. I wud also advise in my entire network regarding this incident. If i am not given proper justified result by tomorrow evening 5 pm - 16th may 2018 then i'll shall go public regarding this incident.

            Please take this matter on the most urgent basis.

              I have given my vehicle (Hr 51 bd 5049) to pink city honda service center bharatpur on 30.04.2018 and first day vehicle fuel tank was opened and informed that fuel pump and motor is showing problem and informed third working day light is glowing and engine is started. And next till 10 day workshop not replied anything about problem of vehicle and estimate. After 14 days workshop have given information that kerosine was mixed in fuel and given estimate of rs 43000/- and after opening the engine estimate increase rs 135000/- and forcing to completed work in side their workshop itself.
              In view of the above circumstance, compensation of holding the vehicle for 14 days and engine problem shall be ratified from their end itself.

              It is also informed that half engine was changed for same vehicle in aug 2016 itself. After vehicle was showing problem which already informed to honda workshop, lucknow also but problem was not found. Honda amaze engine seized again as informed by workshop.
              Hence, this problem shall be taken as special case by honda to check their car engine manufaturing default.

                We have bought a honda city car in year 2014 from rudraksh honda, ajmer, rajasthan. This dealer (Rudraksh honda) has never treated us with importance and care. We often wait for long hours while people who have acquaintance with dealership staff are given privilege irrespective of their arrival time.
                1.) the front bumper of my car (Honda city) is unhinged from its body from sides. The workshop of this dealership is not capable of repairing this issue. We went nearly two times but they always do temporary repair on bumper.
                It is a disgrace that my car is in such a bad condition and even after spending so much money (Honda city v diesel costs rs 13, 00, 000), we are facing problems that are not taken care of.
                2.) during rainy season, the space where foot of passenger rests is flooded with water. We went to dealership workshop to resolve the problem but no one could find any problem. Also they blamed us for the disaster. That is awful. We bought honda city because someone has recommended it to us. But now after facing so much with this car, i am not going to recommend this company to anyone

                  I have bought honda jazz diesel version. After driving it for 20000 kmpl i found the average achieved is 21.9 at speed of 80-90.
                  Quote-:
                  As per arai, the mileage of honda jazz manual transmission petrol variant is 16 kmpl, for diesel variant is 25 kmpl. Automatic transmission petrol variant is 17 kmpl. However, our honda jazz road test on highway gave a mileage of 19 kmpl for petrol and 27 kmpl for diesel. Fuel capacity of this hatchback is 40 litres.

                    I have shifted from delhi to bhopal on promotion of rbi in january. I gave my honda city amaze dl3cch1908 to smart city honda bhopal for regular service on may 07, 2018.

                    I had given my car for service last time in november 2017 courtesy honda wazirpur delhi. They told me at that time to check my car break-pads as it were supposed to be changed after 3000 km and no other deficiency was noticed.

                    When i gave my car to smart city honda bhopal for next service, i asked to check its break-pads. I was surprised to hear that not only about break-pads but also about lower arm and rear side shock ups are worn and leaked respectively and needs to be changed. As i had no specific knowledge i gave my consent to change all these parts.
                    After two or three days of service i noticed some disblancing in my car and on may 14, 2018, i gave my car to smart city honda to check it and they told that one of the tyre's rim is bent and balancing of two (Front) tyres are out.

                    In view of above, i want to complain as given below:

                    1. If all these parts were (Lower arm, rear shock ups) were in bad condition, courtesy honda definitely told me about these all parts apart of break-pads condition which they advised me to change in next service.

                    2. My car was ok and no symbol of bubbling was there in my car before giving it for service to smart city honda bhopal.

                    3. It seems that all parts were (Lower arms and rear shock ups) were ok and they have been changed deliberately and charged around 11000 ruppees for the parts and it's labour. I am complaining about it because these parts needs to be changed only after 90, 000 km (Experts and honda service book review) ifcar is gently drived.in this regard i would like to say that honda claims amaze mileage 17.5 km and i get mielage of 22 km and this is the proof, i drive my car in a gentle way. And there was no sign of its wear and tear of these parts during the last service of car in courtesy honda delhi. And i also have doubt about changing my car's tyre rim during its service in smart city honda workshop bhopal. Because if rim was bent it should had been noticed during service in smart city honda workshop.

                    I and my family are esteemed customers of honda and always have got good services from your side. But this time i think that i have been cheated by smart city honda workshop. Please resolve my greviance.

                        I had sent my honda city diesel on servicing to axon honda and after the servicing car runs around 1000km and i found that engine oils decreased about 700-800ml. I had visited them again and they checkednthe vehicle and said its normal. Vehicle is perfectly fine.
                        Now today i have again sent the vehicle for service and ask them to fill the engine oil in front of me and i also asked the measurement container.
                        When he fills the container with the oil comes through the automatic pipeline the meter reading shows that the oil is 4.2 ltrs accurate as per honda norms but in the container the quantity is 3.7 approx which means they filled the engine by 500 ml less as per the standard keeping the vehicle on risk also charging more than the supply.
                        I didnt expect this from authorised honda dealer that they are looting us like this and we need to doubt them everytime.
                        Also, the store manager abusing the mechanic that why you have fill the oil in measuring container and shown to the customer.
                        Beware honda you had a brand name please check as few dealers are spoiling it.

                          Dear sir,
                          I have a complaint regarding design issue in my honda jazz car. Rats are entering in my car and damaged wiring n equipments of my car engine and dashboard. Why not company design engineers thought on this issue.in the era of rocket science rat/snake entring in a premium class car engine and dashboard area is not acceptable. Cost on repairs against rat is very high. If rat will damage car once in a month, anyone can imagine what will be the repair cost on average repairs 12 times in a year and 12x10=120 in 10 years. Repair cost in life of a car will be 2-3 times cost of a new car. What a business by car industries. Every car industry is cheating customers in this way, but i do not think so about honda cars. I have full trust on honda cars and hopes a permanent solution for my car, and will continue my voice until i get solution. I am continuously writing to honda starting from management of my local service centre. I have given complaint to local service centre kalina santacruz, mumbai n they have attended my car for repairs but they are unable to modify design and suggested to write to company management concerned with design unit in honda jazz car factory. I also feel that it is design design issue and it should be deal by company design team. I do not have mail address of apex persons in company management. Please give me mail address of company president & ceo honda cars india ltd or mail address/contact no of concerned apex body person dealing design related issues of new honda jazz cars, so that i could write them my problem.

                          The invoice no of above mentioned car is 1718-G-1173 and dated 23rd Aug17 but the car manufacturing date is Feb 2017 .

                          Would like to know why there is such a long gap between manufacturing date and the delivery date . Was there any quality issue due to which it was under hold and then it was delivered later .

                            I own a honda amaze i dtec registration number od07j 3111. After a run of 30 kms the pgm-fi alert lamp switch on and vehicle slows down. Difficulty in driving the vehicle. The vehicle is twice repaired with long and costly repairs of dismantling the fuel tank. But unable to get a permanent repairs. The persons at basudeb honda ranchi jharkhand do not have knowledge and detection software unavailable for honda amaze. Need the help of a qualified person please

                              Hi,

                              This is sanjeev, and i have been having a service issue with crystal honda wagholi, since i purchased honda city in june 2016.

                              Car external as well as internal cleaning was always an issue. Lately i had visited for 20k service cleaning was not upto the mark or i can say they have not attempted for full cleaning. Ganpati idol was broken and was fixed to the same place. The sealant used for fixing some earlier noise issue was very much present on the wind shield glass. The rubber beading on rear lhs window was not fixed. Internals of the car is full of dust and stain marks on front panels. The rear bumper was not re-aligned to my satisfaction.

                              Last time when i approached them for some body work, they have return my car with wet cement sprinkled on the body surface or or can say its cement laden.

                              The matter has been discussed with mr shiju and mr patil crm and gm of the service centre and all the assurances was given with no result. Either they say you come again next day or they will arrange technician at door step but, it never happens that way. If they are not able to deliver service at workshop then how come they will attend me at my door step.

                              I have been patient and dealing with this service centre from last two years with a hope that they will improve their service but, i was to optimistic.

                              I hope honda will take some action against this dealer.

I got an estimated delivery date (19/05/18) from the service centre. But now they are informed me that it may take two more weeks from the est date.                                   I purchased honda city 2017 model last year in may is may2017. The paint of the car started showing scratches and deterioration within 6 months of purchase. Kindly advise the solution and causative analysis for premature failure. Not happy with quality of paint... Honda is name for quality but i am really dissatisfied with the kind of qc done on external paint.

                                    This is once again that have to write to honda for service related issues/ over charging at deccan honda in pune, satara road service center, where customer are treated as cash machine, charging customer for a service that is pathetic, unreasonable and charges are so havey that it is like pickpocketing customers. Recently have given my honda city for servicing at the said center, the pickup which is charged now that is 350 +gst was delayed for 45 min and the driver came for the pickup without any employee id card which is not acceptable when you are handing over your valuable car.. No one is in the office to receive the phone to confirm for the pickup staff also tried calling service officer and landline numbers for 15 min before the car was handed over to a unknown person on customers own risk and luck if he will get his car back or is the last time he is seening his car.

                                    After which the customer tourcher starts from car inspection and it is damaged from all the sides and explained it like that the car is very old and all the dents are to be repaired now.. Upon inspection done by driver you are made aware that you cannot maintain this car and do not have expertise to drive honda city..
                                    What ever is informed to driver is a waste of your time as he will not inform the advisor of the service related requirement etc

                                    Advisor is a cross sales officer who starts with you need to do anti rust quotting for your car silencer and under the car.. Need to understand if honda vehical are not done with these basic treatment with the metal or these car are not made for indian conditions. Why this needs to be done additionally...

                                    Then comes the quotation from the advisor for the servicing which always goes above 10k and has 2 things common one is air filter replacement and more then 50% of labour charges on the actual servicing. The thing's which are important is not done or even not informed to us.

                                    This time a new thing which was added
                                    Is your car headlight is damaged... And wiper rubbers needs to be replaced..

                                    We do not know why so much is the focus on other basic things then doing the actual/ required/ mandatory servcing for the car..

                                    When i was finalising honda city i was informed that the servicing cost will not be more then 4 to 5 k.. Which was one of the reason to buy this car.. But i have never paid for any servicing less then 6 to 7 k... This is wrong marketing style.. If you have to make good money from servcing then give good customer service and charge for what is required rather than doing servcing for unwanted repairs at.

                                    The car was taken for servcing around 9.15 am the same was delivered back to me by 5.30 pm on the same day.. The final bill amount which was informed to me was rs 8800 when rechecked the amount was reduced to rs 6085 without any explanation from advisor.. On receiving the car have noticed that the car is not washed or even vacuumed properly the same was informed and shown to the driver at the time of handing over the car he said that i need to speak to advisor, have informed at the time of final billing that i will be making payment by credit card when have to settle payment the driver was not informed by the advisor and had asked for payment in cash only which was hard to manage at the 11 hour but had no option left with me as i were to travel out of pune the very next day and driver was not ready to accept cheque.

                                    One example of good customer service have renewed my car insurance policy in 2017 18 i was give vouchers for external and internal cleaning which got lapsed one month back in march 18.. Have requested service advisor and insurance team to consider as this year insurance ie 2018 -19 is also renewed from deccan honda.. But the same was denied after speaking to senior as well.. If this is what honda service is then this is great and right example.. Also the expired vouchers were retained by the service center..in exchange of the same i was offered wheel balancing which was the only option i had to accept..

                                    Again visited service center on 10 may, met service manager shared feedback.. He was to get back today and even tried reaching him on his mobile phone but he did not received nor called back.. Also wanted to meet mr bafna but was informed that he is out of country..

                                    Issues which needs to be addressed
                                    over and unwanted cost for servicing
                                    proper servicing of vechial.
                                    if appointments timings are given in the morning advisor to be made available to attend the customers, it take more than 30 min to be attended by advisor.
                                    pick-up and delivery charges, do they really required to be levied as the cost of servcing is so high.

                                      I gave my car for service day before yesterday and since then the ac is not working. I tried making contact with one of the exucutive (Subhash - dive honda) but did not get any satisfactory reply, he kept on telling me that he’ll revert me in somtime and later when i call him back again he said he busy in a meeting!
                                      Please revert with a convincing reply and thanking you in anticipation!
