Honda Cars India Ltd. — sundaram honda, chennai delay in supply

Sundaram motors, nandanam/anna salai promised delivery after booking advance on 13th to deliver on on 23.11.2018. They introduced hdfc bank finance. I have shown the full amount available in my account but however went for finance. Since i needed the vehicle to enable complete business in trichy, time was insisted as the essence of this agreement.. Though another honda agent gave 45k lesser by discount, i preferred sundaram honda by the name and relation i had from 1980s.
My old vehicle was also handed over sundaram on 22/11 since it was felt by mr. Krishna, giving my part of cheque, for encashment will take time, i was asked to transfer to sundaram account which i did immediately after finalizing on 13.11.18 and paying advance.
Hdfc says that they could transfer online as the loan amount is sanctioned and this authenticated by official communication to sundaram honda by hdfc. Based on this they can start the registration of car. (An sms for having disbursed the loan amount to sundaram was sent to to me on 23/11) however going back on their given date of registration on 22/11, delivery was moved to 24/11. But again moved to 26/11 to 27/11 and now may be by 28/11. My plan of moving on sunday will be shifted to next sunday and there by moving to trichy will be considerably shifted to december or january 2019.
If there was a n issue on delivery of the honda jazz that i booked, i could have given the full amount in d. D by the account statement already given.
Earlier two days delay was shown on storm which never came to chennai.
I am surprised the way consumers are treated in india/chennai. Sorry state of affairs between two trusted organizations.
