Dear Concern
I am a Honda customer, owning Honda City 2015, DL12CG3140. After a scrach on right side
on hitting divider, I take the car to Lally Automobiles, Wazirpur, delhi for Insurance claim
for removing the scrach on 7th feb 2017 at their body shop. To my surprise, its very unorganised/unprofessional
no one is willing to take any responsibility. I was assigned a superviser name Aakash and given his number
but his number is out of order from very first day..I made atleast 6-7 personel visits to know car status..At the
end I got the car on 12th day (though committed in 8-10 days), the job is not done properly. The scratch is removed
only 80%, 20% would remain the same as before..on contacting insurance people (TATA AIG), he said that 'I clearly
told these people what will be covered'. No one told us anything about this..on showing the remaining scrach/rust
their behaviour was very unprofessionel. We really can't expect such conduct from a dealer of Brand like HONDA.
Sir, I had a word with insurance company person..they said its always like this with Lally Automobile, body shop
they always have issues with most of the customers. Mine is a small issue..even if it not get solved, but the
kind of bad image they people create..its horrible. I also have small cars of Hyndai and maruti.but never come across
such enethical behaviour and such a bad experience
This is not only a complaint but my sincere worry for image of Honda, because of such people !! Hope a proper
action will be taken.
