Honda Cbr250r — No response from service centre resulted accident | |||||
Respected sir, Issues - 1) misaligned rear tyre for a new bike. 2) disk break is worned off for a new bike. 3) *improper respomse from service centre.* 4) got fog inside front and rear indicators. 5) got my bike handle misaligned and a silencer dent due to accident. I brought the bike (Honda cbr 250 2017) on 6 march, 17 from honda dealer Located in chandigarh. On the very next day i noticed *misalignment in the rear tireand the way bike ride seemed different for a New bike.* I reported the issue to the service centre (Chandigarh) but they told me That bike was fine. I again checked my bike for more issues and found that* rear disk break is Worned off from the edges. (Attached the image)* Well thats a luxury we dont see in new bikes. *i reported back and again this time they said bike was fine.* Today i was riding at around 40 kmph and i feeled the misalignment of the Rear tyre and suddenly got a tank slapper and i fell. Thanks to god i was not at high speed. *my handle got somewhat misaligned (Attached the image) andsilencer got a Huge dent (Attached the thumbnail)* And so Tell me who is responsible for my accident. Who will be responsible for future accidents due to *honda's poor Manufaturing and lack of responsive service. * Respectfully, Pease take some action and get my issue cleared *otherwise i will be forced To go to consumer court if none action is taken. * I do have all the videis and images of all the issues amd improper respomse From service centre *attached documents* 1) bike purchasing details. 2) service center job sheet. 3) worned off disk image. 4) misaligned tyre video. 5) misaligned handle image and video. 6) fogged indicators.
