Dear all of the staff/team
I am really very sorry to say that i feel ashamed to bought cbr 250r. Bike is so good but the maintainer is not well in every service station. 1 month ago i go to service's station and complaint against abs they change my disk or disk pad both and raise bill near about 5000. After a few hour it get blink and blink and braking system is not well this time. I am really scared when i ride please do some thing. My mother gave me this beautiful gift i did not want to lose. Here is too much problem like rear tyre get woobled and engine sound is not well, but main problem is abs. So plzz read this mail and revert.

complaint about shortage of parts

Whenever i go honda service station... I always face the issue of bike parts that i needed... They always said we have to order that part... Even if i need lil part of my bike like clutch wire, mirror, disk pad etc... I dont know why you guys sale your bikes if you are unable to give us service because of that i always have to wait for minimum 1 month... Its my 1st honda bike and i'm feeling like its my biggest mistake. Bike is good but without service... You know batter then me... Is it your legacy?

Respected sir,
Issues -
1) misaligned rear tyre for a new bike.
2) disk break is worned off for a new bike.
3) *improper respomse from service centre.*
4) got fog inside front and rear indicators.
5) got my bike handle misaligned and a silencer dent due to accident.
I brought the bike (Honda cbr 250 2017) on 6 march, 17 from honda dealer
Located in chandigarh.
On the very next day i noticed
*misalignment in the rear tireand the way bike ride seemed different for a
New bike.*
I reported the issue to the service centre (Chandigarh) but they told me
That bike was fine.
I again checked my bike for more issues and found that* rear disk break is
Worned off from the edges. (Attached the image)*
Well thats a luxury we dont see in new bikes.
*i reported back and again this time they said bike was fine.*
Today i was riding at around 40 kmph and i feeled the misalignment of the
Rear tyre and suddenly got a tank slapper and i fell.
Thanks to god i was not at high speed.
*my handle got somewhat misaligned (Attached the image) andsilencer got a
Huge dent (Attached the thumbnail)*
And so
Tell me who is responsible for my accident.
Who will be responsible for future accidents due to *honda's poor
Manufaturing and lack of responsive service. *
Respectfully,
Pease take some action and get my issue cleared *otherwise i will be forced
To go to consumer court if none action is taken. *
I do have all the videis and images of all the issues amd improper respomse

मेने अपनी बाइक दोशी हौंडा इंदौर(मधयप्रदेश) सर्विस सेंटर में जनरल सर्विस और रुटीन सर्विसेज के लिए दी थी...सर्विस के दूसरे ही दिन इंजन से कुछ knocking sounds आने लगे...ये बात मेने वहां के सर्विस मेनेजर को भी बताई उन्होंने ये कह कर टाल दिया कोई बात नहीं ये नार्मल साउंड है सिम्स लूज़ हो गए हैं उन्हें सेट करना पड़ेगा नेक्स्ट सर्विस में कर देंगे...कुछ दिन बात इंजन से और ज़्यादा आवाज़ आने लगी मेने सेकंड डे बाइक फिर दोशी हौंडा सर्विस सेंटर में सर्विस के लिए दी सर्विस मेनेजर से पेर्सोनाली रिक्वेस्ट की के वो इस पे धयान दे।।
पार्ट्स नही होने की वजह से बाइक लगभग 15 से 20 दिन वर्कशॉप में रही।
पेमेंट करने के बाद मुझे बाइक दे दी गयी।। टेस्ट ड्राइव करने के बाद मेने सर्विस मेनेजर को बताया प्रॉब्लम सॉल्व नही हुई है अभी भी इंजन साउंड बना रहा है
इस पर मेनेजर ने कहा 1000किलोमीटर चलने के बाद बाइक सर्विस होगी तब आवाज़ नही आएगी...
लेकिन उसके कुछ ही दिनों बाद मेरी बाइक में स्टार्टिंग प्रोब्लेम्स आने लगी मेने फिर बाइक सर्विस सेंटर में दी है!!
और अब उन लोगो ने बाइक का पूरा इंजन खोल दिया है और ECU भी ख़राब बता रहे हैं इसका खर्च 20 से 25 हज़ार बताया है

Complain for CBR250R

Dear Sir,
I have made several complains regarding the display meter and fuel pump not working in my bike but I am not getting any responds from the Honda customer care department. My bike had only drive 2800 K.M an it's fuel pump goes bad. Even with the display meter when I talk to Chakradhar Service Department Adajan, Surat they told me that CBR250R had a problem with it's display meter in a lot of year 2011. When I try to confirm this with the Honda customer service area manager Mr. Milan, he told me that it is writing in your Honda manual that Company can sell the defective part to its customer and if they don't complain during the warrant period then company is not liable for it. When I ask Mr. Milan, the Area manager of Surat to give me this statement in writing he refuse to do so. He also told me that he will look in to the matters but its over a month and I have not get anything phone calls or email from him and my bike is still not fixed. I even try to get his contact number so i can talk in the regarding matter but the customer service desk deny me his contact number and told me he will give u a call but I have not get any call back from him yet.

heating problem in traffic
heating problem in traffic .....burning smell... ..engine gets stops most of the time....service centre could not solve the problem... even after the bike has visited 2 times in service centre.... Helpful

BIke Wobbling and pulling
Am owning cbr 250 r std for past 2 yrs[protected]upto 14000km it goes well n i maintained in perfect way.after 14k kms i gave to general services on M.A. honda station(Trihy)..aftr gave to service its becomeum dump like a lazy machine n its performance is very poor..while cruising from 1st gear to top gear its wobbling n pulling more n produce much more engine noise..nw totally engine smoothness gone.. its not like an old condition... something they did a major mistake on service centre.I gave more than 5 times but its on same conditon only.am not satisfy with their worst services..i knw well about my bike..wen ever i starts its move smooth n pick up fastly n cruising good..but nw everything gone... for doubts i gav to another service station dey adjust folk n chain ..after that also its moving like dumb ... on that service station said.. its a sim problem on head.. so nly its pickup power s gone.. before service its goes vry smooth n fast, ..so wat s de actual problem on ma bike.atlast i test top speed on ma bike.it goes upto 130km speed nly..before i went upto 140+speed without any hardness, , plz reply asap..

Hard Engine

unavailability of parts

dealer not paying attention to the problems with the bike

Sir,
I have a Honda CBR 250r (Vehicle Identification Number:ME4MC421HB8004914).
At the time of service on Surana Honda Bhopal I had complaints and I complained
to the responsible service manager. But they never provided the solution to any
of my complaint. During the service they did notsolve my problems and when I
approached them again they did not gave me any response and returned the bike
the very same day as if they solved all the problems.But the problems are still
there.They are irresponsible towards the customers.Kindly provide immediate
solution to my problem.
Problems with my bike are:
1.lock moving hard after service and now the lock is broken.
2.faded color and rust on engine and chassis parts.
3.uncomfortable handling.
Its my humble request to provide quick and effective solution to the problems.

i have brought a Honda CBR 250r from Rahul Honda Dibrugarh on 25/10/2011, there was oil seal leak in the bike, i had gone to show it at submitted the complaint along with the bike on 29 jan 2012, but till now they are showing no response,i have not received the bike till date. As i stay in Namrup and the dealer is situated at 65 kms aways from my hometown it is hard to move there to know the current status of the bike so When i try to call them they don't receive the calls. It is Becoming a major problem to communicate with them and know what is the present status. Already 19 days passed and i am facing major problem as i having problem in transportation while coming to job. They are least bothered and sometimes when they receive the calls after continuous calls they hang up saying that my parts are not available and so they are not able to do anything. Kindly help

creeping sound and rusting

I have taken delivery of honda cbrr250r on November 2011 form JSP HONDA ANNANAGAR, within one month there is serious rusting in all over the disc brakes,nuts,bolts,chain etc.I enquired this to the JSP honda service center annanagar.Then, after recall of all honda cbr250r bike for bolt replacement,they did mine too.I appreciate that, BUT still there is rusting on brake disc,chain..Kindly help me solve this problem, I feel very sad about the quality of this bike having awarded "bike of the year 2011".

my bike cbr 250 r handle lock will not working properly it makes a problem since october 2011. on 10th of November 2011 my cbr250r lock is not open any how. I talked to Mr. prashant (service manager rajpal Honda) he sent one mechanic to solve my problem at my home he spray some liquid into the lock but it will not open. he try to open very hardly then it will open he told me that please do not lock just put only into OFF mode and do not try to take out Key. on 23rd of November 2011 they replace lock and change with new one. after 1 month condition is same lock will not working properly and handle is not lock on right side . i talked to Mr. prashant (service manager Rajpal Honda) on 3/2/2012 he told me you come on Monday(6/2/2012). i went to service center mechanic do some spray then it will work . Service manager told me that it will makes problem after every washing because water get into the locking device. You have to come on after every wash for this spray.
Sir/Ma'am please help me to solve this problem . MY bike handle also opend two time before locking device problem they open and do greasing its a very big mistake by manufacture. please talk and sort out .

I have purchased a honda cbr 250r from UNIRIDE HONDA malappuram,,,the matter which is my bike had a small accident and broken some parts like tail lamp,,and another , and i booked the spare in uniride honda malappuram and they tell me they can deliver the spare within 15 working days till last 1.5 month i waiting for it,........ can u plz give me a solution for this.
