My self Thirunavukkarasu.
I have purchased a new 4th generation honda city car on Feb 2021 from T.V Sundaram Iyengar & Sons, Near Avinashilingam College, Mettupalayam Road, coimbatore.
From the day one onwards i am facing an issue in headlights of the car. whenever i will drive my car, there is a fog forming in both the headlights.
i have raised a complaint about this issue to the Sundaram Honda service. But there is no proper response from them about this issue, finally they have suggested whenever the fog is forming need turn on the headlight for 90 minutes (1.5hours) and told it is a natural phenomena. Practically it is not possible to turn on the headlamps for 1.5 hours every time of fog formation.
The fog formation is producing the dullness in the headlight and the visibility of road also very dullness.
It is very difficult to drive the car with my family in night time and rainy season.
It is very dangerous.
