Honda — Complaint about the tyre of a brand new car merely six months old | |||
The car was purchased in November 2019.The complaint is made after endless in-futile calls made to the Agency from where the vehicle was purchased and also the manufacturer of tyre company. The front tyre of the driver side has been found to defected as there is some inflation in it.The tyre is of the Michelin India brand, and many complaints were made for the replacement of the same but the naive company representative tried to ward off the issue stating that the fault was mine as the same does not come under the company police for replacement. The numerous calls made were of no result and finally i made a complaint with Michelin India as well. The reference number of the claim is CLHR[protected]. This stated that the inspection has been conducted but the claim remains unpassed. Kindly let me know where am I to register the case further. I am a senior citizen and moving out unnecessarily in the times of COVID 19 makes no sense to me. The vehicle maintenance and any query has to be dealt with Honda cars.The insurance of the vehicle seems to be just a mere formality when all i have to do is pay for the unattended queries.
