During books of BRV sales executive @ manager commitment corporate discount 8000/-, real camera 4000/-, and car delivery at 2.00pm. But at a time of car delivery too late. And corporate discount reduce 4000/- and rear camer installed one week but not installed than I goes to services 1st I demand the rear camera but till time demand 6000/- after discussion of mager Mr. Abhisek talk to more aggressive and do what ever you want to do u don't care

I bought Honda Jazz in Oct'16. I observed vibration of gear box in my car. It feels when touch gear knob & also vibration noise observe in cabin at speed between 80 to 90km/hr. I complained to service station for same during my 1st & 2nd free services. They replied this is common problem in all Jazz...is it???
Please give me solution for same.

    After 4500 kms, I used to get a noise when I apply brakes. Initially I tried different service stations(around ghaziabad) to rectify it and after 20000 km I lost hope. I complained about this in my every service(check my service records. Now after 50000 km I replaced my brake pads & disc to get it resolved but still the noise is there.

      I am appaled at the quality of safety in honda cars.

      My honda city ivtec car recently had an accident in which the car had hit a divider, the airbag lights went on and the airbag did not open!!! Moreover the seatbelt got dislodged and my father got injuries due tobthe same. There was no impact near the door, where the seat belt lies.

      When i reported this to the service centre neither they did anything about it nor they were capable enough to provide a clear answer to why the airbags did not open and the seat belt completely dislodged from its panel.

      This is ridiculous!!! I want the matter to be escalated to honda india and attended well, otherwise i am taking this to media and court.

        Dear Concern

        I am a Honda customer, owning Honda City 2015, DL12CG3140. After a scrach on right side
        on hitting divider, I take the car to Lally Automobiles, Wazirpur, delhi for Insurance claim
        for removing the scrach on 7th feb 2017 at their body shop. To my surprise, its very unorganised/unprofessional
        no one is willing to take any responsibility. I was assigned a superviser name Aakash and given his number
        but his number is out of order from very first day..I made atleast 6-7 personel visits to know car status..At the
        end I got the car on 12th day (though committed in 8-10 days), the job is not done properly. The scratch is removed
        only 80%, 20% would remain the same as before..on contacting insurance people (TATA AIG), he said that 'I clearly
        told these people what will be covered'. No one told us anything about this..on showing the remaining scrach/rust
        their behaviour was very unprofessionel. We really can't expect such conduct from a dealer of Brand like HONDA.

        Sir, I had a word with insurance company person..they said its always like this with Lally Automobile, body shop
        they always have issues with most of the customers. Mine is a small issue..even if it not get solved, but the
        kind of bad image they people create..its horrible. I also have small cars of Hyndai and maruti.but never come across
        such enethical behaviour and such a bad experience

        This is not only a complaint but my sincere worry for image of Honda, because of such people !! Hope a proper
        action will be taken.

          HONDA INDIA LIMITED Dear Sir, NON FUNCTION OF AIR BAGS MODEL: AMAZE 1.25X MT(I-VTEC)BSIV REGISTRATION NUMBER : AP-31-CU-6795 I purchased the above vehicle in the month of August 2014. The vehicle has Front Dual SRS Airbags with ABS facility. On 20.01.2017, the Vehicle met with major accident suburbs of Hyderabad lost control and fell into road side ditch and toppled . The entire exteriors of the vehicle are fully damaged and beyond repair. 2. The Air Bags of the Vehicle have not opened, despite heavy damage and entire Vehicle has been crushed. I demand an urgent enquiry for failure of the Airbags non-function. 3. I lodged a complaint with the Honda Customer care on 23.01.2017 vide reference number 1-[protected] and the Honda company disowning the failure of the Airbags. 4. Hence this Complaint to you Sir.             As per email of [protected]@landmarkindia.net they won’t be give the benefit of Honda Buddy Loyalty Programme to me as in my two wheeler RC book there was a surname variation".

            So at time of purchasing car, i gave all required documents and also submitted the scan copy of affidavit, which fulfill the surname variation and My PAN card also fulfill the surname variation.

            Sales team assured me that i will get Voucher of 5000 under HONDA BUDDY LOYALTY PROGRAMME in approx one month.

            So after one month i inquired for same but again they asked for more time to do procedure.

            Then i did complain on Customer Assistance, Now after two months of car purchase i got email from Pooja Bhavsar (Sales Quality Manager, Landmark Honda
            Cell:[protected], Phone:[protected] E-Mail : [protected]@landmarkindia.net)
            "won’t be give the benefit of HBLP to you as in your two wheeler RC book there was a surname variation".

            However i was also planning to buy Honda 2 wheeler and i purchased Honda 2 wheeler on 10 Dec 2016 on my name. As sales person informed me about surname variation as i told him that i new Honda 2 wheeler on my name before 1 day of purchasing my car. At that time they assured me that scan copy of affidavit is valid and no further documents required.

            So please look in to this issue and do the needful to get my voucher.

              I had given my car (Honda City) for servicing and repair. Was shocked to see the car being returned without any wash and cleaning. Had to push the manager to take the car back and return the car after basic wash the next day.

              The next day after delivery while driving the car i found the rear view mirror lock gone free. The lock broken due to mishandling by the staff. It was not found morally correct on the part of the staff to inform me about the mishap.

              Having availed the services of honda for fifth year in running and across the country now, this is the first unpleasant experience and really taken aback considering the high standard of customer care found elsewhere in the country and beyond.

                I Rohan Chhetri, son of B P Chhetri (SI Exe CISF), presently residing in Tarulia Krishnapur, beg to state that I have given the amount of Rs 32600 to the Ex-Sales executive of Shree Honda SWAGATA ROY son of Aloke Kumar Roy, residing at Rabindranath Thakur Road Agarpara Khardaha, north 24 parganas kolkata-700109, for making the document and offer letter of the commercial vehicle on December 2015 and promise me to handover the document within a month. But he couldn’t do so in six month also. So I approach to the showroom again after six month they inform me that he has not applied for any document and has already done the same fraud case with few more customer, so due to excess complaint against him he was suspended from the showroom. They informed me that the actual cost for that document was only 3000 Rs.
                Then after I regularly contacted him and ask to return the money, but every time he gave new excuses, and finally on Nov 2016 he gave me 2 postdated cheque of 16000 and 16600 Rs, But deliberately he bounce that cheque too.
                I went to New town police station and put a GD against him on 24 aug 2016 GD No-1525/16 . But till now I couldn’t recover my money.
                So I kindly request you to look upon the matter and take the necessary action against him as soon as possible.

                I gave my honda city to the authorized repair center at palarivattom, cochin.
                its was to paint the front bumber and for teflon coating.
                finally when i went to take my car, i saw that the teflon coating was so bad even the white paint from 3 spots were buffed out .it was really bad experience

                  I have already paid for the service of the car. The bill was 7737 and there is nothing pending from me.

                  I was informed yesdaterday by Mr. amol, Service advisor that the car was ready.

                  Yesterday when I went to collect the car I was not allowed to take back my car. And I was asked to pay or leave without car.

                  On Saturday when I gave the car I had mentioned about how Crystal Honda has created such a serious problem in the brake and that evrytime I have been giving car for servicing no one bothers to correct the fault. When I went to collect the car in the evening the brake was even worse, not at all working. i stayed put in the service center till 8.30 as the issue was not resolved.

                  However I was asked to pay the bill for servicing on Saturday Rs. 7737 which I duly paid.

                  Now again I am asked to pay for what. They even thrthreatened me to pay the bill else they will not give back my car. Such blackmailing tricks not acceptable.

                  Please deliver back the car to my address as I do not want to be again at Crystal Honda.

                    Complaint against Honda and Linkway Honfs. I have a honda city petrol 2014 model. Car goes for servicing next day the fuel pump is spoilt. My 2 year old honda city has run for 3500 km's. Is this a joke.
                    How can a Honda get spoilt. They are asking for 11000.

                      I have one grievance with your company, I would like to share it with
                      you for its sorting out.

                      I am professional in practice as Chartered Accountant since 1987
                      till 2010 I was using Maruti make cars . In the year 2010 I was suggested to shift to Honda by you dealer (Horizen Honda
                      now Lally Motors)

                      Even though it was tough for me looking in to its cost
                      but looking in to the reputation of the company & on convincing
                      by you dealer I have made my mind & bought Honda City 1.5 SMT (PB 10 CY 3862)

                      No major problem was there except low ground clearance for which I have to bear with.

                      But recently in Jan 2017 on my way to Delhi with my family, the starting lock was suddenly jammed & the situation became very embarrassed & stress full as I was with my family. I always used to carry duplicate key while going outside, but to my bad luck that that Key also failed. You just imagine the mantle torture I beard on that date including my all relatives

                      Any how by hustling here & there I found a mechanic who has repaired the lock & able to reach destination with sucked breath.

                      At Delhi I met many people even expert mechanics & came to know that it is the manufacturing defect in Honda City which appears after some years. No other car has this type of defect .

                      from that day I felt very bad about the company like yours, it further enhances when I request the local dealer at Ludhiana on 08.02.2017 to hear to my grievance & change the lock free of cost being the manufacturing / technical defect but he blindly refused .

                      being a professional in my opinion the company should at its own call back the cars with this defect & rectify at itself. But to surprise this is not being changed even at the request of the customer.

                      It is my worst experience .

                      You cannot imagine that horrified evening when I stuck on the way with my family
                      Who is at fault ????
                      This is a big question.

                      I expect the company should respond to my grievance.

                      Dear Sir,

                      On 11.02.2017 at 3.45 pm I received a call from Grievance Cell Mr. Bhattacharaya[protected]
                      that the company has felt very sorry for the inconvenience caused to me & as per company policy they will compensate me for Rs.38000/- & also give me a refund voucher no. ICICI RFC 9988800 & inform me certain procedure to get the money transferred from ATM

                      but to my surprise he has got transferred Rs.13999 from my a/c, instead of transferring Rs.38000 to my a/c. on 13.02.2017 with the commitment that I will get back whole of the amount i.e. 51999 with in one or two hours

                      it is clear case of fraud, which should be looked in to by company

                      now he is not getting the call

                      one time Mr. Rohit & second time Mr.Arun Sharma has picked the call but all are saying that they are calling for Grievance Cell of Honda Cars (India) Ltd.

                      matter is very serious & it should be taken on high priority basis by the company officials
                      & to confirm whether the above persons & actually representing Honda Cars (India) Ltd. or impersonating the company & making the fraud with the customers

I have been doing regular service with crystal hinda service center.in 2015, the first time i gave for servicing at crystal honda, they created some serious issue with the brakes.                         i bought a honda BIKE CB HORNET 160R from authorised dealer ISHAN AUTOMOBILES ALWAR(RAJASTHAN) 301001 in september 2016. but after second free service bike engine is making loud noise. when we informed concerned dealer they frequently deny to resolve the problem and told us that we cant provide engine parts. They asked us to repair at our own cost somewhereelse. It is really disgraceful that a prestigious company dealer is replying in such an irresponsible manner even bike is in AMC and INSURANCE period. So i request you to resolve our problem either to instruct concerned company and dealer to exchange bike or to return hardcore money.

Sender was [protected]@hondagroup.in but when I seen this mail I visit this website and 2 or 3 guys complain the same problem and they share there experience.mail is same only date is change. They call me on 3-6 Feb. So what to do? Very confuse about it.

                            I want to register a complaint against Bhasin honda 0service station that is in Rama Road I went over there two weeks before with my Activa scooter asking the person that can I take the claim if yes what is the procedure I spoke to the HOD over there his name was Mukesh he told me yes you can always take the claim I told in the what are the charges he said as of now he cannot tell me the chargers as Surveyor will be coming on Monday he would let us know and with your consent only we would open your scooter I said that's fine with me but there after till wednesday i never received any response from them .as I never received any kind of response till Wednesday I physical went at the service centre I saw my scooter was dismantled I asked them with whose permission have you opem my scooter as this is unacceptable and there after I receive the bill for Rs 8000 rupees who will bear this
                            why it was not been signature
                            who is responsible for everything and when he went over there I spoke to the manager over there but nothing happened at the end of the day I have made the payment .
                            I want my money back as i ner gave the consent to open my scooter i only went over there to examine and i was informed that once the surveyor would be coming on monday he will let us know then we will let you know then it will he your descrition to get it done or leave
                            But never it was informed to me by mukesh that they will open the scooter????
                            I need an answer
                            If not resolved i will be going to social media# honda to get an answer from them

                              Not able to give complete information
                              I WAS SURE TO BUY HORNET BY CASH FROM pashankar but FALTU salesman disappointed me.

                              I visited pashankar showroom on Sunday at 5.30 pm, there was a person with no professionalism, eating GUTKA and a person on PC was eating CHANA FUTANA.
                              I asked him about new edition hornet features, he was not knowing signal features. he just told price that too 1, 02, 000.00 which much more than actual onroad price.
                              I came to know that these are FALTU people.

                              Finally I asked him about quotation, He said "Printer is off, you take hard copy tomorrow " i replied "you take my mail id and send it on that". yet i have not received any quotation.

                              NOW I AM GOING TO BEY FZ V2 by cash.

                                I came to Royal Motors Gandhinagar to buy an Activa. Having being worked in Customer Services Industry, I had basic expectation that I would be treated well but post reaching here I was taken aback. Nobody was concerned about client satisfaction - all employees knew that customer doesn't have an option in Gandhinagar and hence they have to buy product from here irrespective of what they do. Looks like Honda Activa has assumed their monopoly in the market. If this attitude continues, they would stand nowhere. God bless the organization. Cheers!!

                                  I had given my Honda car for servicing to 'Crystal Honda' dealer in Pune. When I went to get my car they gave the invoice to sign which had a statement that the car kept in the garage for servicing purpose is at owner's risk. I've to sign this paper to get the gate pass for collecting my car. When I raised concern on this statement which I think is unethical they said that your car is fine and you can sign it. Its not about the car, its about the clause. Upon repeated argument I've to sign the document so that I can get my car and their personnel behavior were rude.

                                    I booked a Honda City with Ring Road Honda, Sugoi Motors Private limited, Moti Nagar and i must say on this forum the delivery experience i had was pretty bad. Car dint had any mat at the time i got the delivery . I asked for antirust and paint protection coating for which i paid all the money in advance but it was not done on the car.

                                    I was promised by the dealer that both things would be done in 2 days time where they will pick the car from my home get both the things done and will drop it back. But they havenot kept up to their commitments . I would not recommend someone to purchase car from this dealer as my experience has not been good.

                                      Hi there, I just bought my Honda city petrol vx o Mt top end and I regret to say that despite all the committed features I am not able to use each one of it. It comes with an aux, an HDMI and usb port in addition to 12v power outlet, but except the power outlet all the 3 other features are almost impossible to use. Reason is, the cables are put inside the glove box and not installed in the front dashboard.
                                      Slots are clearly visible for these but when I ask the dealer, they simply reacted that this is company fitted and we can't do any modifications.
                                      Kindly state whether this is really company fittings or something is wrong with my piece.
