Honda Cars India Ltd. — Service quality of crystal honda service center

Dear sir

I am pained to say that my car is forcefully detained by crystal honda wagholi service center. I have been doing regular service with crystal hinda service center.in 2015, the first time i gave for servicing at crystal honda, they created some serious issue with the brakes. When i reported the problem, they asked me to bring back the car for fixing the problem. The problem was not fixed. When i reported the complain again, they wanted the car again to be taken to service center. Instead of taking the car again and again, i chose to fix it on next service. However, every time i gave for servicing they never attended to the brake complaint. Last saturday again i gave the car for servicing, i paid rs. 7700 and took back the car. The work done on the brake was so pathetic that i can hardly drive the car. Now the brake is damaged to such an extent that they want me bring back the car again today. Now they say they have replaced brake pad and worked on disk and i must pay another rs. 7000 for brake replacement.

As a matter of principle i refuse to pay for the problem created by crystal honda.

I found the service quality and behaviour of crystal honda very unprofessional and inefficient. Please help me to receive my car back from crystal hondal wagholi. I promise that i will never again go to crystal honda and i will think twice before buying or advising anyone for honda car in my friend circle.

I request you to help me in releasing my car from crystal honda service center, wagholi.
